I travel a lot and for last 2 years been visiting Miami.Last year in december desided to come againwith my friends.It was their first time visit andi deside to call this Russian concierge service to book a Miami tour for my friends.
And here is Scam : I called in asked them if they can offer me Miami tour and then Sport fishing on the same day.They said ok no problem it cost me 1700$ for the tour and fishing boat for 3 people of us.
After that i found it that fishing cost 650$ for 4 hours if i desided to go without concierge.Basiclly then we paid 1050 $ for 1 hout tour.Thats real rip off.
Our guide was late when he should be at 8 am he came at 11 am, he took us to right away to down town miami he put us on that boat where it goes around celebrity villas then he says that we have to go for shipping boat becouse if we dont want to be late we have to go there now.So we drove back and took a fishing boat.
I didnt start arguing with them about our tour becouse i didnt want to give a bad start in miami for my friends which just arrived first time.
All I can say is I'm sorry and elated to find individuals like myself that were scammed for travel services by Red Square concierge.It just completly rip off for 1700 $ having 1 hour tour and then just 4 hour fishing.
