Rejuva Naturals, LLC product GluTrimex GluTrimex does not work and I was denied a refund and their employee hung up on me when I contacted them about a refund. Manteno, Illinois

I ordered a 1 year supply of GluTrimex (12 bottles - 8 bottles and 4 free with free shipping and handling) on 2/4/12 for $239.90.  I was supposed to return them by 5/4/12 for a full refund.  Because I haven't been taking the pills after the first bottle was empty (after 30 days) because I saw no results, I forgot about returning them - as I've had a lot of family issues recently. 

I saw the box of bottles today (5-11-12), that I had meant to return, and called the 800 number (800-375-7297) for GluTrimex and spoke to Becky who was very rude to me.  She didn't want to listen to anything I had to say.  She said I was outside of the 90 days and I would not be receiving a refund.  She said that I could mail the unopened bottles back, but that I would not be refunded for them!  I asked to speak to her supervisor, she said she was a supervisor, and she hung up on me.  I called back and asked to speak to the owner of the company, she said I am not receiving a refund, I'm out of time, and hung up on me again.

I then looked up the phone number for the company Rejuva Naturals online and called that number 800-398-8055 - the same person, Becky, answered that line and said again that I would not be receiving a refund and hung up on me again. 

This product does not work and you cannot contact the company and speak to an individual for help.  Their ad says that I am covered by a 100% money back guarantee.
