when i ordered an e-cig for 4.95 shipping and handleing i didnt know what i was getting into ,i never recieved the e cig or the refills ,but i was charged and wasnt aloud a refund or to get the name of the owner or corporate head quatrers ,,,i was only told that i had to pay reguardleass by rude obnoctious people in a rehursted form ,and i also was charged by 2 other e-cig companys whom i did not recieve merchandice and did not order from at all so be carfull when dealing with this company ,

infact dont deal with this company they are scam artists  ,i was hung up on 5 times and was refused any assistance ,they repeatedly charged  my card for 119.95 and 69.99 and 117.35 ,i was told they are sending me more i said no i dont want anything ,but they told me i would have to wait to get it and call them back for a return shipping authorization and then pay them 20% for re stocking the product ,

i said "i dont need cartridges beacuse you never sent me the e-cig ,i asked to talk to the manager and was told he wasnt avalible ,i threatened these young kids with the BBB and suposedly a manager became avalible ,but this young man read a script and just kept repeating "i cant refund your money ,sorry !DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY IT IS A SCAM ,I FINALLY HAD TO CALL MY CREDIT CARD AND NOTIFIE THEM THEY SAID ,"OH YES IT LOOKS LIKE THEY ARE WAITING TO AUTHORIZE ANOTHER CHARGE FOR 74.99 ,SO I CANCELLED MY CARD ,
