This company has no problem debiting your account and taking your money.  I have tried to cancel my accounts severl times, and the company actually made another account under my name so my name was used as well as my husbands.  I was getting double charged for months and then it took months and months to get that straightened out until I actually was refunded my money I was double charged.  Then a few months later they sent me another set of products and come to find out they never cancelled my account so low and behold I checked my bank account and there was another charge.  I had to call them and speak with a CS rep who again was not helpful and could barely speak english and not to mention would not let me talk.  So I took matters into my own hands and informed my bank to block this company from debting my account that it was fraud.  So again... I returned 80$ worth of product and here we are 2 months later and no credit by mail, or electronically has been given to me so bnasically I paid for the product that I sent back.  I have called 4x already to get my refund and everytime they say 3-5 business days.. and thats it.  Well its been over 2 months.  This is one of the worst companies I have dealt with and I really wish that these companies would not be so cheap and outsource their customer service department out of the country.  I am sure Cindy Crawford is doing just fine with her millions.. needless to say her business sucks.

 I ordered the introductory kit today.  After reading negative reviews, I contacted their customer service 30 minutes later requesting a cacellation.  I also sent an email.  I was told that the account had not yet been created, and to call back after 24 hours.  I checked my bank balance and they had already debited my account.  I called back and sent another email, whereby I was told they could not cancel until after 24 hours.  Meanwhile, the order record shows that the product will ship within 24 hours, so I expect I will have to eat the shipping costs for a product that I should have been able to cancel as soon as the order was created.  This company is practicing shady business practices.

Vitier Beauty SCAM Las Vegas Internet
I ordered a FREE sample of two products from Vitier.  Received them and paid $4+ for shipping.  Then I was billed $89+ and $85+ for the following month.  I called and spoke to someone who had very poor English.  I believe he said those charges were for the FREE product.  It was very hard to understand him.  I sent an email to the corporate office and have had no response.  This was obviously a ripoff that cost me $170!!!  DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY.

Beauty Impressions scam / fraud Internet
 I ordered sample only. I did not request a subscription nor was any box checked authorizing a subscription. Called to cancel any future orders but woman gave me the run around and hung up on me. Called back numerous times and can't get through. Product is junk and my face broke out horribly. I don't have sensitive skin.

Received a free trial offer for eye cream and wrinkle cream, paid shipping totaling $11.75 USDapproximately 15 days later, i checked my creditcard statement and was charged 2 transactions of 116.67and 128.38USD, these were not authorized so i called credit card company and was told to contact the company and have the charges reveresed. They supposedly cancelled any further transactioons but i am forced to send back the product and pay for the shipping and get a minimal amount back totaling $100.00 USD.Unfortunately being from Canada with exchange rate etc., it can take up to 3 months to resolve this problem and the scumbag company will continue to scam people. I hope my posting in this forum might save someone my fate.

All Things Beauty Instagram Bra Scam Internet
Like many of the other reports I saw, this trendy bra blew up Instagram in late spring/early summer of this year (2017). I purchased one at the end of June and my credit card was charged right away. I received an email that my item had shipped about a week after ordering it. I was given a tracking number link, which pulled up an order but never updated with any actual tracking information. After over a month, I contacted the company to ask if I could have my order cancelled since it was taking far too long for a single silicone bra. I never received a response, or the item. It’s been almost five months since I ordered it. The website is now non-functional and the tracking link no longer exists. This was a complete and total ripoff that a LOT of people fell for.

Discount Beauty-Com Cheated out of Beauty Products Forney Texas
I purchased 10 bottles Paul Mitchell Foaming Pomade 5.1oz in good faith over the internet from Discount Beauty-Com for $139.00 which included shipping charges. I never received the product after ordeing it  3months before I called and talked to Jeffery Agukefo he insured me he would get the proucts to me with a week. I only received 5 bottles and nothing after that time. I tried contacting these people numerous times but they don't call back. I did have to stop my charge froom my credit card account  but after some months they recharged it with  a amount of$81.80 in which is more then half the orginial amount. These people are dishonest and should be put out of business.

I purchased one of the strapless bras from All Things Beauty months ago, in June 2017 I believe. The transaction went through and my debit card was charged and after a month of waiting for the item I emailed them and asked what was going on and only got a generic prewritten email in response. After another month I emailed again and tplanned on calling but I couldn't find a phone number and now I can't even find their website! Such a rip-off..

