REGIS HAIR SALON Darryl A terrible fade!! My sons hair looked like it had been cut by a blind person. No budging on any retrubution just an "oh, Well!" Internet

I was very disgusted in the horrible hair cut my 16 year old son got. I stressed to the stylist how important it was that they know how to cut a fade.  The response was "no problem." What a problem it really turned out to be!!!

In the middle of the cut the stylist stated that they had never done this!!! I should have known from that moment what I was in for. There was a line between the top of his head and the sides. There were visible holes in the hair all around the sides. To top it of it wasn't even lined. the front was at a horrible angle.

I had to take him to a different barber where they had to take the sides down to a 0 and the top to a 1. The most frustating part is that when I was at the front the other stylists eyes were popping out of their heads!!!

When I contacted customer service they decided that their was nothing they could do for me since I went somewhere else. The messed up part is I even have pictures and they could care less.

In closing don't go to Regis they don't care about quality just the money!!!!!
