Ordered an zk-22 stock in January, Red Jacket Firearms said up to 8 weeks to ship. After about 10 weeks with no work I call for them to tell me it will be up to 8 more weeks. All they have been doing is lying and making us believe we’d get the item.
I called Red Jacket Firearms today because it’s been over 16 weeks and the guy who answered was extremely rude when all I asked for is an accurate time, not this bulls**t 8 weeks they keep telling us. The guy offered a refund which I would have been ok with if I HADN’T already waited over 16 weeks. He said that they are NOW shipping items ordered in june/july of 2012. I’m not sure why they kept taking orders since they were extremely backed up.
In the end the guy just hung up on me instead giving me a truthful answer. I’ve waited 16 weeks for no item or even an idea of when I’ll receive it.
