This is a real live rip off company! A few days after placing my order I got an email to call them, a heavily accented man told me they could not ship my camera unless I "upgraded" or was told of and "upgrade". This man told me that the camera I ordered was shipped with just the camera and no warranty. They wanted me to pay more to get an "american" camera with instructions and warranty. I checked back on the website, it clearly states the camera is included with warranty, etc.

I tried to cancel my order, the man was rude and told me to call back to customer service, but I had called customer service to cancel!! Buyers beware, you will be sorry for doing business with a shady organization like this!
