Redding's Auto Mart ripoff - sold me a vehicle that had major problems Savannah Georgia

I bought a 2000 Mazda B3000 from Reddings Auto Mart in May of 2005. I put $1500 down for the vehicle and have made 3 payments so far. Within days of purchasing said vehicle I had mechanical problems with it that were pre-existing before I bought the vehicle, not to mention that the A/C did not get cold.. the back window leaked terrible in a rainstorm... I drive back and forth to my hometown in Vermont from Savannah often. On my last trip to VT the vehicle blew both head gaskets and left me stranded halfway between with children and my mom. I had to have my vehicle towed, and then had to rent a vehicle to tow it to Vermont where I sunk $2000 into it.

I replaced the radiator, the thermostat, the temp sensor, two new head gaskets, had the heads planes, new plugs, wires .. many other gaskets, etc. The mechanic told me that the heads had been replaced before but half hazardly.. and they did not appear to have been planed.. looked like a temporary fix he said. I called Redding's and they agreed to roll a couple payments to the end of the loan so I could afford to fix the car.

They also stated that if they knew i was going to be putting so many miles on and driving to Vermont they would not have sold me the truck. Imagine that.. a car dealership that can dictate where you drive a vehicle you are paying for. So.. I fixed the truck and drove back to GA.. it still had a few preexisting problems that I planned to fix that week. Redding's knew about this. 4 days after returning home to Savannah and $5000 into a truck I have driven for 3 months.. Reddings popped up at 2 am this morning and took the truck. They obviously never planned to work with me on the payments... They mislead me to believe they were going to work with me. They conned me into fixing the truck so I could drive back to GA from VT, only so they could come and take it.

Now Redding's has money in their pocket, a fixed truck, and they can resell it to someone else. I got bent over and not even kissed first. They refuse to make it right and are very unprofessional. So, here I sit... In 3 months.. $5000 poorer and nothing to show for it but a headache. A dranined savings account because of repairs...No vehicle to get to work, no vehicle ot make DR appointments, no vehicle to do any of the things I promised with my kids before they leave from their visit with me.
