Adult Friend Finder.com the website is a pitiful ripoff Phoenix Arizona
The poor fools in Phoenix do not know that the site is not actually in Phoenix AZ, so what do you pay for. They need to be offering to pay for HIV tests if you are really going to sex tonight. What a sorry ploy Wen peoria, ArizonaU.S.A.

Free Membership Adult Websites ripoff consumer fraud ripoff Florida Internet
You will see free trial access to adult sites everywhere on the net. Be aware you are required to enter your credit card number for age verification. You are told there will be no charge. You are charged the minute you press submit. I did this 7 times and was charged each transaction. No I was not charged because I exceeded the trial period, I was charged at the time I signed up. This directly contravenes what is clearly stated on the sign up pages. Hey this is not just for one website, it's for 99% of the Adult sites. Is this not fraud? Why do they get away with it and why do the credit card facility's process the cards. Phil Perth, Other

Adult Friend Finder - alt.com Many fake members, and credit card fraud beyond membership fees Internet
I signed up for AFF (Adult Friend Finder) approximately 3 months ago. I signed up for a 3 month membership.  Upon first gaining access to the site, which took some time to process my membership, although taking my fee/money for access was much quicker, i quickly realized about 90% of the profiles are of fake people.  This didnt bother me as much as after a while, you can identify the fakes a mile away. (ie poor grammer, duplicate photos, countries of origin, cities and states of origin not matching, poor attempts at fraudulant profiles) I was able to make a few good connections, one in particular that I wont ever forget, but during the duration of the membership, i decided it wasnt worth my money and cancelled the automatic renewal.  also concurrently I was having random companies (fronts) authorize money from my bank account via my debit card number (confirmed by Bank of America)  but once I called the number to the fake business associated with the authorizations there would be a recording apologizing and said my money would be returned withing 3 business days.  which they did return the money.  Once my attempt, and I call it an attempt, as I will explain later, to cancel the automatic renewal process happened, fraudulant purchases started to post to my account, and I mean immediately.  I noticed it and luckily called BOA right away and they froze my account as they did so..not 1, 2, 3, 4...but 5 more attempts were blocked in under an hour.  As of right now only one charge went through to some fragarence.net company for ~165.oo which i am disputing and BOA will fix.  That really upset me but I cancelled the card and fixed that problem, but in all those fraudulant charges, i noticed one that stood out.  AFF tried to authorize my card for an extension of some type for another membership, for an unknown duration.  If i recall correctly when I first signed up it was ~45 dollars for 3 months, but this new attempted charge was in the amount of 185.  Although once I logged into my still active(for 3 more days) account, i was immediately transfered to a screen that stated, i needed to update my payment information because the information was outdated.  So unless they tried to charge me, which they shouldnt have, they wouldnt have known i froze the account.  In addition to that, once they realized they were cut off from my funds, alot of my membership privileges were cut off and limited back down to nearly a standard member, almost as if to punish me for a service i purchased yet, since they couldnt rob me anymore, they took away and violated our original agreement. (which was paid for in full)  I do not detest the purpose of the site, i think its a great adult site for busy adults, I think there is some success if you are willing to dig through the fraudulant profiles, and I had some of the best sex of my life due to this site, although, do so at your own risk, if you are to sign up...here is how I would do it to fix this problem.  I would sign up for no more than 3 months...pay them the dues...immediately cancel the card you used, open a new card with a different number. and enjoy your account and if it asks you to update your billing information, ignore it and DO NOT DO IT!  I hope this helps the reader (you) as it was as honest and forthcoming as I could explain.  Any lawyers interested in a class action suit, by all means contact me at your leisure.  I have copies of all billings and fraudulant purchases/attempts.

