Hiram Waste Management, Heath and Kaufman Texas Hiram Waste Mgmt. Billing/Collections for service that was cancelled months ago and noone answers phones from 7am to 6pm Forney, Texas

Where do you begin with this company to say HIRE someone to answer the phones and not have to leave the same message over and over again with the company recording and when I say NOONE I mean NOONE calls you back.  It is sad to see that the City of Forney and Kaufman County use this company with their new prices to customers and now once (1) a week service and then they say on the recorder they are picking up the day before or after a holiday that is another issue by itself.  We cancelled our service with half of the neighbors on our street back in May of this year and were fully paid up till June 30, 2009.  Well low and behold in the mail the other day came a bill for July to September and then a late fee and another bill for October to December totalling over $142.00 for service on a trash can that has been sitting in the drive for 2 FREAKIN MONTHS and calls after calls to come and get still have the lovely blue can.  This trash company should be banned altogether alone on the BBB there is a total of over 23 complaints filed with them this year alone and look how many are on this site as well - I say ENOUGH IS ENOUGH - we want to talk to a human, take your late fees and statement for service you have not provided in 2 months and place that in your trash compactor !!!!
