A little over 1 year ago I, as an affiliate of Clickbanks, received a marketing email about a course that would help increase your affiliate sales by teaching you a variety of skill sets termed online marketing. This course was called Clickbank Labs and it was presented by Tanner Larsson and Los Silva, two online marketers.As with any course, you learn new things as you go along. I took what I learned the first time through and implemented it. Then recently I went back to login again and it was gone. Disappeared. I contacted clickbank and they were useless and passed the buck stating that the course was one of their suppliers and I'd have to contact them. They were useless in that regard. I looked up both Tanner Larsson and Los Silva and I found Tanner Larsson's site Build Grow Scale first. buildgrowscale.com/ I sent their support a message and got a return email a few days later from Hailey Stroud basically passing the buck to Los Silva stating: Hailey Stroud (Build Grow Scale Support)Aug 16, 10:19 AM PDTHello,When Tanner and Los split the company up, Los kept the Click Bank partnership and eventually shut it down. Sorry for any inconvenience.  Totally not concerned that I no longer had access to a product that BOTH Tanner Larsson and Los Silva made a profit from. More on that below.I responded that it didn't matter to me what the circumstances were but I either wanted access to the product that was lifetime or something similar as I paid good money; something like $150USD at the time for it and to pass my message onto Tanner. Often those in control want to rectify any situation that is attached to their image, name, brand, etc, and would normally do the right thing to help keep a paying customer happy. Old adage that it's easier to keep a happy customer than make a new one. Most of these guys continue to update their products whilst remaining with the same core strategies. That would have been a 5 minute fix, no? But she keeps arguing, and even contradicts herself by going through the trouble of working out the math of what Tanner Larsson earned in the click bank program from my purchase.  Who CARES!! As far as I'm concerned, when I made the purchase Tanner benefitted from it. He's as much responsible for this as anyone else, and a solution to keep a customer happy wouldn't have been hard.Lesson for you Tanner Larsson: Keep your customer happy.Evidently Los Silva understands this. Evidently neither Tanner Larsson nor his team does.I'm not surprised that they split up and I know who the more ethical of the two are, in so far as my dealings with them are concerned.When I'm ready to learn more, I'm going back to Los and finding out what he's up to then and sticking with him. Customers stick with those who take care of them. Chase Larson, BluIce, Rob Larson, And Larson Lighting And Audio And Audio went $25,000 OVER BUDGET and expected me to pay - worst sound in LA! 27331 Setenil Mission Viejo California
This is a very long story, please feel free to contact me for full information, copies of emails, and other details. I hired Chase Larson and his company BluIce Entertainment to do some lighting and sound for me. (Before I even get into that please note the BluIce is not a legal company by any means. It is a 19 year old kid whose father never taught him about responsibility, and a father who is a liar and thief.) Chase, then brought in his fathers (Rob Larson) company for assistance, Larson Lighting and Audio. Then together both of those companies brought in a third party Stage-Tech (they do wonderful work!), to handle a lot of the gear. So in short, I hired Chase Larson and BluIce, who then contracted work out to the other companies. I went over with Chase a very strict budget. Almost everyday we were on the phone discussing this budget. Which was around $45,000. About a month before the show, Chase had his father step in to finalize everything with me. About 2 weeks prior to the show I received an invoice, but it was horribly out of format and very hard to understand, numbers were all over the place but the one thing that mattered to me was total amount due. This number was very comfortably under budget. I IMMEDIATELY called Chase (and have the phone records to prove it) to discuss the confusion and the verify that we were still under budget, not all the numbers added up and I wanted to be sure. Chase assured me several times in that short conversation that the sound was costing around $25K plus labor, stages, etc. etc. The total amount would have put us right around our budget so everything was great. I paid all deposits and everything was perfect for the show. The show came and went, sound and staging went perfect. Everything StageTech did was awesome. Basically BluIce and Larson Lighting and Sound contracted