 Hi I used to work for Relevant Energy Solutions in Fort Walton. I quit because I'm an honest person and can't be a part of such a dishonest company. I also didn't like being treated like a scoundrel after customers saw the bill. This company suckers people in with free dinners and then have a dog and pony show where they show this 'space age material' and practically brainwash people. It may actually work but the problem is the price. Their product is called 'ultimate blanket' and they charge a steep $1.75-$4/sqft depending on how evil the salesman (con artist) is that day. On Amazon a product that states the same qualities eg 97% heat resist and tear resistance etc sells for $118/1000sqft roll! This company advertised 15-20 per hour and that's why I signed up but only payed me 300$ for 33 hours and I had to work 4 hours away and stay in hotel 3 nights and pay for food and tools out of my own wallet. These guys have at least an 85% profit margin and when a customer had an issue with being overcharged they just passed the blame around. So unprofessional and total rip off! I bet they buy this cheap thermal barrier foil and rebrand it as "ultimate blanket". If you search for "ultimate blanket" online you won't find it.

Hello Former trainee.

During the interview process we discussed you needed to be trained, we would first give you the opportunity to ride with one of our head installers to see how we do our installations. This would give you an understanding of the process and to see if it was the type of work you would like before hire. It would also give us the opportunity to see if you were the kind of worker we wanted to add to our team. No commitments on either side. It was also explained that you were not qualified for an installer position but could train to be a helper. Our installer would show you the what's and how's of our business and thereafter, you were to meet and discuss your future with our company, but you never came to the meeting.

The pay structure was clearly explained for installers and their helpers. Being that you were new, and in training, it was explained to you that there was a grace period before there would be any increase in pay.

None of our other installers/helpers have had a problem with our pay structure within the company. All of the installers/helpers are briefed the same during our interview/hiring process.

Per the head installer there was 12 to 15 hours maximum of work, tops. You were paid well over $20.00 per hour. We inform everyone that there is a needed grace perid before hire. Its an important part of the process to weed out  workers that do not fit our company's criteria. You did two small jobs. During an installation, a customer called and informed us of how slow and unprofessional you were. You were sitting on a bucket outside while the installer was hooking up equipment. You cannot learn that way. This of course is not what a customer oriented company wants to hear.

We take customer satisfaction very seriously. Before we ever hire anyone, we make sure they can live up to our company standards. Show up on time, look professional, be kind to the customer, take pride in your work, etc.

You were on a trial basis.

After being shown a list of tools needed for the job, you claimed you had the proper equipment. It was explained very clearly you would supply your own tools and transportation. We paid for your hotel stay that included a free breakfast. our installer bought the tools you needed because you showed up with none. We paid you $100 + per day, 3 nights stay. It should have been two days at the most and you still made $300.00 +. You traveled with a veteran installer so you didn't pay for gas. We do not pay for food as was explained during the interview.

After your trial period, we evaluate, to decide if we feel as though you were a good fit for our company. You worked two small jobs with our company on a trial basis only.

As for the scam part you mentioned, it is a waste of time explaining to you. We carry only the best of the best. You get what you pay for in this life and our customers agree.

It benefits the customers home by saving energy, providing a healthier home environment and tax credits.

You cannot buy OUR product on line. You can, however, buy a cheap, low line similar looking rolled reflective insulation manufactured in china and other countries with no warranty. We have some in the office if you wolud like to compare.

There is an incredible difference in quality. The Ultimate Blanket has a Lifetime Guarantee in writing and made in the U.S.A.

Our customers pride themselves in working towards the best in life and want only the best for their homes. So, although you can get a smilar looking product online it is not the same product. A Horse and Buggy and a Cadillac are both methods of transportation but thankfully our customers know the difference.

We pride ouselves and our team in being the best in our profession and truly take pride in the quality of product for our customers and they recognize that.

You talked to our general manager and tried demanding more money, if you weren't granted it you would make us look bad online.

Instead of just moving on and start looking for new work, you have unfortunately decided to spend hours and days complaining about your pay online and trying to drag our company's good reputation through the mud.

We can only hope all readers can see the fabrications of a disgruntled, not even, ex-employee.

We truly do love our customers' homes saving energy and enable them to have an overall pleasant experience with our products.
