Refund Recovery Software ripoff, cannot contact for refund of purchase after returning software package. no email replies Patchogue New York

I ordered the Refund Recovery Software program and shortly after receiving it, I realized just how much of a rip-off this company really is. I looked into BBB reports and found a few. This made my decision to pursue a refund that much more adematly!

I tried repeatedly to contact this company thru email and got nothing but bounce backs. They tell you in their program to make sure you put their email address in your address book so messeges do not bounce back. This is a ploy to make you think you can contact them. All that's received is an autoresponder message.

When I returned the program, about 7 days later I received a form from them to fill out because they told me they could not find me in their system. I filled in the form and said they had better find my money and return it to me or I would take legal action against them. That has been more than a month ago. I did not receive a refund as of this date. June 17, 2003 and I returned the program in mid May!

These people need to be stopped! They are taking advantage of people by making them think it is possible to create an income from processing refunds for companies, when in reality, they are only there to take innocent people's hard-earned money and won't return it! I want my money back! I've told them this repeatedly!
