Canadian Pharmacy Goods ordered and paid for but not delivered Internet
I paid upwards of 70 for some generic drugs on-line at a site called Canadian Pharmacy. I have been waiting over a month for the goods but to date have not recieved it. I have tried to contact the company and there has been no reply. The company replied at the early stage answering questions but are not answering now. I have since looked up the name of the company the appearewd on my credit card statement (ip-myrxshopper.com) and it seems that this company is ripping people off all over the place. I thought i should post this to let everyone know that they are trading using this Candian Pharmacy website now as well as God Knows how many others. Kshocks PortlaoiseIreland

Canadian Pharmacy Beware of Fraud Vancouver British Columbia
My on line order was placed with canadian pharmacy however the web address was www.pillbasket.net. I did have access to an order number. I have not received my order but my card has been charged the amount stated. I have tried repeatedly to call the company. The message system does not state the company name. I have left messages with no return call. I have sent e-mails with no response back. I did receive three e-mails stating my card had been charged, that my order was processed and was being delivered. I do not have this order as of Jan 19th, 2008. The order was placed on Dec 28th. I paid additional fees for 5 to 7 business day delivery. I was told that I would see IP-MyRxShopper.com on my credit card statement. That is not true the description of the biller is as follows: BestRxMedspro. The web address supplied for tracking does not exist. Upon surfing the internet I cam across multiple companies, same web page, same contact number. I did notice yesterday that the phone number changed on the web page, however the old number and the new number both do not work. Dave Port St Lucie, FloridaU.S.A.

My Canadian Pharmacy emails that won't stop, can't unsubscribe Toronto Ontario
I continue to get 10-20 emails a day from onlinemeds.com which is a front for My Canadian Pharmacy. You cannot unsubscribe to stop these from coming. Anything you click on the website just asks you if you want to add this to your favorite list. These people are spammers and I thought that was against the law. I ordered my prescription from this self-proclaimed #1 internet online pharmacy and they never sent my product. They refuse to answer my phone calls (in fact, I only get an answering machine) and will not reply to my multiple emails. They have many web names including www.canadianpharmacy.com, www.canadianpharmacyltd.com, www.pharmacyforyou.biz, www.pillaz.com, and I am sure several others. I ordered Viagara pills from this company, received a transaction number and confirmation code in July 2008. On August 9th, 325.77 was charged to my credit card and I was able to track the order on the site: uphs.info using my amount, email address and last 4 digits of my credit card. The order was held at customs canada and I contacted Canadian Pharmacy at their web address advising them that Canada Customs had received my authorization to return the product to the source. The Pharmacy representative asked if I would like them to re-ship it because second orders always got through. I said that would be fine and I continued to try and track it until today (October 7, 2008) and now their tracking site and their website seems to have disappeared. I feel they have exhausted their use of the website and moved. I feel also that I am now out the money charged to the credit card and am the victim of a scam. Dave London, OntarioCanada

This company looks legit, but I should have checked for complaints before I placed an order.  They charge your credit card the minute they receive the order, but never ship the merchandise.All inquiries are answered with excuses.  Too bad it took me two months to catch on to their game.Do not keep looking for your order.  It's not coming!This outfit uses fraudulant business practices and continues to get away with it.  The BBB on a scale of A+ to F has rated this company with a resounding F.  Need I say more?Save your time.

However, according to one other complaint online, you don't receive anything that you order and they get your money. Is there any to protect my website from such thieves? This company pretends to be a Canadian pharmacy but is actually located in India. Their web site showed me a photo of the medication I was looking for, however, they shipped me some other brand, and with the wrong dose applicator. I returned the incorrect shipment, at a cost of $12.00, and they shipped a second time, and again duplicated the original error. They did give me a refund, however, they would NOT reimburse me for the shipping even though it was their error! Canadian Pharmacy 1 Internet Online Drugstore Will not stop sending spam Internet
This company will not stop no matter what it takes. I hope someone has the ability to take them down. We get 10 to 20 emails a day from this same canadian pharmacy which I think is located in China. All of their spam emails are different. Some of their emails have an unsubscribe link which is the same link as going right to their website. When you hit contact on their website it does not work. Just takes you back to the home page. I tried to place a bogus order just to see if I can get a phone number. I never entered my credit card info. I saw a number which I called and it is not a working number. Here are a list of the domains that sent me spam over the past week. I am sure there is more. Canadian online Pharmacy Nothing but a scam Florida
This company has been hounding me for years. I was shopping for a prescription..never even bought anything from these people. They call every other day and have for the past 2 years. I get emails every day from them. I haveve gone from super nice to frustrated to pissed off and cussing them out when they call. Have asked like 15-20 times to take me off their list through phone calls and emails. Now i just delete their daily emails and tell them to f off when they call. Im registered on the do not call list and have been for years. I even file two complaints with the FCCWhy woild a company want to waste their time and resources calling and emailing people who they know will never purchase anything from them??..I told them flat out I would never by anything from them..EVER!. and yet they keep calling ..why??

Do not, repeat, Do not ever use the Canadian Pharmacy for anything.  You'll regret it for the rest of your life. Besides ripping you off, they will bombard you with at least 15 calls per day.  They are like Terminators....they absolutely will not stop until you are dead (or you change your phone number). Worst group of cheating, unscrupulous, badgering people I have ever dealt with.  In addition to filling your phone message box with background noise, they will try everything in the book to hack into your email account and send their crap to every one of your contacts and start badgering them on a daily basis.  How do you think your boss will like getting Viagra adds from you with your endorsement.  These guys are based in India.  They have no ethics, no morality, no conscience when dealing with people.  I wish I never heard of the Canadian Pharmacy.  Word of advice, never give your phone over the Internet, even if there's virtually no chance of these idiots finding it.  I hate these telemarketers. You will too.

