relax n glow they stolen my money and so rude and un professional Manhattan New York

This is my experience in this place, I waste my money and my time in this place , the owner ( gary ) is so rude person so mean and un professional he is flirting with the customers and asking them to go out with him , all things start when I went there to buy a laser hair remover package and I got the deal from the technician over there    ( laury ) and she is so nice , she sold me the package for 700 $ and that includes full body for six sessions and I was so happy for the offer so I get appointment to start my first session,  and in my firs session I got them a client,  she is my friend and when I told her about yhe offer she came to buy the same package , then when we went to the spa I entered to the room to take my session and my friend was waiting in the reception area and the owner was there and this was the first time I saw him when I finished I found that he sold the package for my friend for 850 $ so I asked him why it's expensive I bought it for 700 $ so he answered that's not right I said of course that's right he said OK I will fire the girl who sold it to you. so I told him no that's not good and thay is the online offer then we left the place , and my friend told me that he asked her to take her phone number and go out with her and she told him no because she is married but he told her so what wr can go out for fun so she said no I told you that I am married,  

so the whe I went there again to get the rest of my first sassion " because I took the sassion in two times " I told the girl who working there about whay he did with my friend and how he sold her the package for more money and how he fliretes her , and she was so impressed and start to apologize about what he did and she said i don't know why he do this but I promise you will not see him here because he don't come to much. The everthing was fine then after I been there 4 times witch is mean two sessions I got appointment and then they called me and cancelled the appointment and then I get anyhor one and when I went to the place they said there is no appointment in the computer and somethig is wrong and they apologize and gave me another appointment,  but before the appointment three days I called them and I asked to chamge the date because I have to go to work , so she changed to me from sunday to Thursday. then I went there for in the Thursday bit when I get there they said there is no appointment in the computer again I told them how I called here and the receptionest gave me this appointment the said yes that is right but what we have here show up that appointment been cancelled,  I told her but I didn't cancelled and why you didn't call me guys that's not the first time, that's the 3rd time you do this actually you wasting my time. the girl was nice she said I'm sorry but I don't know who did this that's because we have like 6 front desk so I was so angry I told her OK I'm sorry but I am not happy with your service guys. so please I want my money back. I don't want to waste my time again she said OK would you like to speak witb the owner I said OK. so she called him and told him what happend and gave me the phone to speak witb him and he was so mean and rude and he said OK I will send you a check with your money I told him OK thank you

tje after that two days my frien called me and said that this guy called her and her husband answer the phone he told him thay the girl have appointment today and she didn't show up so her husband ask her do you have appointment today she said no I was there two weeks ago and the sessions every 6 weeks so he told him no she don't has any appointment so gary said no she has, and because she didn't show up I will charge her a 25$ so her husband asked him why I told you she has no appointments so he hang up the phone while he spoken. so the huspend called him again and said how you do this with your customers he said we don't need you as a customer here again and he close the phone again. so my friend called me and she was so upset,  then I wait a week to receive my money but he didsend me anything so I called again and the front desk said he is not here but you can call around 4 pm he will be here. so I called again and he told me there is no money for you. I said how I paid 700 $ and I got just 2 sassions so he said no you already got your sessions, I was so mad then I went to the spa I told him that i need my money he said no I said but you owe me at least 500 $ he said I will not gave you anything and he start to ignoring me. I spoke to him and he no answers .I got so upset so I called the police for him but when the came the said there is nothing they can do and they told me but you havd to sew him and I felt so bad how this guy can stole my money and waste my time.
