UPX courier Scammed by Fake Puppy courier Nationwide
I found an ad that was selling yorki puppies that have been registered and have had their shots. To me that was what I was looking for. The lady said that she would send them to me that I just had to pay for their travel ticket and I was fine with that. The puppies were dropped off at the airport and I would be contacted soon with the flight number and tracking number. When I was contacted I was asked for $657 for the travel crate for the 2 yorkies. The airport did not contact me it was UPX courier. Only one number would call me and I was only given one number to contact. After I made a $300 payment I was told my puppies would be here at 9am. Nothing. I keep getting emails that they want more money but stopped replying to them. They ask for $600 more $300 more or just give me excuses why I have to pay.

Prodex Security Courier Services Parcel Service Scam London Internet
Parcel Scam -Professionals such as lecturers and executives who surt the Internet frequently are often the victims. After befriending the victims through online chats, the conman would send them a parcel purportedly containing a gift such as a laptop, a watch or even jewellery. Victims are told that the parcel had been held up by Customs, so they must pay a processing fee to retrieve the parcel. Once the fee is banked into a local bank account, there would still be no sign of the parcel. I am a victim of this scam. I paid them a total of $1400usd. I thought it was real because my online friend even gave me the website to track my parcel (http://www.prodexscservice.com/index.htm). The parcel, according to this conman, is from UK with laptop, jewelrys and 3,500 pounds. So when it went to Malaysia; they told me that i have to pay them all the penalty charges because theres money into it. When I paid everything; they said there's another problem, and that is Singapore (where I live) doesnt want to accept the parcel due to some problems and they need to contact the sender; which I cant contact anymore. They still have their Malaysian number and it is still working: +60102902586. So, I share this to everyone because what they have conned me is a hard earned money. Infact I borrowed this money believeing that the parcel is real, and I really trusted the man who befriend me online. During that time he even call me oversease just to get my trust. Brasil Courier BR Courier Courier service not delivering package nor providing customer assistance Newark, New Jersey
On April 3rd, 2010 my sister-in-law submitted 2 packages to the courier service Brasil Courier (New Jersey branch) for delivery to Sao Paulo (Brazil). The 2 packages were scheduled to be delivered on May 27th, 2010 (according to tracking info on www.brasilcourer.com). As of this date January 8th, 2011 no delivery has been made and content of the packages became already useless. We contact this company every month since July 2010 (by phone since emails never get answered) and always get the same ridiculous answers, such as "we are working on it", "we will have an update for you by next month", "our manager is handling this issue personally" or "we hope to have this sorted out by next month". I am aware that things in Brazil are not working always the easy way but to wait for over 9 months (!) for a delivery is not acceptable anymore in any way. Brasil Courier shows absolutely no concern or willingness to resolve this issue, nor do they seem to feel the need to update their concerned customers regarding any delivery problems.

velocity express courier co. settlement check shortages Cincinnati, Ohio
I started working as a contractor with Velocity express in Cincinnati Ohio on 6-6-05. We (aprox 20 drivers.) worked exclusively for 1 large office supply company delivering office supplies. After aprox. 6 months some drivers started noticing some minor pay discrepencies. I started paying close attention to my settlement checks and noticed some minor shortages also. Both local managers were very cooperative in trying to rectify these shortages. After a while it started occurring more frequently. Finally the managers told us that we would all have to take pay cuts or else Velocity Express corp. would do it for them. The managers refused Corp. orders to cut our pay, so our check shortages became ever week. Some were missing as much as $300.00. We were told by managers they would try to get it back. This did not work for most of us and some drivers had to quit. We were told this was part of the corp. pay cuts. We did not agree to take pays cuts, nor did any of us re-sign our contracts at a lower rate.  Eventually Velocity express lost the contract, and we all lost our jobs with 1 day notice. None of us got any back pay, some were owed thousands of dollars. I followed Velocity express on the internet and found many other drivers across the country were having the same problem. Why did i wait so long to write this? It seemed they were doomed to go out of business. With these scary business practices how could they survive? I just noticed they seem to be back in business? How can this be? I hope this can help any Class action or other drivers with the same problem. George