I ordered skin products from this company, they processed my payment on my credit card account but never sent my merchandise!!! I have e-mailed several times to there customer service department with NO response whatsoever. I am out almost $100.00 and feel utterly CHEATED! Envision Beauty 5-in-1 Facial Moisturizer Lexington, Kentucky
I was scammed by a company called Envision Beauty.  They offered a free sample online if you covered the postage by charging your credit card $1.99.  I ordered the sample and charged my M/C the $1.99.  Two weeks later, I noticed another charge on my credit card for $79.95!  When I called my bank to dispute this charge, I was told that it happens often and that somewhere in tiny fine print, I agreed to the additional charge (if I didn't return the sample).  When I tried to reach the company, a recorded message asked that I leave my number.  When my bank got them on the phone, they answered and gave me a return authorization number and agreed to remove the charge the following Friday after they receive that tiny bottle of moisturizer. I'm usually not gullible and I carefully check for the catch.  However, this one pulled the wool over my eyes.  I'm sure that most will decide to bypass the grief that they put them through with the return.  However, I have the M/C charge disputed and I'm making sure that I ask the PO for tracking confirmation when I return the package. Don't be fooled!  This outfit is a scam!

 I ordered a trial offer but instead they sent me a 90 day supply and charged my credit card without my permission, then I started receiving auto shipments without I order them.They never mentioned anything about auto shipments when I ordered the trial offer. I called after the first shipment and cancelled my order but still received a second shippment without permission and they tried to charge to my credit card which I blocked. Even after I returned the second shipment per their instructions, they continued to send me bills to pay and threatening letters to turm me to collections!! Their customer service is a JOKE, they were very rude and when I asked to speak to a manager they hang up on me!! I called them many times and got nowhere with them, I am ready to take legal action against them as it is obvious to me that their scam in intentional and this is their way of buisiness.

On January 27th 2013, I went to K-Beauty to buy some weaving hair, I went to the back to the discounted section, and went to other isles for hair that wasn't on sale...I was trying to decide if I wanted to discounted hair or the regular priced hair, or the higher priced hair, depending on the look I wanted with the hair...Everything I touched, I carefully placed back into it's proper place...As with other beauty stores, there are so many different hair types, lace wigs, and regular wigs, that sometimes it takes a while to decide.  I stayed in that store for about and hour and a half...Just looking and trying to decide what I wanted...and I everytime I saw what I wanted it ended up that the color was sold out or they just didn't have the color...which is blonde mixed..for me...I asked to go into the section roped off to take a closer look, I could plainly see some affordable wigs priced at 25.00 dollars but I wanted a closer look.  I was told by the rude store manager, who is an older asian man, that I could not go in that part because he knew that I wasn't going to buy anything, I had been in this store a month prior and purchased from that section. I was immediately offended by his remark, so I just purchased the hair that I had in my hands...When I got up to the register and made the purchase, the older asian man who completed my purchase threw his hands in the air, and said, that he did not want me in his store anymore, he said he didn't care about my money, he just didn't want me in his store, I replied, You can't do that, I am not a thief and I do not steal, and I haven't done anything, he and an asian woman, told me that I took too long to make a purchase in the store...And I said, you can't time me on making a purchase, and I informed the both that I would make a report of this..he continued to throw both of his hands in the air, and said he didn't care, just don't come into his store anymore...I felt so discrespected, and left wondering, if he would have treated me like that, if I was a white female...who by the way the cater too...I decided to make a report of this, because in August 2013, I was shopping and the FOOD LION next store, and decided to visit that time I went into the store, looked around, and was told to leave the store if I wasn't going to buy anything...I was put out of the store for window-shopping...I am tired of this treatment, I have witnessed them doing this to other black females, and I feel that my rights have been trampled on, and that I have been disregarded as customer/upstanding citizen of the United States....Something needs to be done about this...they have to know that they can not treat customers like that.

Texas Beauty Supply (  has not paid me back my $52.44 after charging me twice on January 28, 2014. I have called them asking for my money for at least two weeks. I even provided (via email) to them my official bank statement that shows they charged me twice. They said, yes we see that we charged you twice, but yet they keep giving me the run around and have not paid me my money. I have never experience such unprofessionalism in my life!!! I will keep you posted to let you know if they will honor their word and pay me back my money. THIS IS RIDICULOUS!!! # frustrated and disappointed EX-customer Remember when you are ordering from this company, this could happen to you too.

