I purchased my Living room on 03/19/2013. the sales person promised to have all and everything delivered in or about 3 weeks which was ok with us.

it took them 4 weeks to bring us our merchandise and we were ok with the one week delay. so we received the sofa / love seat chair / 2 coffee tables, but the Sofa Table was missing.

we also noticed a snug on the chair, which we notated on the delivery paperwork and called the customer service to report it.

Customer service said the sofa table is coming from overseas and will take an additional 2 weeks and asked us to email pictures and we did, and since Regency customer service did not call us for an update we called and called to finally hear that our case was forwarded to the service department who will be coming out to check the item before deciding what is the next step.

once again we were ok with this and waited at least 3 weeks without hearing anything. even emails they were not responding on (we have all emails on file)

on the 4 week I called them again and they said that have a new chair on the road for me and should be received in couple of days.

a week later they delivered a chair which looked more of a display item than a brand new one. in the meantime they were still trying to get us the sofa table.

we decided to escalate this to the store manager who did nothing about it but had the dignity to ask us to go to any other location and pick one of the display items and take it home. at that point we knew we were doing business with the wrong kind of people.

6 weeks later we received the Sofa table pre assembled and had scratched all over the Crystal counter top which we reported immediately and notated on the delivery paperwork.

now we are July 25 and I am still waiting on the glass counter top which Regency don't have an ETA on.

16 weeks already and still going. this is by far the worst furniture store I have ever dealt with and will not recommend to friends and family.