Brasil Courier scam, ripoff, does not deliver on promises newark, New Jersey
This company is horrible. My wife shipped a box to Sao Paulo April 3, 2010 for a cost of $240, she included an additional $50 for insurance on the box. If the box was not delivered to address in Sao Paulo within 180 days she would receive $1000 in return. It has almost been one year(Febraury 25, 2011) the company refuses to speak with us regarding the box or the insurance my wife bought for the box. She has gone round and round with the rude people working at Brasil Courier with no results. Sergio(office manager) never returns phone calls. My feeling at this point is there was no insurance on the box, the $50 was a way fort the company to make additional money. They have no intention in returning the money($1,000) that is in the contract. This company is a scam, stay far away from these people..

Purolator Courier Ltd. - Lack of Service & Refund Request - Mississauga Ontario
On November 28, 2013 – I placed an online order with NCIX.com and selected Purolator ground shipping (estimated 2-6 days) at a cost of $16.41.  Due to lack of stock at NCIX the shipment was shipped on three different dates.  I would like to draw your attention to my experience with Purolator attempting to retrieve the final package in this shipment.  I feel that the amount of time and effort that I have invested in actually trying to get Purolator to delivery my package is completely unreasonable. Package LKD100358281 is picked up at 8:35 am by Purolator on December 13, 2013.  I follow the tracking number and expect delivery on Dec. 18, 2013.  Delivery driver does not come, and no notice of delivery attempt is made.  I check the online tracking number and note that the package is delayed “due to missed delivery.” I have part 2/3 of my shipment to pick up at the depot so I decide to drive across the city to pick them both up.  I am able to pick up piece 2/3, but I am told that that the driver “just didn’t get to my package” (Tracking# LKD100358281) and that the freight cannot be accessed for me to pick it up.  I was assured that they would try again the next day.  Knowing that I wouldn’t be home on Dec. 19, 2013 I inquired if I could pre-sign for the package so the driver could just leave it at my home for me and negate the need for me to drive all the way back to the depot again.  I was instructed to create a note for the driver with instructions on where to leave the package, the tracking number, date, name and signature.  I prepared the letter late that evening and attached it to my mailbox for the driver and went to work. Returning from work on Dec. 19, 2013 I noted that the note hadn’t been touched, that there was no parcel, and again no notice of delivery attempt.  On my answering machine, I received a message that the package was waiting at the depot for me to pick-up.  I attempt to call Purolator but the offices are closed.  I decide to send Purolator a message using the Contact Us feature on the website to attempt delivery on Friday Dec. 20, 2013. I receive no response to the web submission, so decide to call Purolator at 7 am on Dec. 19, 2013 to request the package be delivered today.  The agent explains that “This should be out for delivery today.” I am hesitant to believe the agent – I ask if she can make sure that package goes out, or if I can call the Regina Depot directly to advise them to get it out on the truck.  I am told “No” on both accounts.  The agent explains that “scanning is only updated at 10 am local” and to “please check the scanning at that time, and if it’s not on vehicle for delivery please contact us.”  I make the point of asking the following as confirmation, “So I wait till 10 and see if the tracking number shows that it got put on the truck or not? And then call back if it didn’t.”  The agent’s answer is “Yes.” At 11:20 am, on Dec. 19, 2013, there is still no change on tracking number.  Call Purolator, the automated message system times out after quite some time and the line goes silent.  There is no indication that I am still waiting in queue so I hang up and try again.  I repeat this procedure twice more before deciding to wait a full 30 minutes in silence with the hope that the telephone system is actually keeping me in queue.  At the same time, I decide to attempt to use the live chat feature on the website.  I receive a message something along the line of “attempting to contact agent.”  I wait 11 minutes before I start to believe something might have gone wrong and decide re-attempt a connection.  I receive the same message, and it is another 21 minutes before I am connected with an agent.  I provide the tracking number and explain that I had been told to call back if the package hadn’t been placed on the truck for delivery.  The agent tells me that she “can redeliver it for Monday or leave it as available for pick-up.”  The agent explains that “a redelivery is a request and the depots cannot always honor them, especially this time of year when there is an abundance of freight.  I have no way to have this out for delivery today.” Redeliveries are a request?  How about a FIRST delivery attempt?  Exasperated I inquire about a refund for the shipping charges.  Surely a company like Purolator must have some sort of service guarantee?  The agent explains that ground shipping doesn’t include any service delivery guarantee.  I ask if Purolator has a “complete lack of service” guarantee.  I have done everything I can possibly think of to get Purolator to do what they have been paid to do.  I arrive home on Friday evening and receive a message on my answering machine that my “package has been found and is waiting for pick-up at the depot.” I am incredibly frustrated with how I have been treated, how Purolator doesn’t appear to care, and how I apparently have no recourse as a consumer in this matter. I certainly understand that this is a busy time of year, but I expect Purolator to maintain a certain level of service to its customers.  I hope that this case provides insight into areas where improvements can be made.  I have filed a complete report of this incident with the online consumer website Ripoffreport.com.  I will consider a refund of $16.41 a resolution of this matter and will be happy to update my report with Purolator's response.

