Recovery Coach Directory clearly offered certification, training and employment as stated in their advertisement on Dec 11, 2012. I paid $150.00 for and completed the certification course on Dec 15, 2012. On Dec 17, 2012 I completed the
employment application and submitted it per their request with all of my information, including social security number. On Dec 20, 2012, I was provided with a training date of January 3, 2013. Unfortunately, I did not receive training and employment as promised. This company has failed to contact me. I have emailed and called on numerous occasions and I still get no response. I have filed two claims with PayPal and they are of no help because they said that it is a service and not tangible goods. These people took my money and also my identity has been compromised. No matter how many times I call or email Recovery Coach Directory, they will not respond. The last time I spoke to someone on the phone was on December 20, 2012. I also received my training date via email on that day.

No one has bothered to respond to any of my correspondence since that day. But again, I haven't heard a word from them ever since that day.  I now realize that I am a victim of a scam and, possibly, fraud. PayPal told me that my payment of $150.00 went to Peter Dimaira at payment@recoverycoachdirectory.com.  Brian Bradshaw was the recruiter with whom I first spoke to about the opportunity.  He is the one that described the job and sent me certification information.  Tom O'Neal is who I was in contact with up until Dec 20, 2012.  Again, they were paid and still have not held up their end of the bargain in regards to training and employment.  They will not even return calls or emails. The funny thing is they are responding to PayPal, but will not respond to me.  It is so sad how people like this can take advantage of honest, hardworking individuals such as myself.

Again, Recovery Coach Directory is a SCAM

AUTHOR: ChildofGod - (United States of America)

I'm not sure if you're talking about the same lying company who has ripped off myself as well as others, but they are scam artists.  I have been calling since December 2012 until this very day, March 11, 2013 and they still will not respond to a call OR an email from me. These people are crooks. The BBB in Palm Beach County, FL can't even locate or get a response from these people in regards to my complaint. Their offices do not exist, nor are they legit. They took my money and information and ran with it. Funny thing is, they are so very quick to respond to PayPal in regards to the 3 complaints I filed. However, they never respond to me. How funny that is!?!?!? Again, they are a fraudulent company and I will be sure everyone knows.

#1 UPDATE EX-employee responds

I worked with them until December 28th

I can assure you that your information is safe and will not be anything but destroyed. The owner had a heart attack on the 22 of december and the company has been in an uproar since then so that is most likely why you have not received any further contact. they are way under staffed with 300 people applying a day. its pretty hard to keep up and that is why I quit because making 10 dollars an hour wasn't cutting it with all the work I was doing. On top of the 300 people applying 100 new prospects ( clients ) call in a day and those are the most important calls to them. I would definitely try to get your own clients but I wouldn't give up completely because Recovery Coaches make some really good money and they are able to help people and families repair the damages done over long periods of toxic times.
