ClairSkin. Skinclairforyou.com. Avalure ClairSkin/Avalure-- Lying, stealing cheats!!! Internet
Saw an ad for ClairSkin face cream on FB saying it was endorsed by Shark Tank. The ad said it was a FREE offer only asking for shipping and handling charge. I specifically looked for anything saying I would be charged for more or sent more product at a later date. There was nothing I could find saying I had 14 days to cancel my trial offer. I was also charged for an eye cream that I did not ask for, and called to question the extra charge. When I called they said they would cancel that product. After that call they started the 14 day process evidently. I saw the charge on my bank account on day 15. I didn't even get the product and have 14 days to use it. I had only used it for a couple of days when I saw the charge of $89.31. Called the company to ask why I was charged for anything and was told that I had agreed to it when I purchased online. I told her I had only wanted to try the product for the $4.95 shipping that it was supposed to be free. After much arguing, She said there was no one else to speak to and I wasn't getting any money back but they would cancel my order and she hung up on me!!??? I was extremely mad and upset.

ClairSkin skinclare4you.com Biggest Scam Internet
I had ordered what I believed was just a sample of cream lotion for the eyes and face.I did not see the 14 day trial and if I kept it or did not cancel I would be charged the full amount.I am usually very good about watching for this stuff.I just happened to check my credit card statement and there are 2 charges one for 87.47 and 89.31 nice total of 176.78.So as my credit card suggest contact the seller first. What a run around. I was told I agreed to this and its past the 14 days. Needless to say I was livid with this amount for some darn lotion. I wanted a supervisor, seems they don't have any around....so I said you reverse these charges or I am going to my credit card company.I was told if I do that I would be charged 30.00....for what???So again I kept pushing to refund, so she puts me on hold comes back and says I will refund you 50% on each charge....what could I do? I had to accept that.So now paying 87.00 for something that is not worth a dime.Yes I learned my lesson but I usually am very careful about this type of thing....so it must be in very very fine print!A company like this I would love to see out of business. What A Scam!

ClairSkin , DietEvolve Unauthorized charge of about $90.00 although listed as free sample plus shipping of only $4.95 with free sample of ClairSkin Cleveland Ohio
Offered free sample skin care for shipping cost only at $4.95. However, charged $89. with expected monthly reoccurring charges of $89. Said there was a 14 day cancelation agreement required or you are automatically signed up. I saw nothing stating any of that. I called them and cancelled but they were only willing to refund 50%. of product charge. Such a Scam!

ClairSkin Revive EyeDiet Sigma an offer I saw on Facebook while reading Angeline Jolie story. it was her new skin care product to advance try for 4.95 not 375.00 and no products either Internet
I was reading a story on Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie break-up on Dec 25, 2016 and the story went on about Angelina new skin care products. Her product company was offering customers a trial of her line for 4.95.  I believed this was a honest offer even Angelina was behind it.  I was charged the initial 4.95 and received my skin product. Two weeks later I was charged $87.47 and $89.31. I questioned my bank what these charges were because I didn’t know.  I thought my bank would have cancelled these automatic deductions but again the following month, my account was charged $94.26 and $92.42.  Nearly $375.00 was deducted and stolen from my account and never again did I received any more products. I was just getting charged ridiculous amounts I would have never agreed to. I was very upset my banking institution didn’t do their job and protect my money.  This was a hard loss for me and I struggled over this for weeks.

ClairSkin UPP*BEAUTYOMNIFHL*CARALLUMAFORSKOLN I was given a 14 day trial period for a product, but did not receive the product until 11 days had passed. I called to let them know that I had only received one of the two samples, and that it wasn't until I arrived back in town. OH, GA Internet
They responded that I would be sent another order for both products and my trial period would be extended. Upon receiving the second product the very next day, I called and cancelled all future orders, as I could tell that this was a scam. My visa bill arrived and I was charged for both items (although they only sent me the original free sample). I called customer support and was told that I agreed to the conditions. However, the conditions stated that I had fourteen days to cancel, and I had cancelled within two days of receiving the product. Please read the second page. I described in full what happened. Basically, the clairskin company charged me for two samples, and additionally for the first months supply of the two products. I received one sample 12 days after the billing and the other sample 13 days later. Supposedly I had 14 days to try them. I called to cancel any future orders, and was told that that would happen. My visa bill showed that I was charged for a shipment of both products, from two different sources (GA, OH). I called to inquire why and to notify them that I was disputing the charges. They told me that I was charged because it was after my 14 day trial period, which they calculated from the shipping date, not the delivery date. They also only sent me the original trial products, even though I was billed for the next month. I agreed to a fourteen day trial period. I did not agree to be charged for a product that I had only one day to try. I also do not see how I can be charged for another months supply on July 10 for a product that I have not received.

ClairSkin Extra Firming Complex (2 bottles)Instant Wrinkle Serum I ordered what I thought was 1 free sample of ClairSkin Extra Firming Complex in May 2017. Now as of 7/14/2017, I have received 2 other bottles of their products which I did not order, nor do I want. I was never told of the possibility that I would receive and be charged for any additional products. They just keep coming in the mail! Fulfillment Center-3465 S. Arlington ,Akron, OH Washington
I saw an add on the internet for a skin care product produced and sold under the name of ClairSkin.  The product was calledExtra Firming Complex.  The add said that this would be a free sample, and that no charge applied except S&H.That happened in late May.  Now, as of 07/14/2017, I have received three of ClairSkin products, which I did not order or contact them for further product information.I have alerted my credit card company for fraud investigation.  I was advised by them not to send the products back unopened.  I am disputing all products and orders from ClairSkin, butr do not have a valid e-mail address, phone number or address where I coukd contact their customer service departmernt.  Very sly and criminal on their part! I have been charged $94.26 for a free product.