everything out and just managed it. About 10 days go by and I make an accounting error, I sent in the final payment of $9,500 when only $4,500 is due - so I call the sound company. The sound company tells me I owe then another $15,000+ and I laugh, thinking they are joking, and I tell them that they can just send me the refund of $5,000 when they get a chance, I wasnt in a rush. They were serious... So basically StageTech informs me that Larson Lighting and Audio never even told them that there was a budget. We BOTH call Larson Lighting and Audio, Chase Larson and Rob Larson, who then tell me that I approved a $75K budget?! Are you serious? I would have never ever ever done such a retarded thing. Chase Larson then becomes reclusive. His father specifically tells him not to talk to me at all. I call him on several occasions just to ask what happened and he ALWAYS responded with my father says I cant talk to you about it. Are you serious? YOU are the one that I hired. Not your father. Man up and talk to me you did this, and now YOU are being called out on here and this will never be removed. So basically no one will talk to me for about a month - which is when I receive paperwork from their lawyer threatening a lawsuit. I call again - first I call Chase Larson who, before I even get a word out says my father says I cant talk to you about it. So I call his father who, in his smug way, says he is very happy to hear from me. Anyway, negotiations go on for a month, I work 2 jobs, I travel, I dont have time for a lawsuit so I agree to pay $8,000 directly to the sound company. The sound company didnt do this and they dont deserve to be shortchanged because Larson Lighting and Audio is the worst sound company in Los Angeles. I know I should have fought it, but honestly, how much time and money would I have to spend to defend myself? It isnt worth it, these guys will go out of business and I will be happy. I have thrown events from 30 people to 5,000 people...and used sound companies and managers for years - the truth is that this company is the most unprofessional I have ever come across - luckily the job got done, unfortunately it was at a HUGE expense to me. A year ago Dallas Tanner came to me asking if I would produce a Year Book for his Destination X television show. This was to be a 40+ page magazine highlighting his models and shoots. For 6 months we went back and forth on the project. I reworked the book several times to fit in the new models and delete the old. around october when the final draft was submitted for approval and payment...all communication ceased. months later i was back in contact and promised so many times, that payment would be mailed the next week...or the week after, or upon receipt of invoice. I supplied invoice after invoice and met all criteria for getting paid. recently i was able to reach dallas and was told that a payment schedule would be the only way I would receive my money. I agreed to the terms and after a month and a half, I have yet to receive any payment and once again , the communication has stopped. Do a search for Dallas Tanner. This man is a crook, a thief, a scam artist, and possibly much worse. BEWARE THIS MAN! AVOID AT ALL COST! Chad tampa, FloridaU.S.A.

The Con Artist ! Larson and Larson Automotive & Towing
I took my car into Larson and Larson Automotive to have it timed, I had previously replaced the spark plugs myself and wanted them to add the other touches involved in tuning it up, as it was using more gas than I thought it should. Well, they said it would have to be scanned by thier computer, to which I agreed. After the scan they said the problem was the oxygen sensor, so I let them install one ( $140.00 gulp ! ) I was also told that if it started overheating in the near future it was because the fan clutch was going out ! Well I paid them, and as I put the car into gear would you believe it stalled out on me and wouldn't start ? They got it going and then decided it wasn't the sensor but instead I needed a new or rebuilt carborator ! Refund for the other work ? NOT ! So I left with my car sucking down as much gas as ever before $ 140.00 in the red. Wait ! Would you believe that the next day my car started overheating ? That Mechanic had to possess ESP huh? I decided to take a closer look, so I filled my rad. with water and waited. After a few minutes a tiny stream of water started to shoot out of the top hose from a pin prick sized hole ( Duh ! when a hose goes it splits, it dosen't produce a pin prick ( round ) hole ! ) Nat. I took it back and confronted them with it. Although they didn't admit it was intentional They did at least fix it ! I think they have Lazy,Rip-Off artists posing as automotive mechanics. DO NOT take your vehicle to this garage period !

