Oil painting #2 did not arrive after 4 weeks. Ignored multiple calls and emails. Initiated a dispute with Visa card company for merchandise paid for - but not received.

Arts Heaven / VERY BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE/ Westminster, California
Arts Heaven has a very bad customer service.  I had a problem with one oil painting I bought from them.  There is no person you can talk to.  They have a phone number you can use but no one takes the call.  You have to leave a message.  Answering message says they will reply in 24 hours.  That is completely FALSE.. Arts Heaven never replied to any of my phone messages. They have an e-mail address (  You can use it to report any problem.  I used it, but they never responded to any of my emails.  They never replied, not even after 1 week of my first inquiry. If you buy from this place, pray God everything will be OK.  If you have any problem with them, forget about it as you will never be able to talk to anybody or get any message from them, not even to acknowledge your situation.

Arts Heaven 30 days refund guarantee fraud Westminster, California
I ordered and paid $445 plus $25 taxes that were advertised as included in the price, for a museum quality reproduction of Wermeer's Art of Painting with age and craquelure. The order was confirmed including my specification but the one sent is not with age and craquelure. Their site advertises fraudulent praises as it does not provide for any feed back. My repeated emails and phone calls asking a return form are ignored and by now the 30 days guarantee money back term is severely diminished. How could be that allowed?

I ordered a painting as a gift from Arts Heaven. My credit card was billed right away and I recieved confirmation via email almost immedeatesly. The painting was shipped about 5 weeks later on March 19th, as expected.Arts Heaven advertizes free shipping and a 30 day money back, no questions asked guarantee, with a 15% restocking fee on returns without defects. My girl friend loved the painting, but did not have a place for it. We looked through the website and picked something else that would work for her house.After 3 emails and 2 unreturned phone messages I am resolved not to order anything else from Arts Heaven. Ironcally, their greeting message states that for faster service you should email customer service where you will recieve a response within 24 hours.The Arts Heaven website posts glowing acalaids from supposed customer testimonials, but if you look up reviews elsewhere you find nothing but reports similar to, and worste than this one. After researching this company, which I wish I had done initially, I am convinced that if I try to return this paining I will never see a refund or a response.

Arts Heaven promises carefully recreated detail-by-detail, color-by-color to near perfection in order to preserve the sentiment and splendor of the original. We only sell top-notch quality oil painting reproduction to our customers. Satisfaction Guaranteed. Arts Heaven advertises a moneyback guarantee minus the cost of shipping for painting reproductions that are returned. We ordered and recieved the painting. It was an incomplete painting with areas painted over and was not a reproduction of the original. We notified Arts Heaven via phone and email and they reconfirmed via email their money back gurantee if the product was returned. We returned the product unchanged and as delivered in the original shipping material via UPS. UPS notified us it was delivered and signed for on Feb. 11. Arts Heaven does not return email or phone calls and has not returned the money. In fact Arts Heaven produced an incomplete and poor quality reproduction with the false guaranteee of moneyback if the painting is unacceptable. We have purchased other reproductions from other companies which have produced quality reproductions. In any event wether the product is good or not the money back guarantee is fraudulant. I ordered and paid $445 plus 33.19 unexpected taxes, for a quality museum reproduction of Vermeers The Art of  Painting with age and  craquelure. The order was confirmed and my specifications were included in their confirmation but the reproduction sent did not show the desired feature. My repeated emails were ignored and today about a third of the 30 days guaranteed refund is severely diminished. Their advertised site contains only praises but does not offer a way of leaving comments. There is no help in finding out any name and the advertised phone receives only voice messages which are also ignored. Does anyone know more?

Complaint Detail / Problem Complaint Type: Billing or Collection Issues Problem: supposedly has a 30-day money back guarantee for oil painted reproductions. I received an unsatisfactory painting and immediately shipped order #10682 back to business on 5/23/16. Merchandise was received and signed for by Q.Quyen on 5/26/16. I inquired about the refund (minus 15% for restocking/shipping costs) on 6/6/16 by email and phone. No response and no refund for $361.75 to associated credit card by 6/9/16.

Arts Heaven Review very bad reproduction no money back! Internet reproduction painting does not exceed my expectations! The colors and brush strokes did not reflect from the original painting. The price for this painting was very expensive but low quality. The painting was finished and delivered after 10 weeks.  I would not do business with this company again! I also tried but the same result with this company! DO NOT USE THESE COMPANIES UNLESS YOU LIKE GIVING OUT MONEY WITH NO RETURN.

