These people are claiming I won 3,062,814.00 and I have to send them $20.00 in order to receive said winnings. I always get these rip off letters after I started entering for a Publishers Clearing House drawing for 7,000 a week for life. I don't know if they sold my information or if these people just went through their mail. But this is a rip off and needs to be reported.