Every place this ape goes to, people suffer for being trusting individuals. Might I add 'desperate' individuals. This ass-clown preys on the weak, money hungry souls that are desperately trying to get things right in their life, and all we get is more abuse. The sad part is I was aware of his negative image on the internet(just Google Dallas Tanner or Dallas Eric Tanner with the words criminal, ripoff or scam), while I was working with him, but since he had shows on TV I assumed it was old news. Stop believing and wake up people, this guy is bad news and he'll only be harmless when he is locked up for 10+ years. I don't even understand how people keep funding his crack-laced productions, they are so painful to watch. I had to work on his latest piece of shit excuse for entertainment, and I want my money; but I know I'll never get it. Here is how he does it:First he tells you how great it is to have you on his team, but that funding is a little on the random side, but you will get paid as promised. He then tells you he will pay you in the following weeks. He gives you cash for the first couple of weeks so you get money and think much more is coming(what they say online can't be real, it's probably old news and he's now changed his ways...). Then after the time of payment for the rest amount is due, mainly after you have slaved away for hours on end to work on his piece of crap shows; he doesn't contact you or answer your calls.Notice when you are with him he gets calls all the time and doesn't answer them. I thought that meant 'baller', from this idiot it means 'scammer'. But he'll keep doing his con man thing even after The Industry is totally played out, do some research and see how many he's pissed of on Destination X California, Destination X Hawaii, or that strange one he shot in Hawaii called Beach Bodz.Thank you Ripoff Report for giving abused people like us a place to vent, although horrible people like Dallas will continue to harm others, at least our voices can be heard.

Jeff Beier and Andre Silva are two of the most incompetent and dishonest people I have ever worked with in my life. To summarize, they had opened up a sales and marketing company (around the end of 2008) under the name EQI LLC (EQI stands for Equity Innovations) and their only product was loan modifications. They had claimed that they had 30 attorney groups and 28 top negotiators who were experts in the loan modification process for various banks. EQI was offering 100% money back guarantee for their services. Nothing could have been further from the truth. Both Jeff and Andre are clueless about how much work they need to do to actually build a successful loan modification company. They had exaggerated about their various relationships with the 30 attorney groups. Their main attorney group was Deiner Law and the last I heard, this attorney group did nothing with any of the files EQI had assigned them. I as a rep believed in EQI and unfortunately brought about 10 loan modification cases to them. None of my clients have had a successful loan modification to date. For more than a month, all of my clients were not successfully assigned to anyone due to complications with Deiner Law. My only questions is, What about the 29 other law groups that EQI claimed to have had a relationship with? As a rep, it was like pulling teeth to get paid on a couple of my transactions in the beginning. I doubt I will ever get paid on the rest of my transactions. At the same time, EQI will skirt around the issue of refunding my clients. Jeff and Andre will dodge phone calls and come up with excuses to delay getting any work done. EQI was out of compliance as well. In the beginning, they had accepted payment in their name. This is absolutely ILLEGAL. Even after knowing this, they had continued to do so until about April 2009. They have Andre Silva's father-in-law, Fazle Rab Quadri as their legal counsel. Attorney Quadri is not a loan modification attorney. His background is not in real estate at all. Mr. Quadri served under the Bush Administration (the second Bush) as part of the legal team. Mr. Quadri is working on behalf of EQI (ie: Jeff Beier and Andre Silva) and therefore he is not in the interest of EQI's reps or clients. Colloquially speaking, Mr. Quadri is keeping Jeff and Andre from paying fines or jail time for all their illegal activities. NEVER EVER work with either Jeff Beier or Andre Silva. Most likely EQI LLC will disappear as their website did when they fired one of their investors. Jeff Beier and Andre Silva should pay for their crimes but because of this nation's laws they may