Canadian Pharmacy Meds.com Incompetent. Pharmacy sends different drugs than ordered - twice. After 8 weeks, lies and no refund yet. Richmond, B.C., British Columbia
I turned to Canadian Pharmacies because I can no longer find Effexor non XR in the states.  I asked them to check with the pharmacist to make sure they had it.  They refused but assured me they had the drug.  Doctor's scrip clearly specified BRAND NAME, NON EXTENDED RELEASE in all caps and I specified in call.  They sent me the extended release.   Three phone calls later, they assured me the correct medication had already been sent and rushed.  Three weeks and five phone calls later, they admitted the incorrect medication had been sent again because there is a shortage in what I ordered.  (Why not just tell me that in the first place, especially when I specifically asked?? Instead they knowingly send the wrong drug???!!)  They don't return phone calls when they promise (I wouldn't either if I had such incompetence to report) and after 8 weeks of waiting for the correct medication, they told me I have to wait another 5 to 8 business days for my refund of $250.00.   By the way, most Canadian drugs are not reimbursible from insurance or Flex Benefits.    I used to be  a big fan of legalizing Canadian drugs for the U.S.  --- Now I get it!

I order some medications from this company on January 11th order # X44-232795, and still have not recieved them. I have emailed them twice trying to resolve this. The first time A customer service rep named Alexander replied saying that the order would be re-sent, free of charge, that was 3/7/08, still nothing, and the package was suppose to be recieved withing 5-7 business days. The EMS tracking number they provided for the USPS finds nothing when you go to track the package, so they are providing invalid & fradulent tracking numbers. In there second most recent email, their excuse for me not recieving this yet was and quote Your order was sent to you on march, 17th. We apologize for the delay occurred because of global changes in Indian postal-customs procedure. So they are claiming it was sent, but refuse to provide a valid tracking number. I looked up the global changes to Indian customs procedures, and no information that I could find on that, reflected any reason why this package should have been sent this late, so I am chalking it up to another one of their B.S. excuses and run-arounds. Previously, I have ordered from them with no problems, so I don't know if I have just reached my limit on the lets make this look good at first, until they have ordered a few times, then we can screw them over routine, or what. I have contacted my bank regarding this, and told them that I have not been able to produce any refund or satisfactory outcome with canadian pharmacy, hopefully they can resolve this and get my $$ refunded. I re-ordered and was sent after two weeks an EMS delivery number. The number turned out to be false! In the meantime, my credit card had been debitted for the first order which I had never received and the re-order, of which I have doubts about ever receiving either! Explain that you wish to file a dispute, and demand that they assist you in accordance with Federal Regulation E. According to the majority of victims interviewed by Rip-off Report, those who immediately called their banks to dispute the charges did not get very far. Many victims got the following responses from their banks: we could not do anything for you or you waited too long; it has been more than 60 days. If the bank is says that you have waited too long, explain to them how you called their 800 number as soon as the charges were found, and were told by the bank that nothing could be done. Since each state has a different name for the agency/controller over banks, find that name before you call or get to the bank so you can throw it in their face. The more knowledgeable you appear to be, the further you will get. And just continue to demand the Federal Regulation E form! The bank CAN, MUST and WILL reverse the charge! But, you must be persistent; ask to speak to the supervisor or the area manager for all the branches in the state. Let the bank personnel know you are meeting with the media later in the day, that you would much rather they do the right thing (as most other banks have) by looking at the complaints and immediately reversing the charge(s) to your account; no matter how long ago it was. Be sure to call the Media if necessary so you are telling the truth. If you have to, be loud (but nice) in front of other customers. If you are just calling by phone, the above tactics should still work. The bank can easily fax or mail to you the Federal Regulation E dispute form. CHARGES TO YOUR CREDIT CARD If the charge was to your credit card (not debit card, check card, or checking account), contact the credit card company as soon as possible to request a dispute form. Consumers usually have a little longer to dispute fraudulent credit card charges (up to 6 months), but it is better to act right away. In this type of situation, credit card disputes are usually successful since fraudulent companies often won't contest the disputed charge. In rare cases, credit card companies will review disputes, but refuse to reverse the charges. If this occurs, complain to a manager and let them know you will be filing a report here. The sight is so convincing, looks authenthic. Please beware, this is a fraudulent sight. I placed my order and even recieved a confirmation e-mail stating my order has been received and to expect within 5-7 business days; however, may take up to three weeks. When I did not receive anything within 10 business days, I sent an email, nothing. no response. Then of course, I find this site, verifying what I have suspected, which of course is too late. Copy of my transmittal to the FBI: On 10 October 2007, I made a payment of $216. to Canadian Pharmacy for blood-pressure medicine after visiting their website. Subsequently, I received an email notice stating that I would receive the medicine in 10 to 15 days. They sent me a USPS shipment-tracking number which failed to provide info. The resulting USPS on-screen message stated: There is no record of this item.. I've received nothing from the pharmacy but the email shipment notice, and strangely enough, a re-order notice recently. I 'phoned their San Antonio area based 'phone No., 210-787-1711 to no avail. Upon phoning them several times, when the call would actually go through making the standard ring-signal, a recorded message played something stating to the effect of: Leave your message etc. I did leave messages which were never returned. Also to no avail, I emailed them replying to their emails, as well as via the message email link from their website. I have since researched the company name via Alta Vista dot com and Google; I found several scam warnings--complaints from other victims.
