coin-simple ripoff coin-simple bitcoin New York, NY Internet
Do not use this company to buy bitcoins. You will get automated messages that they are working on your order. They also claim to be a paypal partner. When you click on paypal it goes to an individual like you are sending money to a friend. You will not get your bitcoins and you will not be able to dispute with paypal. I cancelled the order and got a canned response from support to expect a refund shortly. You will never get a refund. I had to dispute with my bank. Use Coin Base or Coin Momma. They are legit.

Coin-Simple Ltd. Braeden Sawayn I sent $800 through Paypal for the purchase of Bitcoin on the Coin-Simple site. I never received the Bitcoin and have not received responses to my emails or tickits on the Coin-Simple site. New York New York
This company Coin-Simple Ltd. presents online as a legitimate  cryptocurrency purchasing site. However. purchases made are not delivered and there is a complete cessation of comunication once payment is received via Paypal. Paypal records the transaction as payment sent and indicated that you cannot file a resoution issue since it was not for goods or services. This is clearly incorrect so it seems that Braeden Sawayn who name appears on the transaction has set this up as a scam.   Do not try to purchase Bitcoin through COIN-SIMPLE!!! iT IS A SCAM!!!

Coin-Banks Coin-Banks is a fraud Internet
Coin-Banks lures people in with promises of a good crypto trading platform, regular contact and guidance from a broker, and easy intuitive online banking, from them right into your bank account. The first problem came when my broker said I had to invest more to get the regular calls from a broker.  I did that, since bitcoin was taking off.  Weeks went by with no calls from my broker, so I put in a $100 test withdrawal.  It took forever to clear but it did go through -- or so I thought, later I checked and the money never reached my bank.  All requests regarding that withdrawal have been ignored.  In fact, I am completely ignored.  I started with them last Spring, and they told me I could not withdraw unti this fall. The date is almost 2 months past now and no withdrawals have been released.  So....  this is NOT a site where you have control of your money.  I purchased BTC and the broker sold half of them without my permission, and made terrible bungling futures trades which were costly, without my permission, though they state on the site that no transactions will be made without permission.  I have been asking for my remaining funds to be transferred back into either my bank or wallet, and all requests are ignored, and all withdrawals are left in a pending state.  Emails to the support email listed have bounced.  I am looking at a substantial loss from this company. They are completely fraudulent, not only failing to deliver what they promise on their site (which changes a lot, btw), but also getting people to invest and then not releasing funds back to them. Withdrawals have to be approved...and they never approve them.  As soon as you tell them you need to see funds coming back to your bank account before you will invest more, they completely ignore you. Do NOT invest with this company!

HSN Coin Collecting Purchase/Return Nationwide
Bought one Peace Silver Dollar, from the E to the A in the word America several scratches.Bought one Eisenhower Silver Dollar supposedly in the original Govt. issued package and it appeared to have mud on the inside of the plastic wrapper.  Sent it back also and right now they give you until the end of January to return any merchandise.  Like you stated in your article HSN has a very good rep.I am writing because I listen to this guy and like you say do your research so I bought my own 2017 enhanced uncirculated 10 coins from the US mint for $34 including S&H, grading companies run specials periodically and had the set graded $9 per coin, 7 out of the 10 came back EU 70.  He has been touting the same set for example from the Denver show out west and what he fails to talk about is the Jefferson nickel graded (mine EU 70 6 steps) Roosevelt dime (mine EU 70 FSB) which I received back today.  I'm a novice so I guess this is a big deal to collectors FSB is about the bands and there is 5 & 6 steps for the Jefferson nickel.Boulder, CO  CollecTons.com has a good outfit and I bought one Morgan Silver Dollar & three Silver Peace Dollars. You type in the search engine Original roll Morgan & Peace dollars 4 coins with luster and detail I received. You have to listen to Mike very carefully when he is talking and I am not buying any coins from them again.  I have bought Joy's mop, Wolfgang Puck knives and very pleased with them.  But I have to admit I do watch him also on ShopCSNtv just to pick up any tips and then do my own research.