actually get away with everything. My job here isn't to make sure they pay but I will do all I can to prevent them from ever doing business with anyone in this country. Jeff and Andre till about the 3rd quarter of 2008 were heavily into Monavie. When they are through with scamming clients and reps with loan modifications, I am sure they will venture into something else. If you ever find yourself at a business meeting or opportunity and Jeff Beier and Andre Silva are involved, don't walk... RUN away from the meeting. Take others with you if you can. These guys only care about themselves and how much money they can make. They will use anyone unassuming to push their agenda and they will lie, cheat and work the system for their benefit. They have built their modest fortune upon other people's hard work and not theirs and this needs to stop. About one year ago i was asked by Dallas Tanner to produce an 80+ page virtual yearbook featuring his show Destination X and their models. after months and months or going back and forth on the production the piece was essentially complete. I asked for some sort of payment with the knowledge that I would continue to finish the piece, but for my own peace of mind i needed to see some sort of compensation for my time thus far. As asked I submitted an invoice for the agreed upon cost. He said the payment would be send out. After a week, I asked again. He stated he never received the invoice. I emailed again, requesting that he confirm receipt. He did. Fast forward months of back and forth emails and countless text messages and unanswered voicemails and I have yet to receive anything. I had accidentally mistyped his website at one point and was directed to a page stating that he was a scam artist. like an idiot i told him that i thought someone might have it out for him...in retrospect i was just another sucker being used. Dallas Tanner ripped-off my family in Rhode Island. We supported his bogus H3O television show and magazine ventures. All bogus. He never made good on the promissory notes. I located more information on him I'd like to share. His brother, Frank O'Rourke may have a lead on how to contact his brother Eric Dallas Tanner. Frank's address is 86 Vidal Ave., East Falmouth, MA 02536. His telephone numbers are (508) 457-1581 and (508) 548-2401. I stated that Eric Dallas Tanner's ex-wife's name was Mona, however, it is Claudia. Last I heard she lived in the Boston area with their two children. Eric supposedly filed for bancruptcy on April 22, 1994. His residence was listed at 6320 Canoga Ave, 1500 Woodland Hill, CA. This was also the address he used for Xtreme Communications in 1999. When he wrote to me then, he gave me his home address as 1093 Broxton Ave #715, Los Angeles, CA 90024. The associate at Xtreme Communications that kept giving me lame excuses for why Eric couldn't pay back the promissory note was Mark Roland. Eric told me that the name of the law firm representing Xtreme Communications was Jeffers, William, Shack, & Falk. He also told me he had attended Boston University. What's not surprising is the contact telephone number for his destinationxtv website is not in service! What's a hoot is the profile Dallas wrote for himself on that website. Go there and click on the side panel selection Producers. The gal who created the website, Nicola Geretti can't be reached either. I went to Tanner for a free diagnosis to check a seemingly minor problem. My 2001 Dodge Ram Diesel Aouto trans seems to occasionally start out in second gear. I was told by Rick Nott that they would hook it up to a computer and check all of the sensors and see what is could be. After having it for a day, he told me that it had completely different issues than i described. He said it surged going down the hiway and was unsafe to drive (it drove fine). I was told that for $500 he would have to crack the case and we would have to take it from there. Transmissions are made to come apart and it was time come apart. It's just how they are designed. He said he put the pan back on and refilled it with fresh fluid. I wanted to see some kind of print out or documentation of the problem. I was told that they didn't do it like that. Nothing was written down. I said I'd get back to him. I never did let him know that I was a mechanic at a Chevrolet dealership before I entered the military. I went home and did some internet research and found out it was an $80 governor solid that is a common problem with those transmissions. I fixed it in my driveway within an hour. Noting that they had not replaced the transmission fluid as he said either, which took 10 qts at $5 each. Just an over all shady organization purposely intending to rip people off. Tanner Transmissions Tanner Transmissions is Un-Trustworthy and Dishonest Taylorsville Utah
