This foul mouthed loser Charles ripped off copies of our software from craigsflagger.net.

This is after he began sending us harassing emails , and writing anonymous crap here about our software before he even bought it. So, when our support red flagged him because of his attitude, we checked up on him, and this new customer is the looser thats been harassing us for a couple of weeks. So, we caught him and banned him, again. Now of course he continues to pester us.

When he was caught stealing, he made threats, swore, racial slurs, made a bulls**t youtube video, etc.
Here are just a couple of his responses:

Message:its ur mom thats the c#nt dip s**t, you aint got enuf brains to pour piss out of a boot if ther instructions were written on the heel !! now run along an suck some fresh c@ck, ur starting to drool...f%^king d$ck head lil girl. [continued below]....

Message: Hey ya f*&^ng frog head! I hear you been running over to Coquitlam getting your fill of d^%$k up the a**? hahaha your software is s%$t f#ck wad, and soon you shall be too! LMFAO!!!! hahahahahahah c%nt

There is more and more, but you get the picture. One syllable 4 letter words.

If you would like to hear more from this looser, just visit his crap websites. His new invention "sweeping" the nation, as he puts it, is the redneck wine glass. Its a mason jar with a candle holder glued to the bottom. How ingenius! He can put a screw cap on his booze when he drives county to county lookin fer stuff to steal! Looky what I made paw! I dun glued a candle stick to a jar, Im goin to beverly hills naw fer sure, gonna get me a fancy new car jus like boss hawg!

He even goes around the internet ripping off other peoples copy written artwork, (http://masteraglass.com/index2.htm) and claims it as his own. He writes trash slogans on it for white trash people. What a looserville veign he has tapped. I bet he even sells white sheets with eye-holes for a-holes.

He has planter beds fro sale on craigslist adn talks all about how they deliver. They make you prepay.. if paid before wednesday then you should expect to get them the following weekend. So I contacted them to find out when I can expect them to be delivered and he says too early in the week to know and I should get a call closer to delivery. Ok so I waited a few days and emailed again... here is the email stream. So its the weekend they are supposed to deliver I have been on the phone with the person who is supposed to know when they will be delivered and she is still telling me sometime this weekend. Dealing with her as well was ridiculous as I am the customer that spent $180 and she is telling me I am wrong and laughing at me over the phone and speaking over me so I cant eolain to her my viewpoint.

OMG do you see why I lack whatever in the hell you wanna call it? I have to deal with people like you who can’t/read or follow directions!!!!! I DON’T SET UP THE DELIVERY SCHEDULE!! CALL THE d**n NUMBER!!

Wow you don't have a very good sense for customer service. I payed you quite a bit of money for a service and all I'm asking for is a general time even just a day. It's not very good business. As for not being here when you deliver how am I to trust I get what I am paying for and if I have an issue that you will resolve it in a professional manner since so far all my interactions with you have been otherwise. With that said a friend of mine had purchased a bed from you... She had a similar experience and when she asked you to leave it in the backyard it was left in front. She said she would never order from you or recommend your service again.
So I've already paid you and I expect that if you are going to just drop them off without telling me when then you should mention that in your long winded ad so I can take that into consideration before paying you.
With all that said I just want my new planter beds and I do hope you can take to heart my feedback and be professional and let me know as soon as possible when I can expect them to be delivered.

The guy making all these remarks is a loser and a thief. I know for a FACT that he is a thief because I bought software from him and he never delivered. He has done this to others as well. You can see that at;