COIN COLLECTOR HSN COIN COLLECTOR MIKE MEZACK DONT GET RIPPED OFF ON HSN Nationwide
I HAVE CONTACTED HSN ABOUT THEM HAVING THE COIN COLLECTOR ON THERE DESPITE HIS MISLEADING AND OUTRAGIOUSLY OVER PRICED COINS. ALL I GOT BACK WAS A STANDARD AUTO RESPONSE. I FEEL VERY STRONGLY ABOUT HSN HAVING THIS GUY ON. THEY HAVE A REPUTATION FOR BEING A GREAT COMPANY TO BUY FROM BUT THEY TOTALLY NEGLECT ANY OF THE WARNINGS I SENT THEM ABOUT THEIR CUSTOMERS BEING OVERCHARGED AND MISLED BY THE RIPOFF KING...MIKE MEZACK. I URGE EVERYONE TO AVOID BUYING ANYTHING FROM HSN'S COIN COLLECTOR SHOW. IF YOU SEE ANYTHING YOU WANT TO BUY, I SUGGEST GOING ON EBAY AND COMPARING PRICES AND BUY FROM DEALERS WITH 100% POSITIVE FEEDBACK. THE OTHER COIN SHOWS ON TV ARE NOT MUCH BETTER. I WATCH THEM FOR AMUZEMENT BUT WILL NEVER BUY FROM ANY OF THEM...THEY ARE ALL OVERPRICED!!! AFTER HSN THE FOLLOWING SHOWS ARE IN MY OPINION THE WORST TO THE LESS WORSE: 1. THE COIN VAULT...THESE ARE ALMOST AS BAD AS HSN. THEY SELL COINS THAT THEY REPRESENT AS BEING RARE BUT THEY ARE COINS MINTED BY TINY COUNTRIES THAT ARE WORTH NOTHING MORE THAN THE MELT VALUE OF THE COINS DESPITE THEY WILL CHARGE YOU 100'S....EVEN 1000% OVER IT'S ACTUAL VALUE. THEY ALSO ARE AS BAD AS HSN'S COIN COLLECTOR IF YOU ARE NOT CAREFUL. THEIR PARENT COMPANY ACTUALLY MINTS ITS OWN COINS...THEY CALL THEM EXCLUSIVE...THEY ARE WORTH NOTHING MORE THAN THE METAL CONTENT....MELT VALUE 2. ART AND COIN TV...BARRY CHAPPELL SHOW. WAY WAY OVERPRICED BUT FUN TO WATCH. BARRY LOOKS LIKE A CAVEMAN WITH ALL THE BOTOX AND HIS HAIR!!! WHAT THE HECK IS THAT??? 3. AAN AMERICA'S AUCTION NETWORK...THEY ALWAYS PRICE THINGS ENDING IN .77c. I GUESS THEY THINK YOU WILL THINK YOU ARE SAVING A FEW CENTS. THEY ALSO SELL THOSE WORTHLESS FOREIGN COINS MINTED BY COUNTRIES YOU PROBABLY HAVE NEVER HEARD OF. 4. RCTV / RICKS U.S. COINS / RICK TOMASKA'S US COIN SHOW...AT LEAST HE IS INFORMATIVE. HE IS OVERPRICED BUT NOT NEARLY AS BAD AS THE OTHERS. STILL DO YOUR HOMEWORK 5. THEN THERE IS DON DAVIS'S SHOW. POOR DON...HE TRIES HARD TO DO A GOOD SHOW BUT HE IS A 1 MAN SHOW AND JUST REPEATS HIMSELF OVER AND OVER BUT MY MAIN ISSUE WITH HIM IS THAT HIS COINS THAN HE CALLS UNCIRCULATED ARE VERY QUESTIONABLE...HORRIBLE EYE APPEAL...AND HIS SO CALLED SUPER SLIDERS ARE NOTHING MORE THAN A GRADE LOWER THAN WHAT HE IS CLAIMING THAT THEY GRADE. IN CLOSING...PLEASE FOLKS...IF YOU SEE SOMETHING ON TV YOU WANT TO BUY...WRITE IT DOWN AND DO YOUR RESEARCH BEFORE GETTING RIPPED OFF.

Superior Discount Coin, Your Coin Broker.com Failure to Deliver Product Breckenridge Colorado
I heard several radio ads from Superior Discount Coin on different radio stations in the DFW metroplex. I went to the web site and then called and spoke with the owner, Mr Jim Burg. He recommended that I buy 12 old gold coins for $20,500. I wired him the money withinn the hour. After two weeks and not receiving the product, I called and was told that due to demand, it was going to just take a few more days. This pattern repeated itself for the next three months. I would try to call and speak to Mr Burg from my phone number and it always went to voice mail, with never a return call. However, I could call from my hotel room number and he would pick right up. After two months of him keeping my $20,500 without delivering the gold coins, I hired an attorney to write a demand letter for a full refund. He again said that it would take more time to come up with the money. I then called the DA in Summit County and he told me that they had received several reports from all around the country, complaining of the same issue, money sent and no product shipped. I then contacted the FBI, in Glenwood Springs, CO and made a formal complaint. The agent took my complaint and told me that he knew Mr Burg from a history of similar complaints. I then contacted his advertisers here, locally. They called and told me that they too, were receiving numerous complaints and had talked to Mr. Burg. They told me that they had told Mr. Burg that he would not be allowed to advertise til he resolved these complaints. I then received a full refund. He is not afraid of legal action, but didn't want his revenue tream to dry up, so he finally made good on past complaints. I finally did a BBB query, something that I should have done first, and discovered that he has a rating of F. As a sidelight, he advertises that his prices are 75% lower than his competition. Actually, the same coin that he was going to sell me for $1,721, was available elsewhere for $1,150. Jim Burg is crooked, stay away! Jeff highland village, TexasU.S.A.