I told my son I would pay for the repair of the Transmission on his SUV. My son called Tanner Transmission after the shop by his house in Grantsville said it would take them nearly two weeks to get his SUV in to repair his transmission. They had quoted him $2500.00 to rebuild his transmission. He told Tanner of the quote and they told him that they would do it for the same price. The vehicle was not operable and Tanner told them they would tow it to thier shop for free. He told them to go ahead with the job. Tanner Transmission sent a tow truck to my sons home in Grantsville and picked up his SUV and towed it to their shop. The next morning they called my son and told him that his vehicle was vandalized and his tires and wheels were stolen from his SUV while on their shop property. The Tires were pretty new and the wheels were expensive ones we have receipts for both, there was some other  damage to the vehicles body as well. They told him that they would take care of it and take it off of the cost of the transmission rebuild. They said that they never had anything like  that happen before which does make me suspicious as to who may have taken the tires and wheels. They did file a police report which fully documents the vehicle was in their possession and care when  this happened.My son went in to pick up the SUV today (9/12/2016) with his receipts for the tires and wheels in hand. They told him that the cost was 2900.00 not the 2500.00 that they agreed to and that they were not doing anything about the theft and vandalism to my sons SUV, that it was the same if he had left it in a K-Mart parking lot and had that happen. The main point is that once they sent their tow truck and picked up the vehicle they took control and responsibility for it's care and should have put it in a secure location their liability is not even questionable in this matter. I had him ask them to provide him with their companies Registered Agent so we would know who to serve when we sued them. The employee called his manager or owner and the only thing they would provide is that they were insured by Farmers Insurance, no agent no information nothing.  I fully intend to take legal action against Tanner Transmission and to do all I can to stop anyone from using this dishonest company. They will pay for the tires, wheels, damage, attorney fees and I hope some punitive damages.

IMCOMPETANT!! THIEVES!! It was been one of the most horrible consumer experiences and I just want to warn other consumers. I called Tanner Transmission when my transmission was failing. I asked for an approximate cost to repair the transmission. Adrian, Tanner's site manager, said it would cost about $2K and take 5 days. It took them almost 8 weeks, 3 visits, and $4K. Also, my brand new 80 Gig iPod ($400) was stolen out of my glove box and they will do nothing about it. I also incurred over $1,000 in rental car expenses because of their incompetence to repair the transmission within a reasonable timeframe. They absolutely refused to offer any assistance with the car rental expenses. Their customer service was horrible throughout the entire process. It got so bad that my situation was escalated to the Operations Head for Tanner, Bob. They did a terrible job managing my expectations. They would never call back when they promised. They admitted a couple of times that the car had sat in the shop all the while I was paying for the rental car. Tanner indirectly forced me to use them over the dealer. They asked for $750 to even look at the car. I agreed to this expecting it would be in line with the verbal estimate of approx. $2K. I received a call back two days later informing me it would be $3,100 a 55% difference. If I chose not to use Tanner, then I would be out $750. I had no other option other than to use them. Talk about strong arming a customer... After they supposedly fixed the car and the Operations Head personally tested the car and guaranteed it would work, it broke the next day. I had to take the car in again and I was charged another $900 while they took the car to the Acura dealer to replace a computer in the car. Again, I am accruing charges for a rental car. After I took it into them again, they had the car for another week and finally completed the job. Throughout this ordeal, I had to take time off work to deal with them and take time dealing with them on a daily basis. Cameron South Jordan, UtahU.S.A.

