I purchased a Intrepid flats boat from, Reel Charter Fishing (Kevin Lubold), he ended up selling the boat to someone else and never gave the boat to us and kept the money. He will not pay back the money for the boat, which we paid $25,000 do not ever pay for anything in advance.

We have come to a settlement, solved this problem and are in good standing now. I have no problems with Kevin Lubold. Case is closed.

The person who wrote this is Prestige Auto of South Florida. His name is Dmitry Pasyuk. Do a search. I have a judgement against him. He is mad I wrote about him in this Rip Off Report. He made this whole story up. I cannot sell my boat as I use it as I am a full time guide. All I want from Dmitry is to pay me the judgement.