Glam Beauty Bought a brush and never received it Internet
I ordered a brush in August and here it is the end of September and I still don't have it.  They provided a tracking number for the delivery but as far as I get with USPS is a Georgia locaiton and I am in Philadelphia.  It says I should have received the delivery by 9/14 and here it is 9/26....its a shame because I can't get a response from Glam Beauty (voice mail is full for the past week) and USPS is not responding either...$21 bucks down the drain!

Placed a unsuspecting order for face cream with Beauty & Truth.  Since placing the order, I have had two additional charges appear against my debit card for items and orders I did not place.  Result: have cancelled my debit card and am disputing charges with the Bank.  Fraudulent company, using tricks to obtain and charge unsuspecting customers - THE WORST!  STAY AWAY FROM THIS ONE!!!

Auralux Beauty FRAUDULENT CHARGES! Carlsbad California
I signed up for free beauty products and paid shipping charges only. Nowhere on my signing up did it say I was supposed to call within 14 days in order to not get charged. Imade absolutely sure when signing up there was nothing additionally that I would have to do.  They fraudulently charged my credit card yesterday $85.98. I called them up and was told I agreed to this by signing up. I was told the corporate office will be contacting me. I will be filing a BBB complaint tomorrow morning! I will never purchase anything that says only pay shipping charges ever again!!

Beauty Impressions Ripped Me Off!! Pacolma California
This company is unethical and a scam. This was not a free trial offer as stated. This was a two week trial. Thirteen days after my initial 99 cent free trial charge, my credit card was billed $97.83!!!. I didn’t discover the charge until 5 days after this. I called to see why I was charged and was told my two week free trial period was over. Asked for an RMA number to send product back and was told they will give me refund MINUS a 20% restocking fee. Their website states If you are not totally satisfied with your Beauty Impression purchase, simply return the unused portion to the place of purchase within 30 days for a FULL and easy refund (less S&H charges). Nothing is mentioned about a restocking fee. See bottom of page: This is an unethical company. Someone should file a lawsuit. They didn't even wait two weeks to charge me $97.83, it was 13 days. Livid!

Clicked on the ad which came through one of the Canadian news sites that automatically appears on my iPhone. I was interested because the ad claimed the developers had been on Dragon's Den but didn't end up with a deal, and then went on to be extremely successful. I had purchased a great product here in BC at a women's trade fair from a lady who had been on Dragon's Den so I was interested to try the hydroluxe cream as well.   The site didn't accept my credit card, and then an hour or so later I got a call from the company so I placed my order. A few hours after that I was feeling uneasy about my purchase, so I looked online to try to find out more and saw a few complaints. Their own website was Coming Soon. I emailed the company to cancel my order, but it had been shipped already. I asked some more questions through their online contact us, mainly to give me the season and episode number of the Dragons Den program they were on.There were about 5 more emails sent by them after I kept asking the same questions, and the programmed answers were sent using 5 different employee names of hydroluxe employees.They would not tell me which Dragons Den they were on, I even called the next day and still no one would talk to me about Dragons Den.  One of the emails reply said that because I didn't cancel within 24 hours I can't cancel my order. I told them I cancelled on the same day as my order but I kept getting the same programmed response. I  checked my credit card statement and the shipping charges were on there already. I cancelled my credit card at that point and am getting a new one.  When the product comes (they had said they were sending full size products rather than samples) I don't plan on using it because it's probably crap- I don't trust these scammers at all- and I don't plan on spending the cash to return it. I'll let you know how things turn out.

 This company is nothing but a slimy, dishonest, greedy operation. They were connected to Costco in the internet ad. Costco was offering a $50.00 free membership to people who might qualify. With this ad, they were giving a free offer for skin care. Anyway, I foolishly selected this product Ageless Beauty. It was for a free sample of serum for just the cost of shipping. The customer had to call and refuse any future shipments within 14 days so they wouldn't have to pay for any future mailings. However, here was the clicker to stealing from the customer!   The phone number associated with this order was never availabe.  No matter what time of day I called, the line was always busy.  One phone number attached to another product that I don't even requesting put out by Ageless Beauty, I was told it was not the number to call for the serum.  The girl gave me another number that is disconnected.  I never received the so-called trial samples until 14 days later and then they sent more product with the full price!  This is nothing more than a corrupt business scam!   I'm reporting this incident to the Attorney's General office as well.  All products were returned to sender sent by Priority Mail!  I didn't think Costco would be involved with such a dishonest company!