The Coin Vault CTV Zero Customer Service, Internet
On August 11, 2010 I placed an order for 2010 Boy Scouts of America Centennial Dollar at 4:52 PM.  I tried to cancel the order less than 25 minutes later.  However, by then they were closed so I sent an email at 5:46 PM to request cancellation.  The email was answered at 8:28 AM the next morning stating that it was too late to cancel and that the order had already been sent to the shipper.  I called their 800 number a few minutes later and spoke to Randy who told me the same thing and that the shipment could not be stopped.  Both the email and Randy told me just to refuse the package when UPS delivers it.  Frankly, I find it difficult to believe that an order cannot be canceled that early in the process in this electronic age.  I believe that customers are given that excuse because many customers would probably keep the coins, once delivered.  I base my belief on the fact that if my credit card had bounced I'll bet they could have stopped the shipment!!!Oh, by the way, they are very good at making sure my credit card was charged immediately. The coin that was immediately sent to the shipper after I ordered it for some reason didn't arrive at my home until August 24th, 13 days after being shipped immediately...I wonder why it took so long since they ship immediately?  I refused the package as they suggested on the day it was delivered.Well...their speed slows down to nothing after they ship coins.  It has now been 21 days since I returned the coin but do you think my credit card has been credited with the return?  The answer is a great big NO.  The Coin Vault can't seem to handle that part of the process with near the speed they display on the front end.In my opinion, The Coin Vault is not a customer friendly company, has no intention of changing, and their best quality is ripping off the customer!

Austin Coin Gold buying scam austin, Texas
Back in 2005 I called Austin coin to order gold bullion. Roxie Byrd convinced that a rare coin would be a better investment. So I paid $6000 for a 'rare coin. When I called earlier this year to find the value of that coin, it was $3000! Bullion had at least quadrupled in that time, but my better investment was cut in half. I am sure Ms. Byrd made a  much larger commission on that coin, but she ripped me off.

ANACS Coin Grading Service charges Englewood Colorado
ANACS says it charges an order fee of $21. If you submit multiple order forms, they charge per page, not per order, even though they process the orders together as one order. They ship the order back to you as one order. This enables them to pay a single shipping fee. The customer is changed for multiple orders though. In this case, mypriority shipping via Fed Ex took over a week. Reason: ANACS didnt package the order properly and the labeling came ofFedEx routed it to their research department to identify the intended recipient. It took several days and multiple phone calls to FedEx to locate the package.  Finally, it was forwarded on to me.I contacted ANACS and described what happened. For all the delay and inconvenience, I sought a partial refund of the shipping charges they didn't pay but passed on to me.They said they weren't responsible for what other companies do . I reminded him the problem was due to his company's negligence in failing to properly wrap the package. He held his position with not as much as an apology let lone a partial refund. How do I know the package wasn't wrapped properly? FedEx forwarded ANACS original box to me . It wasn't large enough to accommodate the inner package and the tape broke loose. It is generally accepted that ANACS is no higher than third (behind PCGS Nd NGC) place. I learned that ANACS is NOT as reliable as I thought it was.

Safe Coin Escrow LLC Philadelphia Pennsylvania
I'm not actively job seeking. I just keep an updated resume out. So, I get this offer for an Escrow Manager Position. Okay. Site looked legit. I'm a nurse so I'm used to recving job offers with recruiters sight unseen. Work from home employment is standard for my profession, also. The only thing that I found unusual was the request for I9 and source documents to run background when I hadnt spoken with a recruiter. That's not standard. I called the number and it went to VM. Sounded like a Brit. I sent a message through their portal. So, I filled out the I-9. I just didnt give my SSN or real birthdate. I didnt upload any of my source documents, either. But I passed the background check and got the job, though! I was given access to an MSOutlook style intranet system. My supv is Kelly Granger. There were, like, 10 emails about the job position and bitcoin. The next day, I recvd an email stating that her colleague sent emails related to another position in Philadelphia. Probably a ruse. Anyway, i have 3 emails in my inbox r/t this position. My start date is 23 Oct 2017. We'll see. Ive a pretty neutral opinion of the company. I get the gist of escrow and bitcoin. I just need to figure out what liability Id be assuming...and where these funds would be held. A company wallet or...? Im not accepting funds if these people have access to the account, too. ...because they havent done enough to build trust. They could yank the money right out and Id be liable. We'll see, though.