Arts Heaven All I wanted was an oil painting or: Do not buy from Artsheaven On Line Based California
Few months ago I wanted to buy an oil reproduction of a Mondrian painting as a gift for a friend. Artsheaven's website looked so promising and I purchased a painting from them.. I paid $215, waited about a month, paid another $25 tax when it arrived (which I was not made aware to by them) but I was so happy when it finally arrived.. I opened the tube and.. But, hold on, wait a minute...well... what a disappointment..... Is this the Museum quality reproduction? This can not be true... The quality of the repro was so poor.. It looked like an unfinished painting, where the painter used the wrong colors.. and definitely not a Museum quality as promised in their web site... I contacted the company to find out what was it all about and received a short, polite email, (We are sorry you do not approve of the quality of the painting),asking me to return the item and that they will refund the money.. Well, I thought, OK, I will return the item but then I realised it will cost me about $170 just to ship the item back to the states... I send them another email, expecting at least an apology for their poor quality item and the disappointment caused (not to mention the $240 I lost) but.. I guess that this company does not really care for its costumers... as I never heard from them.. I just hope that the lesson I learnt might help someone else NOT to buy from them. Arts Heaven Theft & fraud! Your website offered a 30 money back guarantee and free shipping. I purchased a painting and requested an exchange due to size which was approved within 24hrs. Upon payging over $200 to Westminster, California
I purchased an oil painting in November 2010 for a combined birthday and housewarming present for a very close friend. I received confirmation for my order within 24hours, and my payment was processed immediately. After receiving the painting, which was of a good quality, i needed to exchange it for a smaller version. Again my request was aproved and confirmed within 24 hours. The size requested wa in stock and it would be posted out as soon as I returned my origial purchase. All information regarding the free postage and handling to return the painting was provided. However the shipping was not free and ended up costing me over $200 I have documentation prooving that Atrs Heaven did infact receivie the painting and have sgned for its delivery. I have emailed them numerous times and even left several messages on their answering machine enquiring as to where my painting is, and when I will receive it. This has been an ongoing battle for close to six months. And quite embarrasing for me as my friend is still waiting for her present! I believe that Arts Heaven have committed theft as, they have entered a contract of sake and have kept the money for the original painting ($600) and after agreeing to exchange have not provided the product. They also advised in their email confirming the exchange that they would refund the difference in price of the paintings. I am greatly disappointed that after many emails and numerous messages regarding my exchange, that I have yet to receive a response from them in either an email or via telephone. I would like all my costs refunded including the FREE shipping they so heavily advertise on the website.

I have ordered two paintings from It was awful, because the items arrived with 3 weeks delay. As well as they didn’t look the same as on the picture. The quality was poor and these items didn’t cost such sum. I was disappointed and decided to return items. But the seller was angry person, who yelled at me and said that he didn’t want to deal with me.

Lincoln Center Ripoff Scam Artists, Unable to get tickets for INXS Scalper Heaven New York New York
Smearing the good name of the band INXS, these folks were unable to process ticket requests as they stated the web site was down, once it came up 15 minutes after 9 all good seats were gone. Attempted to enter the information several times, many problems with their web site. Where did the good tickets go, from row A til row P. Check the scalper site, you will find them there. I recently purchased two different painting from as I trust they do a great job and see that they have a 30-day money back guarantee.2 months after I placed  I received the painting and  I am not happy with the quality of the painting just like a young boy who made it.So, I contacted the support and asking for a refund since it more than 30 days but they refused to issue a refund.Please do not trust they are not talented artist

Cathy Heaven (who comes from Hungary originally and whose original name was Evelin Magdolna Garamvolgyi) and who also happens to be an adult entertainer is correctly described in this complaint as being a totally condemned person because of the fact that she is a totally prejudiced and racist adult actress. The reason for this 100% correct, accurate and proper designation of Cathy Heaven has to do with the fact that she operates with a racist mentality in being opposed to working with or partnering with males who are nonwhite or non-Caucasian in her profession.   She deliberately sidelines and rejects these male men because of the color of their skin that was given to them at birth and fails to understand that they are still human beings regardless as to what skin color they may possess. This applies especially to males who are dark skinned such as African men.   It is this racist degrading and racist bigotry and racist hatred of these type of men because of the color of their skin that Cathy Heaven deserves to be posted about here so that her racially challenged mental disability in being able to accept others regardless of their skin color can be truthfully exposed.

