We have been harassed by this company since January of 2007. We purchased our car in August of 2006. All went well until December of 2006. We switched insurance companies two times before locating the best deal in January of 2007. We have remained with that insurance company since.

Regional owns their own automobile insurance company and attempted every way imaginable to force their policy on us. They requested that we visit a web site to report our insurance change. We did. They then requested we fax our insurance information to their offices. We did. Yet, they still sent us a new payment book and everything. We absolutely refused as we have more than one vehicle to insure. their "insurance," covered nothing more than their interest in the car at around $40 extra a month.

Since that time, we have saw no peace. We have went through an attorney who filed certified letters demanding all contact come to them, as opposed to harassing us. Didn't work for long. Regional was back at it again. They began threatening to repossess our vehicle in March of 2007. However, we have receipts showing our payments then as we do now. We have had representatives demand we make payments to them over the telephone to "ensure" them that our money was on the way.

We have call after call where they are demanding we call them back. We have requested that they contact us via email, they still call weeknights and weekends demanding we talk to them. We refuse.

I would safely say that during the first half of 2007, we spoke with at least thirty different representatives over the telephone. Every one had a different story that was absolutely fraudulent as soon as you hung up. Someone else will call the next day and the discussion of the previous day did not apply.

We have faxed information multiple times and they even got to where they were saying things like "We only received half the fax." We have had our bank manager to look over the contract, our attorney, and no one can make sense of their actions.

The company refuses to speak with any professional. They ignored our attorney's demands. We attempted to refinance only to find the payout for the car is going to be hundreds of dollars more than we agreed to pay when we bought the car. So, over time, with nearly two years of monthly payments, our payout has actually gone up. Needless to say, no company will refinance so far above the blue book value of the car.

Why do they do this? The only excuse we have received is they believe there were 3 days sometime during 2006 when we weren't insured. Three days. We have always maintained insurance, we live in a state where auto insurance is required.

We just received a new payment book and they're still trying to force higher payments on us. We will continue to pay the amount we agreed to when we signed the contract. We have receipts, faxes, telephone recordings, and everything else. The address on our contract evidently doesn't exist. We have tried many sites attempting to locate the headquarters and there's no such address.

We will be taking this company to court as soon as we can. However, we have a disabled child and my husband works full-time. It's difficult to do anything. Our attorney has now established their own practice for family law and we have to find a new attorney. It's difficult to start all over.

Please do not use this company.