I placed 2 orders with Worldwide Beauty Supply Stores on 2-8-10 and my bank account was immediately for $65.70 and $54.75 (I ordered 11 boxes of hair color which had been discontinued in the stores). On my bank statement the payee's name is Moneybookers I have never received my orders. I have emailed Worldwide Beauty many, many times with no response. I emailed Moneybookers who refused to refund my money. I tried calling Worldwide Beauty Stores and got a message that said it was an internet company only and that I should send an email to customer service.  They have a live chat feature on the website (, but it doesn't work. This internet beauty supply store is definitely a rip off!

I purchased this company's product, an ISO Turbo Pro flat iron at a kiosk in the Antelope Valley Mall. The sample iron used on my hair by the sales person at the kiosk did not work the same at home as it did when they did my hair. At first I thought it was me, but then I went back and I brought my iron with me the person there use it for a on my hair and it worked like it worked at my home. He told me see, It takes practice. I just felt stupid and left.The whole selling point for the flat iron was that it cuts the time in half of all the other flat irons. I have a Sedu iron which works pretty good and cost me $130. The sad part is they work the same and this one cost more and I was told it would work 100 time better. I was told it did not get hotter than 250 degrees so it would not burn your hair, but guess what? the temperature goes up to 450. When I paid I got a receipt with the words stamped NO REFUNDS now if they would have told me that I would have never bought the product. I make it a habit not to buy anything with no refunds, specially in a kiosk.I have bought hair appliances at stores,beauty supplies, and online and they have ALWAYS had a refund policy. When I email the main company they only wanted me to go back to the same kiosk and return the flat iron for the same one. I do not want another iron that works like the one I have. Not only did I pay $165 for the iron, I talked my daughter into one,because they gave it to her for $99. Why does the same iron cost $165 and $99 that does not make any sense.When we first got there they said buy two get one free. I should have known right then and there they were not a reputable company. I saved all the emails to the company because we just went back and forth. They would call, but if I did not answer the phone they would hang up. Discount Beauty Paid for products in the amonut of $70.00 and recieved $42.00 of products, Internet
    On March 29, 2010 at approximately 12:56 PM I was on website, and purchased (2) 12 ounce bottles of Chi silk infusion for the amount of $33.99 each. Order number 34248. Total amount of $67.98. On April 1 2010 I recieved my shipment  and recieved (2) 6 ounce bottles of Chi infusion valued at $21.99 each. This is not what I ordered, I immediately called the number (972) 552-9129 and spoke with a person by the name of Kevin who informed me that the supervisor, Jeff, would return my phone call. Two hours later, I recieved a phone call from Jeff, the manager, and I explained that I did not recieve what I purchased and what was charged to my credit card to the amount of $70.73. He was very rude and  unprofessional, stating that he would have to do an investigation and call me back.     On April 2nd, by 3:00 central I still did not recieve a phone call from Jeff at (972) 552-9129. I then called him three times, however, he still has not returned my phone calls in regards to my purchases. I extremely dissatisfied, and have yet to recieve what I have payed for. I hope this situation can be resolved in a professional and timely manner.

I called and emailed to cancel my membership on 3/13/17 and again on 3/18/17 and again on 4/25/17. I called and emailed to cancel my membership on 3/13/17 and again on 3/18/17 and again on 4/25/17. Each time I called, I was on hold for over 30 minutes and wasn't able to get through on the phone. I did receive automated email confirmations that all of my emails were received and I've kept those confirmations. And all of my emails stated clearly to CANCEL MY MEMBERSHIP NOW. I received an email on 4/25/17 that my account has been inactivated as of 4/25/17, when it should have been inactivated on 3/13/17, the first time I requested it. They had since sent me an unauthorized shipment and a past due notice for $164.82 after the 1st two times I tried to cancel it. I refused the shipment and sent it back unopened to them marked clearly as Refused. Did not order. Return to Sender. They still claim that I owe them $164.82. I've filed a dispute with my credit card company and a dispute with the BBB and will take further action if needed. I'll have the backing of multiple customer complaint websites (like that show numerous complaints from people who have also tried to cancel their membership and ship back merchandise multiple times but keep getting billed. Don't make the same mistake I did...Don't order from this company.
