Red Carpet property management is allowing a convicted sex offender to perform maintenance on tenant units without the tenants or owners knowing about it. Here is the link to his info. The man is Mark Chambless, and the broker who hires him is a relative Dave Chambless. Very unethical

Mark Chambless is listed. Mark is his middle name, so you have to search on David Mark Chambless.

I searched the Megan's Law Database run by the State of California, http://www.meganslaw.ca.gov/search_main.aspx?searchtype=name&lang=ENGLISH and there is no record of a Mark Chambless being a sex offender.
