One of Regus's offerings is a Business Platinum Plus plan that allows members to pay a monthly fee and use one of their furnished offices up to 5 times per month. Regus requires that you notify them 90 days (3 full months) before you cancel your Business Platinum Plus plan even if you complete your 6 month contract.

This is rediculous and unnecessary, as members drop into the offices, and can change office locations. Therefore, 90 day notification is unnecessary and can only be seen to be an unethical scam for getting more money out of members who are unaware of the rediculous 90 day notice policy.

I believe 30 days (as with most contracts including permanent office tenancies) to be fair and appropriate.
The effect is that Regus gets an extra 2 months of membership fees from unsuspecting members as a final screw you on the way out.

As expected, when I query this, the "Customer Service" representative does a great job of pointing out that the terms state 90 days, instead of trying to service the customer.
I asked for an explanation for a 90 day notice for the drop in service, and the "Customer Service" representative was unable to provide any useful insites, but again said "these are the terms you agreed to".

I have found Regus to be useful in the 5 months leading up to my request for termination. However this has left a very sour taste in my mouth. This 90 day notice is a rip-off and an abuse of contract.

Before this, I had planned to return to using the Business World Membership in 2016, however I would prefer to make do without than give this unethical company my money
