This company is not licensed like it claims to be and it is owned by Timothy Bates who is a well known drug dealer/user, felon, and violent offender. He is definitely not an ideal person to hire to repair your home, let alone even invite inside. He is also using a false address for the business which is another red flag that he is being less than honest about the company's credentials. Consumers should be made aware of this and avoid hiring him at all cost.

I am the owner of the above mentioned company and would like to state that the prior report is false in its entirety. I know who submitted the report. It is an individual that has an "ax" to grind with me. I have never had any business dealings with this individual. It is another "contractor". To address the specific allegations, there is no licensing for a general contractor in the state of Texas, however all of our contractors and employees subject to licensing in particular fields are licensed by the state in their respective fields. I am not a drug dealer or user. I have never been convicted of any felonies or violent crimes. I utilize my address for the business. I have no idea why anyone would think this is false. This entire report is something manufactured to try to hurt my business. There is no recourse to remove a report once listed on ripoff reports and the individual is aware of this.
