Rejuvena Skin trails bill your credit/debit after I cancelled my order, added products to the original order without authorization, refused to refund Scottsdale Arizona

I tried to order a free trial bottle of a skin care product. They claimed I had only to pay the shipping cost. During checkout I was asked if I wanted an additional product, I clicked on NO and continued on with checkout. Their system charged me for the additional item anyway. The next morning I called the company and reported being charged for the additional product I didn't order. This person just talked over me and gave me a 100 excuses for this problem.  I was told later this is their practice.  Both products are ordered together whether you want them or not. I got the products, used the one I ordered and it gave me a rash on my cheeks that looked Rosachia.  I called before my trial time was up and tried to cancel my order. I talked to this person for about 20 mins. before I just simply got mad, told her to cancel my order and hung up. Then 5 days later they charged my account almost $100.  That overdrew my account and I was notified. I called them that day and insisted on an explanation and an immediate refund. I was on the phone for about 30-45 mins. being talked over and getting no where. I insisted on talking to a supervisor and was told she was a supervisor.  Then I finally demanded a refund or I would report them to the BBB (which I did) and talk to my Lawyer. I was transferred to what I was told was a real supervisor and she proceded to give me the same line of BS. Finally telling me that even though they never gave a refund they would make an exception in my case and said they would deposit 50% of the charge back into my account. After argueing with her and offering them $20 to forget the whole thing I was told they would refund the 50% into my account, then gave me a reference number and hung up