CourierExpert.co.uk Courier Service Steals Parcels And Insults Customers! Doesn't Pay Drivers too! Internet
Beware Everyone!   This company, by the name Courier Expert, is a pure scam! On 25th January 2013, I urgently needed to ship an ebay item to a fellow customer. I ordered their Urgent Same Day Delivery service. The item I needed to deliver was a mere 500 grams in weight sculpture. But I was asked to pay 25 pounds! But knowing there was no other alternative, I paid for it unwillingly and THAT WAS THE HUGE MISTAKE I EVER DID! After payment, I received an sms from my bank informing me the transaction of the payment I did to the courier company. I was instead, charged 100 pounds to my credit card!!! I tried to call them but all their numbers were not in used. I later received an email from them that a guy by the name Steve J***** will be the driver to deliver my package. I was given his contact number too.  A delivery tracking order was given to me. Knowing there's no other ways, I just let it be my huge mistake. However 3 days later, my customer filed a dispute in eBay saying they did NOT receive any parcels. I thought the customer was scamming me, but he insisted that he really didn't receive any parcel. In fact, he even threaten to file a lawsuit and contact the authorities. I immediately tried calling CourierExpert.co.uk, but again, their numbers were non existent. I kept emailing them demanding a reply but they did not even reply me at all. I emailed about 15 times a day, and finally they replied, but it wasn't a pleasant reply. They told me to f**k off and stop being like a dog barking at a tree. They even threaten to sue me for cyber spamming their emails. I immediately called Steve J***** (the driver whom was suppose to deliver my package), and an old man pick up. He said he isn't working with them anymore because he wasn't paid despite delivering many packages to other customers for them. Steve further told me that whenever it was at the end of the month, instead of getting paid, he was told that the company was having some financial issues and they promise to pay their employees soon. However, instead of fulfilling their promise of paying them, they were told that they are out of work and couldn't be contacted further. The place where the parcels were to be picked up was closed, and they kept changing different pickup points to avoid their old drivers from finding the real them.   Then I realize their company's location was non-existent too. Beware, my friends. Stay away from them at all cost.