Consortium Group LLC ClairSkin Company continued to ship and bill for product that was not ordered Akron Ohio
I ordered a sample product from the Internet and was billed for shipping. A few weeks later I received the product again and was billed full price. I called customer service and Andrea said I was supposed to call and cancel my subscription if I did not want further shipments. She claimed I had checked an online box indicating I understood I was to call within two weeks or more products would be sent to me. I did NOT check any box online. In fact, I had difficulty with the website and decided to not order the product at all, but the order went through when I tried to go back to the previous website page. I was unable to pull up the website page again. I did not know my order had gone through until the product arrived.  I wanted to return the full-priced item for a full refund and was told by Andrea that it was impossible to return this type of product.  Then, my credit card was charged for yet a third full-price shipment which never arrived. I called customer service again and was told the missing product will be shipped within five days.  This is a ripoff company.

clair skin for you ClairSkin Clever deception using Shark Tank and A List Celebs not sure they do not say! Internet
Saw that it was associated with Shark Tank and Lori Greiner.  That was a plus to me, must be legit.  Then saw mega celebs like Oprah endorsing it.  Another plus.  Why would anyone like Oprah permit herself to be associated with something smarmy and deceptive? I read the print, all of it. Looked very closely to find any mention of subscription or anything that indicates I was signing up for any continued purchases.   Ordered two samples and my card was debited on 4 September.  One was 5.99 and one was 4.95.  No problem. Used the product a few times, nothing special really. Received an email on the 16th of September from customer support with contact information in case I had any questions.   If you look at their website the only way to contact them is by ordering from them. No doubt that is well orchestrated planned and they send you contact info 24 hours or so before you have to cancel the order you agreed to.  But no indication why they sent the email. Last night two debits of approximately $90 showed up on my card from PRAGMAFITNESS and PRDHEALTH*SABLEFITNESS. In researching this morning I find a website that points out they do not have the terms and conditions on anything you see when you order your inexpensive samples (like I did) or free samples (like others have).  The sign up form does not have a link to the terms and conditions. I have now cancelled my card, formally complained to my credit union and sent the response to the support team telling them to give me my money back.  We will see.  As I told them, I will not stop communicating in as many forums or avenues available about what a deceptive scam this is. Shame on Lori Greiner and maybe those celebs don't know their images and comments are being used.  But if so, shame on them, too. There are so many names and 844 phone numbers that it isn't really possible to pin the company down really.  The entities that charged my card are one thing, the product names on the products I got are not the same as the products on the website that links to the customer support email I got.   Smoke and mirrors, hiding behind confusing names and phone numers that are NEVER answered!  And lots of 844 numbers at that.   I think they want to wear you down with the frustration and their defensive mechanism is you don't know where they are really, who they are really, etc. But this is the first review I will do and I will continue till I run out of avenues to communicate to STAY AWAY!!!!!!!!!

Clairskin Also, don't know other names After checking over the details of the free face cream & eye cream, looking to see if there was a catch (automatically have an otder every month); finding no caveat, I ordered the creams (eye & face for FREE) THEN MY CREDIT CARD WAS CHARGED $9O.00 FO EACH CREAM, MAKING IT $180.OO MONTHLY. MY DAUGHTER PROMPTLY CANCELED, BUT I WAS CHARGED FOR THIS MONTH. THIS IS THE SECOND TIME THAT I FELL FOR THE FREE CREAM & THOUGHT THIS TIME, I HAD READ ALL THE FINE PRINT. THE OTHER COMPANY THAT I AM COMPLAINING ABOUT IS CREATIVE ITEMS (THEY HAVE A WBSITE) I TOLD THEM I WANTED TO RETURN THE CAMI-TOPS, THAT I ORDERED. NOT ONLY DID THE GIVE ME THE RUNAROUND, BUT NEVER GOT AN RETURN ADDRESS. ITEMS WERE SENT DIRECTLY FROM CHINA, HAVE AN OFFICE IN WALNUT ( PHONE IS NEVER ANSWERED, BUT DOING A LITTLE CHECKING, IF THEY WILL ALLOW YOU TO RETURN, YOU WILL HAVE TO SEND IT TO SAN SALVADORE! ? FOR CREAM & CHINA FOR CREATIVE ITEMS Internet
I ordered free eye cream & face cream from Clair skin, that advertised  charging me  shipping only. This month (August2017), I was charged $90.00 for each cream -total $180.00. I thought I had carefully checked the fine print, but evidently in the ad (well hidden) i supposedly signed up for a monthly delivery. My daughter canceled the next month, but I evidently have to pay for this month. Someone complained that these companies change their names all the time.   The other company that I am complaining about is Creative Items. It has a wesite. I bought two items (cami-tank top with bra) that came directly from China (Chinese Co.) with no papers inside, incase, you need to return your purchase. I have not received a return address, after getting several e-mails, asking me questions, asking me to take a photo of the item with the packaging. They were killing time, because you have to return item within 14 days, but still did not send me a return address.  I am stuck with these two items.
