Regus unfair billing practices Jersey city Nationwide
I joined Regus in April, at which time the sales person was always available. As soon as I moved in, neither the sales person nor the manager have bothered to return my calls or emails. My bill has been more than agreed, very frustrating as there's no one to answer any questions. They also renewed my lease, without asking. Luckily, I pay with Amex, and am resorting to dispute charges. This is taking time from my day-to-day. So Regus is not looking very good on my page right now.
