Show customers why they should trust your business over your competitors...

This company is a mess. It all started with original founder and owner Allan Jones, they created the concept of robot frozen yogurt vending machines, the problem is that they were more focused on selling the machines than creating a true Franchie concept, they sold many of these machines with very poor support. With very poor service and response they ended up selling the company to this guys in california, now the new company does not want to service the old machines that were sold by Robofusion so basically all owners previous to the sale of the company are stocked with no support or service from Reis and Irvis. The new machines they are selling do not have the original robot and they are looking for people to get hooked with these 3-5 machine bundle witrh the promisse that they will even help you to get a location! First of all they dont have locations or deals nationwide as they say, this business is all about the location, do not make the worst mistake of your life buying this machines without a location. Regarding service, how are they servicing all these new machines when they dont event support the ones they have??? these is a total rippoff. We are geting together with a group of old owners to start a class A sue!

I was mistaken and now understand that Reis & Irvy's, Inc., the company that offers frozen yogurt vending robots, is not the same company as Robofusion, Inc.  Reis & Irvy's was simply licensing trademarks and other intellectual property from Robofusion until Reis & Irvy's parent company, Generation NEXT Franchise Brands, Inc., purchased that intellectual property from Robofusion in December 2016.  Although Generation NEXT now owns the intellectual property previously held by Robofusion, neither Generation NEXT nor Reis & Irvy's took over the contracts between Robofusion and previous purchasers of Robofusion's robotic vending machines.
