Luckily I have not given these ppl money, I had problems just from inquiring on their discrepancies in their advertising and not answering the phone after it was brought to their attention. I inquired with reefs2go.com about their price matching guarantee. I informed "Nicole" that petsolutions.com had a Spotted Cardinal fish for $8.99 and liveaquaria.com had it for $11.99, while they were charging $19.99. and would they do a price match as they had indicated? She said "yes, they would, however she did not khow how I could order online with a different price and she would call me back within a half hour, she did not. I suggested I place a phone order so she could manually adjust the price but she insisted she call me back, which never happened. I repeatedly called the customer service # only to reach voicemail, this was during regular business hours.  I waited an hour and called back and thats when Nicole told me she would call me within a half hour, AGAIN! When that didnt happen, I sent an e-mail to sales@reefstogo.com explaining a few dilemmas with their web site. I also saw a coral package advertised for $49.99 with free shipping that appeared in my cart as $69.99. I questioned that. Also, the fish price match guarantee. Right before my eyes, I kid you not, I saw the price of one of the corals in my package change from $9.99 to $19.99. It was STiLL in the $9.99 bin even. Also this as well...proving the coral package discrepancy...www.reefs2go.com/product/C-SOFTPACK-6/Saltwater-Soft-Coral-Pack---6-Corals--FREE-shipping.html .....A HUGE ad display for $49.99 and free shipping for 6 mushroom corals and my cart price as being $$69.99. The entire interaction with reefs2go.com has been at the least very suspicious. Sometimes getting a person, sometimes voicemail, when she called me by name, when I had never given it to her, it shows they are VERY small business with caller-id, and if they dont want to talk to you, because you are an unhappy customer or because you are an informed buyer and ask questions, they force you to their voice mail and never return calls. Do not do business with these people! They are not professionals!