Bob Larson's ministry is well known, he has a radio talk show and web site. Years ago,in 1992, I was an avid listener to Bob's show,and made a small pledge of $20.At about the same time. I was reading literature from a cult organization which I was later to join. But before I did,I heard on Bob's show that this group (Which I will not mention)was a cult.At this point, I was still open minded and needed to speak with Bob or his associates on one of his lines for help.It was not a toll free number, and I had no phone,so I tried to call collect, I had a mean reprensenative decline my collect call,and that hurt me deeply. I was willing to listen to what Bob had to say,but he let me down.Needless to say,I joined the group afterwards and my mind closed for several years.After my collect call debacle,I kept recieving Bob's notices to live up to my pledge,and I wrote him back and told him that since he would not even accept a collect call from me,he would not get any money from this source.Another area I want to address about this ministry is that I know that some callers are fake.He claims that members of certain groups that I will not name call him.I know that one of the groups that he claims are NOT ALLOWED to even listen to his show,and such a call would be next to impossible. Bob's open rudeness to callers makes people angry and not want help from him.It seems like that is all a ratings deal, and he is just in it for the money. There have been several accusations made and Bob Larson to the best of my knowledge has never answered them.If a person were to get on the air with Bob and confront him,he would just be rude to them and cut them off. When a companies requires its upper management to force its customers into compromising situation to trick them into the repair of their vehicles. We should avoid anything to do with them. if a problem was only once and at one location it could be looked past, but when its standard practice at all location and has continued for years, then I would think it's obvious. Avoid that company. I know that 8 out of 10 repairers should never have been done and the rebuilds are not rebuilds only opens  and the most inexspencive with minimal of effort used. When the prices of service astronomically inflated labors double charged. What would you Do? Do we have rights or is ignorants There shield.

We dealt with Tanner Materials during the months of April-May, 2013. In the beginning, we talked with Jim Tanner regarding the remodel of our kitchen. He seemed very sarcastic and talked down to me. We noticed that his son, Mike Tanner seemed to be a little more respectful, so we decided to work with him. Well, Mike seemed to be very helpful, and impressed us with his professionalism. He told us that if we have any issues with the final purchase, inspect the cabinets, and bring back anything that's flawed, and we will just switch it out with a new one. So, taking him at his word, we gave him over $5,400.00. Since he wanted over $400 to deliver the cabinets to our 2nd home just northwest of Tucson, we picked up our cabinets at their store. They loaded up our cabinets in our enclosed tandem-axel horse trailer in which we have transported furniture and televisions in the past with absolutely no problems. Because of the tandem axels, it is much smoother riding than Tanner's bob-tail truck. Of course Jim Tanner made a big issue over the horse trailer stating that it would tear the cabinets all to pieces. Before leaving their yard, we noticed that the shelves for the corner wall cabinet were scratched up. We took the shelves into the store and we were told that they would order new shelves. After unpacking the cabinets, we discovered issues with the following: 1) the mitered joints were not joined properly on the front of a small drawer-front frame, 2) we received the wrong size and not enough crown molding, 3) the outer sides of the tall built-in oven cabinet had a bad finish (overspray), 4) Mike Tanner initially forgot to order the light-rail for under the wall cabinets therefore asking us for more money!, 5) we didn't receive the partition shelf between the microwave oven and built-in oven, 6) we didn't receive the putty stick. When we emailed Mike Tanner regarding these issues, he told us that wouldn't be a problem and he would order replacements. A few days later, we received an email stating that the replacements were ready for us to pick up. When we arrived at the store, Mike was not there, and the office help couldn't find half of our materials. They contacted Mike by phone, and reported to us that he was on his way in to the office and would arrive within 20 minutes ... wrong, we had to wait for at least one hour. When he arrived, he was very irritable, and took it out on us. He refused to discuss the issues, and even blew up at his office employees because they couldn't find our materials. His demeanor was no longer professional, and he absolutely flipped out and ordered us to leave the property. He even threatened to call the police to have us physically removed. We were in complete disbelief! Not knowing what to do, we walked outside and were followed by his brother-in-law Greg, who apologized and tried to make amends by getting some of the materials that he was able to find. After waiting at least a week for Mike to compose himself, we contacted his father, Jim Tanner, explained what had happened (thinking he would make things right), and he asked which cabinets we had ordered. I told him that he should still have a record of it in his computer, and he told me, I have other calls to answer. Call me back when you get that information together. And he slammed the phone down. We don't advise anyone to waste their time and money at Tanner Materials. We discovered that once they get your money, they will show their true colors, and their integrity and professionalism go down the tubes. We don't know how they manage to stay in business. We will have to make due with what we were given, but it sure doesn't look anything like $5,400.00's worth.