I went into Redneck Heaven on 8-7-2015 and order a drink.  A man came to me with my drink (I didn’t go there to have a man serve me) I told him it was wrong and the BALD MAN had a problem with what I ordered.  The BALD MAN walked away, so I asked another server to get me my correct drink and was told that they couldn’t give me a REDBULL unopened, in a pint glass with ice because of T.A.B.C.  So then I asked the BALD MAN (THE BALD MAN WAS A NEW MANAGER) then why for the past 5 plus years have I been getting them that way.  The BALD MAN told me because he (THE BALD MAN) was making changes.  I was upset and the BALD MAN told me if I didn’t like it to call the owner Tinker at 469-855-8552.  So I called TINKER and left a voicemail and Tinker (THE OWNER, NOT THE BALD MAN, WELL HE IS BALD AS WELL) texted me asking what the problem was and I told Tinker that the BALD MAN wasn’t gonna give me my drink unopened in a pint glass with ice.  TINKER (THE OWNER) told me that he was gonna call the Manager (AKA BALD MAN) and get to the bottom of it for me.  So the BALD MAN came up to me and Said, “Tinker told me to tell you to leave because you are complaining about the service, and that Tinker doesn’t want anyone in Redneck Heaven who has a problem at all.  So I lefty and called Tinker at 469-855-8552 and asked if he was really throwing me out because I had a complaint and TINKER said yes that it’s Tinkers way or the HIGHWAY.  So anyone going to REDNECK heaven better not COMPLAIN to the BALD MAN or you will be asked to leave.  So anyone want to tell Tinker that the Bald man is doing a good JOB call or text Tinker at 469-855-8552

I signed up to one of their seo packages and what a mistake that was! I had to pay their fees for no results, or they produced was excuses. If I was to review Heaven SEO, I would give them a negative 100. Poor performance, poor management, an overall disgrace. They should be a shamed of what theyre doing. Last Defendant Sentenced In Case Involving Unregistered Securities SACRAMENTO, Calif. — Ken Sarna, 50, of Vallejo, was sentenced today by United States District Judge Troy L. Nunley to two years and six months in prison for one count of selling unregistered securities, United States Attorney Benjamin B. Wagner announced. According to court documents, Sarna was the Director of Operations for Heaven Investments Holding Corporation (HIHC), a Sacramento company that was family-owned and operated by, among others, codefendants Akbar Bhamani, Zain Bhamani, and Aly Bhamani. From February 2007 through August 2008, HIHC solicited investors to participate in its investment programs, including the Tenants in Common (TIC) program. The TIC program was to use investor money to develop four properties, including a hotel in Oakland. HIHC sold fractionalized ownership interests to investors in each of the properties. These fractionalized interests qualified as securities, but were never registered with the SEC. Investors in HIHC lost between $2.5 million and $7 million. In sentencing memoranda previously filed with the District Court in this case, the government argued that the sale of unregistered securities was related to the operation of HIHC as a Ponzi scheme, and that the company made various misrepresentations to investors about its holdings and how the investors’ money would be secured. At the sentencing of Akbar Bhamani, the government argued that none of the investors were told that HIHC was on the verge of collapse, and as late as May and June of 2008 — just months before the company declared bankruptcy — the defendants were still bringing in large investments with promises that HIHC was a “slam dunk” investment. The court previously sentenced Akbar Bhamani, the founder and CEO of HIHC, to eight years in prison after hearing from a number of investors who described the devastating impact of their losses to HIHC. In some cases, investors lost their retirement and life savings. The court sentenced co-defendants, Zain Bhamani to two years and nine months in prison and Aly Bhamani to 11 months in prison. Shaun Bhamani was sentenced to four months in prison for his failure to report a mortgage fraud that was related to HIHC’s failed investment programs. Judge Nunley has ordered the defendants to pay restitution, the amount of which will be determined at a later proceeding. This case was the product of an investigation by the Federal Bureau of Investigation and the Internal Revenue Service-Criminal Investigation. Assistant United States Attorney Michele Beckwith prosecuted the case.

