Regency Suites - Westgate Apartments Apartment Rentals Rockdale Texas

Hi all,

I used to rent the unit at this address. The landlord really did do this. He tried to have me bring some teens to his apartment while his wife lives in Austin. He also had disturbing images of porn at his place of business. One time I told him that if he did such thing, He told me to shut up that this is his machine. I did. He would drink liquor to be so intoxicated that he even tried to push it on a couple of diabetics who moved because of his putting hands on a disabled lady to pressuring her to have sex with him. we are talking about a manager who runs Regency Suites Apartments. Not to mention that he talks out of his head. He never pays people when they work for him. Not to mention that one of the tenants needed money to buy gas. He promised 80 dollars, after work completed. then instead he gave 40.

You got to be carefule when coming into Rockdale next to Carquest is the apartments that do not meet the USA standards for being livable. It has mold all on the east side of the building. Majority of the tenants gotten sick or moved out because of the illness related to the apartments.

The landlord even showed people the apartments while two tenants were away that paid rent. How lame can this be. You got to rally the legislators to pass a bill to mandate all rental companies and apartment managers to lower prices and rent at a low rate like 300 a month instead of 595 for a ghetto room. I am referring to cracks in the walls, mold around the central air unit, I had to fix the unit which required a licensed tech. It was so moldy that I had gotten numerous infection in the lungs. The landlord manager was interested in only getting checks and rent monies.

I would go to work, finish my shift. then walk in. I would ask if its me coming in. This is strange, because I am getting a picture that a landlord walked in without knocking, RENT has already be PAID in full. He walked in for something. My lady will not tell me anything. I am thinking he was coming on to her while he is intoxicated.
Please take notice that he has done this to other women who rented there previously. He walked in on two women UNINVITED. This is very sick.

I tried to renegotiate a lease, rent paid on time and everything, He told me that he had to go up on the rent from 395 to 595. Now Alcoa and construction has fizzled. I would love to see this manager charge high prices on some ghettos that need to be redone. I watched tv and saw the alcoa layoffs, and construction workers leaving. I laughed at the stupidity of the rental companies and landlords who jack the prices up in the air. I want to give Thanks to Jesus Christ for his hand in the greedy landlords in Rockdale. We need a relieve because one day, just one day. Times will get to the point where landlords in Rockdale will loose their rent houses to taxes being owed. Remember, State of Texas is in the red because of budget shortfall. Taxes going up on properties that is being owned by people of Texas. Oh well, You get what you sowed, remember that til you go from this world to the next life.


After I moved from the Regency Suites Apartments, My blood pressure dropped, along with my blood sugar. You got to understand Americans People, we all have to stand up to this crazy government. Illegals, this doesn;t pretain to you. You need to pack up and go back home to your own country. Thank you for milking the USA economy dry and causing recession. Majority of the crimes are caused by illegals. Its proven fact. Check your stats, they never lie. Oh by the way before this gets posted, The landlord manager caters only to the illegals, he could careless for the American People who reside here in USA.