Adult Dvds Doug Steimel Rip off totally. United States Nationwide
Hi. I went on quickdvddeliver.com and orderesd some dvds. $70.00 worth and nver recived not one. On this day today, 8/4/2013, I figured out the so called name of the owner of the website was Doug Steimel and went to goole and typed in that name and I clicked on this website and seen the rip off reports already, so I decides to report my rip off from this website. I called police and one came out to my house and I made a report on it, as of today 8/4/2013, my fraud from this website is under investigation with a detective. The police officer that came out forward the proof of my purchases and how much each thing cost and how much I spent on each order for proof that I did pay for these items. I have not recived not 1 dvd or anything I have ordered. Like some people on here that have aready said they emailed them many times and never got a reply back on their orders, well its true. They reply once or twice, then they quit replying after that and they are rude nd they have a number you can call, but when you do it goes stright to a voicemail and they never called me back I even teted the number and never got a text back. I suggest if this happened to you, I dont care when it was or how far back you should call the police and make your report if you have the emails from them and if you have your emails with proof of what you purchased and how much each item was and all togeather. If it says payment cleared on the invoice then theres your proof it got paid for what you ordered. This is such a BIG RIP OFF. NOBODY and I MEAN NOBODY DON'T EVER PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THESE PEOPLE. If you want to contact me about what happened to me with these people then e-mail me at (((email redacted))). We all need to try our best to get this rip off b*stared in jail. Thanks

Adult FriendFinder No Real Adults or Friends To Find! Palo Alto, California
Just wanted to share my experience with AFF. In my opinion for this site to possibly work you need to: 1. Not be a Single Male. 2. Join with a Gold Membership. 3. Be able to offer a world of goods. 4. Be ready to invest several months of time. I do not think that Single Men are in big demand for relationships on AFF and probably make up the majority of the members. One girl (and the only) who contacted me had 542 guys listed as her friends. 542 guys! How can you possibly maintain any type of relationship with 542 people? I was curious so I became #543 just to see what would happen. Not much. She winked at me a few times, sent, by code, her Yahoo IM, and we exchanged one volley each on IM. I contacted several girls all of whom were said to be active (I did see some Online Now) and within a few miles of my area. None replied back. One girl wrote that she was new to New York and was looking for a tour guide. I work in that field and am studying to obtain my own license. I wrote to her and explained as such but she never wrote back. You can meet all the parameters, wants, likes, needs, etc., and write them a letter explaining all that you have in common but you will not receive any reply. It's really not any different from most other regular online dating sites. When I joined the first thing I did was to turn OFF the automatic renewal system and I took a picture of the screen to prove it was indeed OFF. It wasn't too difficult to find the section to do so but I think Automatic renewal needs to be OFF always and turned ON if you want and not the other way around. I found the elite Gold membership a little annoying. Just make it one price for everything. Those who went Gold seem to be seen as more serious in their search as if you are not serious by just being a Silver member. You get more goodies by being a Gold member. Just a ploy to up-sell. The one thing I really didn't like is after going through the entire sign up process filling out your profile, searching through endless ads, finally finding a person who was on recently, when you start to write an email you are told it can not contain any personal information until after two exchanges each. What? Isn't that the purpose of joining the site? We are told this process is to protect against people who might try to spam. Yeah, okay. If you are a Couple, a Group, or Female you will have an easier time finding Couples, Groups, and Females. As for Single Guys, such as the 542 who were all friends of ONE girl, you might just be spinning your wheels. Name Withheld By Request Brooklyn, New YorkU.S.A.

Facial abuse/Adult doorway False billing charges india
I joined this website with a non reoccuring membership at $69.00 plus a $1.00 free membership trial. They billed me for that  includeing four charges of $18.97 and two more charges of $1.00 Which were unauthorized. So I emailed them to resolve these charges and got the run around from a third party billing company which was no help. Anyway I emailed them back just telling them to discontine billing and if they don't I'm going to persue fraud charges. I'll see how that goes and keep you updated. We live and we learn, no more internet porn sites for me.