Competitive edge is a martial arts school that focuses on recruitment more than it does quality instruction. They scammed my wife and I into a 3 year contract. I had negotiated a term for a prepaid amount and came to find out that they recollect every year. They use a 3rd party billing company that is basically a debt collection agency. The contracts are a boiler plate that is completely vague and has no specifics. The numbers are hand written by the instructors and therefore can be manipulated based on a verbal conversation. What I had spoken to the instructor about was absolutely not what they are now trying to enforce. Also, this if you miss classes or postpone the training this 3rd party company is suppose to track that against the contract. When I called them out about these they were all clueless and we came to find out that any and all of our requests for holds were never upheld. My daughter lost interest and transitioned to middle school this year. He grades were suffering and we needed to shift focus to school rather than martial arts. They would not let us cancel our contract even though we prepaid for the entire year upfront and she hadn't attended in over 6 months. They still wanted us to pay for 2 more years. The lead instructor also left 1 week after we signed the contract. My daughter had attended here for 4 years and we were constantly frustrated that the kids were not learning at a higher level. Her progression in 4 years was terrible. DONT send your kids to this school. Also, beware of their scam contracts!

Firebird Arts And Music Firebird Arts And Crafts Does Not Deliver Portland Oregon
I placed two online orders from Firebird Arts and Music on 9/01/08 and still have not received the orders. I have called, left voicemails, and emailed several times over the last few months. I have yet to receive any replies to my emails but did get one return phone call and did finally reach someone one the phone on another occasion. Teri Lee told me in the beginning of October that she would check into why I had not received the orders. She told me the second order was sent out that day which was a month after I placed the order. I never got it. I continued to call and email about my order. In the beginning of November I finally reached another FireBird Arts employee on the phone. He also told me the order was sent out that day. I found it curious that he knew exactly which order I was talking about considering that I had not given any details. Again I still have not received the order. I have requested a refund, continued to email and leave voicemails, and have contacted the BBB. I still have not heard from Teri Lee. By the way the BBB has processed 7 complaints in the last 36 months about Firebird Arts and Music, only one of the complaints has been closed. Dawn Coconut Creek, FloridaU.S.A.

In October 1998 we purchased a motorcycle from American Chopper. Since the bike was to be financed Bikers Heaven did the paperwork. We met wwith them and filled out the papers and were getting rready to sign them when we asked her what these charges were. We were told that the plates were due so she was charging 150.00 for plates and 375.00 for processing fees. Chosas only charges 75.00 for processing the papers. I went and looked and saaw that the plates were current on the bike in fact they were good until Feb. When she was told this she said that the papers were already written up and that she couldn't redo them at this time. However we were told that when she got the money back from greentree she would send us a check. We never recieved this money and the extra money that she charges for the processing fees. So we wrote a letter to the Attorney Generals office they contacted Bikers heaven and were told that they would send us the money provides we sent the Attorney Generals office a letter stating that Bikers Heaven did nothing wrong in essence it was blackmail. In order to get any restitition we had to sign a waiver that bikers heaven did nothing wrong. We could not do this. We were ripped off and we did not want to see this happen to anyone else. Then I read about you.

Kitchen Arts broke knife and refused to replace Boston Massachusetts
I took my knife in to be sharpened. Knife was not damaged in any way that I could see. When I brought knife home after sharpening, I saw a big crack in the blade. I took the knife back to the store and pointed out damage. They refused to acknowledge fault and said that knife was cracked when it came in. I asked why they hadn''t called me to tell me either a) before sharpening or b) after sharpening. They said knives come in damaged all the time. I said this was both suspicious and poor customer service, especially if they knew that sharpening the knife could damage it more. I subscribed to for 2 years, won $250 in a drawing and when I sent in the paperwork priority mail with delivery confirmation, discovered that the post office had attempted to deliver it to the address in California they gave me, that a notice was left, and that it hadn't been claimed Many consumers of this game site report the same runaround when it comes to winning prizes pogo claims to pay out. Initially, I found out that I had won from another pogo subscriber. In other words, I wasn't even notified I had won yet my name was posted as a winner. This was disturbing since they allowed only 7 days to claim a prize that they didn't even notify me that I had won. When I queried their tech support I received no response - except being blocked from my account today. In other words, I'm now being denied access to a service I paid for a month in advance. Obviously retaliatory. Of course, I will pursure this with the state attorney generals. After what I've experienced, and what I've heard ancedotely, I won't be satisfied with just getting my money back or a prize. Verne Fairfield, IowaU.S.A.