Island Wide Courier Work at home jobs Kahului, HI Hawaii
My wife was offered empoyment by this company and offered $2500 a month to relay packages.  It was simpe, she recived packages, opened them and uploaded the pictures of what was inside (usually electronics) to ensure that they were not damanged.  Then the company would email her a shipping lable and she would send the packages on to the buyer.  The idea is so that the buyer can avoid luxury tax or get an item shipped to a state or country that the original shipper refuses to ship to. The company stated that my wife would be paid 30 days after she recived her first package.  All went well and the packages were comining in left and right and the company was in constant contact with her the entire time.  August 29th was her 30 day mark and suddenly all packages stopped as did all communication.  Mind you I was very leary to allow her to take this job because of so many internet scams out there.  However I searched the company and found nothing but good reviews and even a BBB accreditation.  Today being almost a week after she was suppoed to be paid I decided to do some more research and found this on the BBB website regarding this company. On July 23, 2015, it was brought to our attention that the website,islandwidecourier.com displays “BBB Accredited Business” seal. This business is NOT accredited by BBB and our policies prohibit such reference. On July 28, 2015, Hawaii's BBB contacted the business via telephone to verify if the website, islandwidecourier.com, belongs to them since the telephone number and e-mail address listed at the referenced website were inconsistent with our record and US DOT record. The business stated that the website, islandwidecourier.com, is not theirs. Also, neither the listed the phone number, 888-373-0748, nor the e-mail address, office@islandwidecourier.com, at the referenced website are theirs. Hawaii's BBB has received reports from consumers receiving work-at-home offers by islandwidecourier.com via e-mail to manage packages sent to their homes to be re-shipped for $2,500 per months.  It is not a job offer made by this business in Maui and consumers should be wary about such offer. (http://www.bbb.org/hawaii/business-reviews/couriers/islandwide-courier-inc-in-kahului-hi-53039684/)  My concern now is what did they use our address for besides shipping their packages? what do we do with the two packags that we still have? How many other people have gotten screwed out of their money?!

Antas Pet Courier Paul Jeffrey Shipment of Rottweiler Puppy Sale Utah
I had a suspicion this morning before I left work that something wasn't right. I came to your website and filled out information for an account. This is my story:   I inquired about a Rottweiler puppy for sale on the internet on Monday, May 9th. I had lengthy conversations with a lady by the name of Mandy Baird. She seemed genuine but it was not until this evening that I knew I had been scammed. Ater agreeing to purchase this puppy  I was contacted by what I thought was a Representative from the Antas Pet Courier Service. The call came from 801-441-083 which is in or around Salt Lake City,  Utah. They informed me of what was required in order for them to ship the puppy to me. They gave the Antas Pet Courier website and I went in on the site and thought it was a reputable company. When I got off of work I went and sent the money which was $400.00 by money gram as directed. I didn't think anything about it because my daughter had bought a dog off the internet and sent the money by money gram as well. She got her dog. I didn't!  About 3:45 yesterday evening I received a phone call stating that they had received my money and that my puppy would be shipped out first thing this morning and would arrive at my house sometime before 6pm today as long as there was no flight problems. They sent me receipts by way of email. This morning I received several calls but I was unable to answer the phone because I was working. I eventually got an email stating that they could not ship the puppy because I would need to purchase a special crate for him at a cost of 3500.00 for First Class.  I immediately knew it was a scam. This is the email that Mandy Baird used:  mandybaird45@gmail.com.

I drove for this company for nine months.  There were continued discrepancies in the amount they paid me.  The owner, John Cavanaugh is a complete psychopath who screams and curses his head off when upset.  The dispatcher, Michael Earle, is a scumbag who will throw you under the bus to cover his own backside.  Unfortunately, Mr. Earle had a stroke in recent years.  While his situation is sympathetic, he is no longer capable of speaking clearly, thus he cannot carry out the fundamental duties of a dispatcher.  Yet John Cavanaugh keeps him on because no one else will take his abuse.  How are you supposed to get quality customer service?  Neither man has any organizational or professional skills.  John Cavanaugh is selfish and me-first. This past week, I was taken off a route and told the company is going into bankruptcy.  John Cavanaugh refuses to give me my back pay and owes me about $500.  He won't give me a penny.  Unfortunately, for him, the U.S. Bankruptcy Court has no record of such a bankruptcy.  So I'm suing him in small claims court.  I bent over backwards to help this guy's business and he screwed me and left me scrambling to pay my rent and support my two kids.  This gentleman should be banned from ever owning another company.  John Cavanaugh is a scumbag.
