Redline Engine Supply Sent wrong parts and will not refund money or exchange for right parts Portland, Oregon

Sometime in late Aug., or early Sept., of 2012 ordered parts for a 4.3 chevy motor.  I paid for the parts and shipping.  I received the parts, as soon as I received the parts I took the motor over to have the cam bearings installed.  After he cleaned the block for me, the machine shop was going to install the cam bearing, but they were the wrong ones.  So I called Duston at Redline Engine Supply, and told him the cam bearing would not work for my Engine.  So he sent me another set of cam bearings, and those cam bearings fit. 

Then i was going to set the cam in the block, it did not line up with anything in the motor so i tried calling him back and and got ahold of him and he said to call him back the next day and give him the motor number off the block so he could send me the right cam.  I called him back, the next day this was about 2 weeks before Thanksgiving and no answer on the phone so  I left a message.  I did not hear back from him in a couple of days so  i called him back, and again i left him a message again, still never he never called me back.

so a week just before Thanksgiving i started calling him every day and all I would get is his answering so I left a message again,  still never got a call again, from him.  So i started calling him at least 3 times a week and never got a answer and still left messages to call me.  I know for awhile when i called it kept telling me that the answering machine was full then after Christmas you could start leaving messages again.  now come to find out this was the wrong engine kit. now i got a engine kit that i cant use and i dont know what this engine kit fits so its junk to me