Shawnee Plaza Coin Laundry Shawnee Plaza Coin Laundry Kansas City, Kansas
I am CERTAIN there is a health code violation in there somewhere. My last attempt at doing laundry there was last night at around 8pm in the evening. As is usual for that location, anyone who goes after 12 noon can expect to find filthy floors and can expect to see the laundry attendant allow children and adults to sit on the folding tables which their shoes atop them, which will automatically turn you off from wanting to fold your clothes there and will tempt you into driving home with a pile of wrinkled clothing. These people care so much about the all-mighty powerful quarter in the machine that they do not tell you there is no hot water, nor that there hasn't been any in over a week. This happened to me twice. I am a working mother, my time is extremely limited, and given that service and is close to home, I made do with it, and put up with it's dirty floors and counters, and washers so clogged that they will not dispense your fabric softener into the rinse cycle. Last night was the last straw. When I notied--yet again on this occassion that there was not hot water, I very respectfully approached the attendant, who looked thru me as I were not standing there. No acknowledgment whatsoever. I proceeded to tell her that there was not hot water and may I please have a refund. She became defensive and stated she could not refund my money, and that the hot water would be fixed tomorrow. That tomorrow excuse was the same she gave me 8 days before. I told her I understood the hot water issue wasn't her fault, but that they shouldn't mislead clients this way because we go in with the need to wash our family's clothing in safe hot water. It was like speaking to a wall, and she kept on insisting she could not give me a refun although at that point I wasn't even asking for one. I was simply stating that there should be a sign taped to the door or walls somewhwere stating something along the lines of ...we lament to inform you..blah, blah,...this is our situation with the hot water...blah blah... ANYTHING, but at least let us the public know that in that moment they do not have hot water and do not expect to find any in your machine. It's called common courtesy, which apparently they possess none of. On previous occasions, because they've had the lack of hot water issue before, I actually spoke to the owner. He is an arrogant argentine and I refuse to use the word gentleman because it doesn't apply, who give the same hot water will be fixed tomorrow excuse. What a deadbeat! So please beware! It's misleading because the laundromat give the appearance of convinience. It's in a great neighborhood location. But they are dirty and apparantly care not a bit about their clientele! I'm about to go make a complaint at the health board because I know that by law they are supposed to have hot water, so I'm off to their site. But please, consumers beware of this laundromat! Thank you for hearing me out.

Art & Coin TV dishonest, liars, hucksters, greedy, rip off, con artists Nationwide
Purchased coins from this company on two separate occassions. Both times they we're not what was ordered. Second purchase came in the mail today. Was supposed to be a high grade proof coin, it came ungraded in a cheap holder. It was not what was described in the original order. Have to fight with them to get a refund on first order, which is also taking to long to process. It shouldn't take as long as they're saying to refund the sale. Will have to send back the second order as well since its not what I ordered. Don't do business with Art and Coin TV.   These people are rip off artists. Art & Coin TV is a dishonest TV/Internet based company. They don't have any honesty when it comes to selling their products as most of them aren't as described. Stay away from this company. Do not trust or do business with them. They are just greedy hucksters looking to take your money.

Silver Coin Web Services Misrepresented himself as a competent webmaster ripoff Internet
I recently engaged Silver Coin Web Services to create a website for my e-commerce business. This company misrepresents itself as a technically competent American company based in Seattle, Washington. Nothing could be further from the truth. This Company actually consists of one man named Srikanth in India. He took approximately 2 months to complete a 10 page website. He was unable to integrate my payment gateway and merchant account provider with my website. When test transactions failed he actually told me he didn't know what the problem was and blamed my gateway provider. He was never able to solve this problem and deliver a fully functional e-commerce capable website. When I terminated his services and demanded a refund I did not receive a response from him. On the homepage of his website (www.thesilvercoin.com) he has a bogus Seattle, Washington address and no telephone number. I could only communicate with him by e-mail. Several times he took a week or more to answer my e-mails. The money back guarantee on his website is bogus, also. It has been two months since I fired him and demanded a refund and I have heard nothing from him since. This company is bad news. I want to warn others so they don't make the same mistake I did. The loss of time and money, not to mention the aggravation this guy caused me in getting my business started is inexcusable. My advice to anyone looking for a website provider for his/her small business is run like hell from Silver Coin Web Services. Dan BRONX, New YorkU.S.A.
