- My daughter bought a 2003 VW JETTA she paid $1000 down then 2 wks later had to make her first payment which started having problems with 2nd day and they knew from the day she bought her car she gets paid every 2 wks and if payment was due a day or 2 before she got paid they would call and harass her , I took her payment to them one time for her and the office manager was so rude but the worst thing she called them last week and told them she would be in this Friday to make payment and while she was at work they came and repo her car when she called them she was told she had to pay this payment and the one coming due plus repo fee before she could get her car back and they were told she was a single mother of 3 kids working as a waitress she has been hosting and not hardly waitressing so she didn't get any tips but they just left her strande at work there should be some kind of law for this company on how they take people's money and screw them over
