These two companies work together to take your money, when you order a trial for just the cost of shipping and handling telling you that you can cancel at anytime then when you call to cancel they tell you it will still cost you 14.95 per product  because you recieved the 30 day supply And if you want to send them back you have to ship them seperately and pay for each, even though they shipped them to you in the same padded envelope. And if you send them back any other way they will not be accepted. so you end up paying 4.95 for the dermalife 5.95 for the rejuv-a derm then 14.95 each to keep them or 17.56 each to send them back.(btw they have to be unused and in the origional packaging to even get a refund) so basically they send you a trial of a product your not supposed to try.

They run you in circles they won't allow you to talk to a supervisor and they don't even give you their real names(i.e. I spoke to a man named Clay Thompson who had such a heavy asian accent that I could hardly understand him) I'm pretty sure what these places do is set up an office someplace, send out a bunch of this bogus product and then when the calls start coming in to complain they just close up shop and move to another city and start all over. They prey on middle aged women who want to look their best and they con them into a "trial" version of something that will make them look years younger. How can they use the Dr Oz show as a lure to make you think your getting something your not. Shame Shame on these jerks, not only am I out approx 45 dollars I also have to worry if they will charge me the 92.00  next month for a product I already cancelled.
