RedBox Redbox overcharged my credit card for $25 Internet

Redbox is a huge scam. They charged my credit card $25 for a DVD they say I never returned. I specifically remember returning the movie to the same KIOSK I rented it from a few days late. I did expect to be charged $2 extra for returning it late but I did not expect to be charged $25. They claim that I never returned the movie. What a lie, this is just their way of scamming people out of money. The worst part is there is no way for me to prove that I returned it since they do not give out receipts for returning your movie rentals which is something I think they should do. I have noticed that the Redbox KIOSKS are sometimes out of order. I am 100% sure that it was a mistake due to a malfunctioning Redbox KIOSK. This just really upsets me because I work very hard for my money and to just have it taken from you like that should be against the law. I did file a complaint but I do not think I will ever get my money back.