Premier Premium Communications Fraudulent Billing - UK Adult Web Site Fort Worth Texas
Thanks to all of you rip-off reporters for the information that you have provided about Premier Premium Communications and the actions that you are taking aginst them. I am furious at this scam and will fight with you. I plan to register my complaint with state and federal authorities soon after I write this. I received my $30 bill on 11/20/04 for the UK number (44 207 335 84). When it was disputed, I received a nice intimidating e-mail from George, as many of you did. In addition to the fight with PPC, I am bracing myself for the possible dispute with the telephone company. I do not know though, how I will be charged long distance charges when I do not have long distance service... but I know, in this day and age anything is possible. Daniel Dyer, TennesseeU.S.A.

You can find numerous affiliate ads for Camazon on **********.com and social bookmarking sites. Once you get there, you are flirted with by attractive women in your area. After you pay the membership fee, you are allowed to chat and communicate with other members of the site. However once you become a paying member, none of these women in your area will chat or otherwise communicate with you. What the hell kind of site is this. These skanks' only purpose is to get you to convert to a paying membership so they can make money. This is the classic bait and switch in action. Fling Adult website-place for scammers! ripoff Florida
I joined this adult website thinking it was a legitimate website for hooking up with another consenting adult. The first (and only) 5 replies I received by E-mail from women all turned out to be from scammers who after one or two E-mails were already asking for me to help them out from a bad financial situation. Interestingly enough, all 5 claimed to be currently living in Nigeria at the present time. Is this a new form of the Nigerian scam? When I contacted the website, they agreed to put a note on these members account and if it happened again, to cancel their membership?? What gives, I report a scammer who I have proof of by E-mail and you wouldn't automatically kick them off the site? This site is turning out to be a big ripoff and looks like they won't do anything about it!! Don't waste your money! Timothy Maple Grove, MinnesotaU.S.A.

AdultFriendFinder Gold Paying Members that are being deceptive Palto Alto California
I notified Adult FriendFinder, inc. about the fact that a man was a Gold Member of thier website and he had charges against him for Spousal Sexual Sodomy. Not only that he was using a Credit Card that he was not the Primary Cardholder on to pay for the charges of the membership. I know that because this man sent me messages with his full name attached and I obtained the information on the charges. Adult FriendFinder did not take the necessary action to keep other women safe and allowed this man, using a handle on there website to try to lure other women to him. Possibly allowing other women to be put in harms way as his wife was on April 10, 2005 when she was raped by him. Also this man was Physically and Mentally abusive to his wife and they still would not remove him after the wife sent them letters and asked them to provide protection for other women and remove him from the site and he was also saying he was divorced and actually married at the time. appears through Adult FriendFinders own personnel many married men are using the site to have fun in there marriage and outside there marriage without the unsuspecting spouse knowing about it. I would like to see websites like these shut down on the internet. Protection is not there for the women or even the men for that matter, because this particular man wanted to seek both men and women and couples, 2 women and man and women, TV, TG....etc.. This person was dropped to a Standard Member after the wife closed the Credit Card Account he was using to pay for the charges. Concerned for safety of others with site like this that does not take things seriously and check into the matters reported to them. Adult FrindFinder told me that they could kick them off, but the men or women that get kicked off just keep coming back under another handle. I feel by not using real names, this is a major concern and needs to be thought of as a Protection issue that needs to be dealt with by the Proper Authourities because this is happening on the internet. High Society adult entertainment web site rip-off
I was charged $65 for a 30 second peek at an adult entertainment site. I was stupid enough to use my credit card to verify I was over 18. It stated this is for verification only...you will not be charged. What a sucker I was. Next VISA statement all these separate charges appear from companies outside the US. When calling the 800 number to verify what service I allegedly bought, they informed me I had subscribed to High Society at a rate of $2.00 a day. What a scam. Most men would be too embarassed to complain and thats how they zap your money. If this happens to you, call your credit cards fraud unit! They will dispute the charges on your behalf. Some would say I deserve this. Nobody should be ripped off. I learned my lesson. (Worst punishment of all, I had to tell my wife.)
