The letter claims you are a cash prize winner for $3,062,814.00 but need to send $20.00 to process report and records. There are several errors or red flags like; there are "rules on reverse" but there is no reverse. It's blank! Also, there is "no purchase necessary" yet you need to pay $20 bucks! Also, "Registered Assets Advisers has authorized R.A.A. to proceed with the issuance"...OMG what a joke!