Took my Jeep Grand Cherokee in to Tanner to get some work done on my transmission. They completely rebuilt the entire transmission and charged us $1,953.75!! More than I have ever had to pay for repairs on a car. I was very reluctant but desperate and paid them the money. Unfortunately, they only had a six month warranty and I did not call the Better Business Bureau before I dropped off my car to a bunch of frauds. Furthermore, one year later my car is completely out of commission. The transmission is completely shot and sitting in my driveway due to the fact that this lously company will not stand behind their product nor their service. They will do nothing about their bad transmission service and to top it off they were extremely hostile when I told them about my problem. Check this out...they actually said it was something I did to the car!! The more people I inform about the dilema the more I am finding out about their bad business. They are noted in the Better Business Bureau as one in which not to take your car to. For those of you out there who have a transmission problem...don't take it to TANNER TRANSMISSION in Utah.   My husband and I have leased our last couple of VW's with Larson's in Tacoma. We have been looking for a way to get out of the lease cycle and we found a car that we hoped we could purchase on their website. A 2004 GTI.  On the 14th of August my hubby took our Jetta Wolfsburg in for a service. By the time he left Larson's, he had signed the papers for the GTI we'd been looking at. After he left the lot he came by my office so that I could take a look at the financing info. On the web, the car was listed at $14,999.00. They sold us the car for $16,999.00 and sold my husband a bill of goods about how they had to increase the price to cover the residual owed on the leased vehicle. Sounds like a typical dealership line to me.  Vehicle Information Stock No: A6889A VIN: 9BWDE61J044033971 Mileage: 61,090 Engine: 1.8L I4 Turbo Trans: Automatic Ext. Color: Black Int. Color: Gray List Price: $16,999 Special Price: $14,999 I called the dealership that same day and told them they needed to adjust the price to $14999.00 and was told by the person on the phone that they couldn't help me right then and that they would talk to Robbie and get back to me.  That evening I went in to sign the papers and the price had not been reduced. At that time, the Business Manager, Laura Johnson told me that Volkswagen Credit would not finance a 2004 vehicle for 72 or even 60 months and that at that moment, she didn't have anyone to finance our loan. I asked her why we got to take the car without secured financing and she just blew me off. She said that if she couldn't find financing over the weekend that they would have to find us another later model car. We didn't want another car and so I left with a promise that Laura would call on Monday, August 17th. By 5pm on the 17th, I hadn't heard from her and when I called all I got was voice mail. The next day around noon she called to say that there wasn't financing available for the GTI but that she had found me a Rabbit that she could finance in order to stay in the price range we needed for the payment we could afford. I told her to forget it and that I would be up with in the hour to pick up my Jetta.  When I arrived, the car was not out front so that I could transfer all of my things from the GTI back to my original car. And, to add insult to injury, they made me pay the service bill on the Jetta in order to get my car back.  The least they could have done was provide the service on the Jetta at no charge for what we went through. The bottom line to this laborious story is that their customer service really does suck  and that this is the last straw for us. We will NEVER EVER do business with them again and when asked who we would recommend when someone is looking for a Volkswagen, it will ABSOLUTELY be someone else. Larson's does jack up prices, offer you bare bones for the trade-ins you bring and then jack the price on the cars they lease or sell to you. They allow you to drive off without confirmed financing and then when thier deal doesn't work for you they send some lame little girlie man out to make sure you aren't mad at them before you leave their dealership.  Ok - Come on Larson's - let's hear what you have to say now. You can rebuttal all you want and tell the people that use this service how truly dedicated you are to customer service and fair pricing and making sure your preowned vehicles are in good condition and how the real issue with the financing was our credit and blah, blah, blah.  I'm waiting...no, actually I'm not waiting. The BBB and Attorney General Rob McKenna are calling me. Gotta go!
