Purchased USB OPTICAL DESKTOP KEYBOARD +
NOUSE W FINGERPRINT READER in February, 2005. Never received advertised $30 rebate.

Submitted a dispute for redzuco credit card transaction but the dispute was rejected as redzuco.com gave purposly false response to paypal (transaction was made thru the paypal.com) stating that I had to contact the manufacturer for the details of my rebate.

Paypal refused to consider my case further and closed it even I provided proof that rebate offer was made by redzuco, not the manufacturer.

Filed a report to BBB. After having been contacted by BBB, Anita Harvin, redzuco representative, admitted that rebate offer was made by her company and promised to let me know of when rebate check will be sent out but never did so.

As of today no rebate check was received. I encourage everybody also submit complaint with Texas General Attorney Office.
