USA CREDIT, USA Platinum Credit, USA Credit Superstore rip off scam con artists Internet
I received a phone call in Jan '03 from USA CREDIT telling me I could re-establish my credit if I signed up with them for a fee of $179.95. They told me that this fee would be refunded to me for the purchase of merchandise on their online store. I stupidly was suckered in & they got my money on 02-28-03. All I have received is 1 email from them. I have not received anything in the mail or any other emails from them since they took my money. And so much for their online USA credit superstore. The link they have in the email they sent to me doesn't work. Signed, Suckered in Texas! Elizabeth Bonham, TexasU.S.A.

USA Credit USA Credit $7500 Dollar credit RIP-OFF!! Nationwide
This company first off is a scam first and for-most so lets get that straight. I, like others with bad credit have sought out to improve my credit only to get hacked by the scum-bags of the world and this company is one of them. The only thing that saved my lonely checking account was that first, they asked for my 'bank rounting number! Hmmmm..I thought! The next was a dead give-away! My checking account number. From here I asked about a 30 day refund, this was a ruse as I was on to his scam, and also their website to see their so called products. From here he bailed on the conversation..wonder why? BE SMART!!!!! Flamike n.ft.myers, FloridaU.S.A.

USA Credit CREDIT CARD SCAMMERS!! Internet
I check my bank account EVERY SINGLE morning before I go to work to make sure I have enough money for lunch at work and what not incase I need it and this morning when I looked I was in the red, overdrafted by 149.95!!! The night before I had money in my account. I looked to see what did it and it said USA credit. I have never even heard of them! I keep trying to find their website online and this is the only legit thing I can find that makes sense to me!! I went to the bank and the only explanation they had for me was that it must be my car payment, except my car payment is with Primus Credit not USA credit!! I have been scammed into something without knowing it!! They are frauds and if you call them you will be on hold for a really long time and get no help. Get these people out of business!! They are doing illegal stuff here and they are still allowed to be in business even with this whole website of people talking about them stealing money from them!!! I need to know how to get my money back because I can't afford for them to take out 150.00 and then get charged 35.00 for an overdraft fee!!! Help! Bol1693 Fredericksburg, VirginiaU.S.A. According to the majority of victims interviewed by Rip-off Report, those who immediately called their banks to dispute the charges did not get very far. Many victims got the following responses from their banks: we could not do anything for you or you waited too long; it has been more than 60 days. If the bank is says that you have waited too long, explain to them how you called their 800 number as soon as the charges were found, and were told by the bank that nothing could be done. Remind the bank that they failed to assist you properly at the 800 #, and instead, provided you with an inadequate explanation of your right to dispute. Tell the bank that it's their fault time has expired, and since they gave you the wrong info to begin with, they will just have to deal with it, take the loss and reverse the charges. Tell them the truth; this was unauthorized and your account was NOT to be charged! Keep emphasizing how you never authorized anything! Direct them to the hundreds of victims reports that were filed on Rip-off Report.com. And if you're at the bank, walk them over to their computer and make them go to this site! If you are on the phone with them, tell them you will wait while they access this site! Either way, be persistent! DO NOT TAKE NO FOR AN ANSWER! Let them know nicely, that you were advised to Report them (the Bank) and this situation to the Banking Commission in your state. Since each state has a different name for the agency/controller over banks, find that name before you call or get to the bank so you can throw it in their face. The more knowledgeable you appear to be, the further you will get. And just continue to demand the Federal Regulation E form! The bank CAN, MUST and WILL reverse the charge! But, you must be persistent; ask to speak to the supervisor or the area manager for all the branches in the state. Let the bank personnel know you are meeting with the media later in the day, that you would much rather they do the right thing (as most other banks have) by looking at the complaints and immediately reversing the chargetruth. If you have to, be loud (but nice) in front of other customers. If you are just calling by phone, the above tactics s) to your account; no matter how long ago it was. Be sure to call the Media if necessary so you are telling the

USA Credit TOTAL RIPOFF Pennsylvania
I have had several charges to my checking account every month. Finally, I decided to find out what they were. The first was from PDLOANSCS.COM, as per a live chat from them, this was a membership that I joined, but they could not identify which one, nor could I get my money back. Granted it was only $6.78, but, each time it was done, my checking account bounced, $30 out the window. Then there is IDTHECS.COM, this is for idenity theft, how ironic.... Anyway, this month this service cost me $40.65. Then the best one of all, USA CREDIT, for which I can find no website. I however, did find a phone number on the RIP-OFF website of 1-800-685-9354. When I called to speak with them, Teri answered the phone and told me that when I applied for a Pay-day-loan, it was a 3-in-one deal that included a $12,500.00 line of credit and a roadside service. The line of credit first cost $149.95, but there was not enough in my checking accunt to clear that, another $30 gone. So they decided to give me a more cost effective line of credit for $2500.00 that would cost $49.95, a one time fee. With the roadside service, Elite, it was charging $19.95, which caused my account to bounce twice, $60 gone. When I demanced that the $49.95 be returned and all of the bounce fees, I was informed that this could not be done since I agreed to the $49.95. I don't recall any of this information. My funds as rule are always limited, so why in the world would I agree to something that was going to cost me this much money each month. These people are a rip off to say the least and there customer service sucks!!!!!!!!!! I did get a cancellation number for the Elite, but since the $49.95 is a one time NONrefundable fee, they did not was to cancel this since this is my best interest to keep. I told them to burn it because they are all crooks....... People, please be very careful when dealing with payday loan sites, read everything and take nothing for granted. USA Gold - USA Credit Superstore Credit Card Services Uniontown Pennsylvania
I was under the impression that this was a secured credit card. I entered my banking information to apply for the card. They debited my account and sent me the card. I tried to use it and it was not valid. I called the company to complain and ask for my money back and they refused my request. Instead they doubled my voucher (which is a certificate to match dollars spent). I was unhappy and when I tried to use my voucher on their website I was unable to as there was no place on the site to redeem the voucher. I thought I would use it later, and in later months their website had moved and I don't even know where to look for it now as this has been a problem since 2002 when I originally applied for the credit card. I have basically been out of my money since then. Tonya Estherville, IowaU.S.A.

Usa Credit usa credit scammed me Internet Internet
I applied for a credit card from usa credit. They took $150 from my bank account. I received the card. I was required to call the activation number to find out my credit line. They said I had to buy and send them a Postal money order for the amount I wanted loaded onto the card. If I wanted to buy their merchandise, I would have to pay the shipping/handling chargesmyself. They called me back with an offer to sell me a printer/scanner/copier for $350. I had just purchased to same item locally for $70 brand new. The fine print says if I want my $150 refunded I must show them my bank account is not overdrawn within 30 days. My bank account is overdrawn at this time. The fine print says they will tap my bank account for $19.95 monthly as long as I have the card. I want to send back the card to them and tell them not to tap my bank account. I don't know how to recover my $150. I have been scammed! Stephen Santa Cruz, CaliforniaU.S.A.

All I can say is this company is a rip off. I never even signed up with them but received a email saying they were debiting my account $149.95?? Not sure how they got my bank info but they did. When I called them they tried to say that I enrolled on their web site, but would not give me the name of the web site so I could see for myself. After an hour on the phone with them and hearing why they are SO good and that I need them, they finally gave me a cancellation number. But then informed me that the number they gave me was for them only and I could still get charged by some of their partner company's. They also refused to give me the names and numbers of their partner companies. I have not been charged yet but will be watching my accounts. I have also notified my bank and will be filling a report with my local Attorney Generals office on them for Bank Fraud. I would advise anyone and everyone to stay clear of this company and if you have been victimized by them to file a fraud calm on them through your bank and you local attorney Generals office. I am so glad that I found this web site while trying to research them. It's just sad that so many people have been taken by them. Kilo1321 aurora, ColoradoU.S.A.
