Extreme lead program Solo ad campains are bot opt ins. Internet
Extremeleadprogram.com sells a solo ad package. Here is the title of the service. Your Solo Email Ad can be in Thousands of Responsive Prospects’ In-boxes. I ordered a 1 million email blast for $99. When the campaign started so did the spam complaints from people that did not opt in to my landing page. Here are some quotes from some emails I received. You are barking up the wrong tree...I didn’t request this info. Unsubscribe me and never send me email again, how did you get my address?, Remove me I did not opt in to anything. Don't contact me again, leave me alone and go away, 'Unsubsribe me, who gave you my email, These are just a few samples of the emails I started receiving on day one of the campaign. This proves that the solo ad is actually a software bot scraping emails of the internet and automatically signing up people without their permission. Classic internet fraud. The first few complaints I received I immediately contacting Mike Rogers and told him to stop sending bot opt ins to my landing page. He did not comply with my request. Even as I wright this, he is still sending bot sign ups to my page. I can't get him to stop this. Here is a quote from the sales page. I'm writing about a complaint and bad review I have about the Extreme Lead Program of Mike Rodgers, for his solo ad (actually solo ads) in health and another in business opportunities (biz op) in which I have to give nothing but bad reviews since I DIDN'T get my satisfaction or my satisfaction guaranteeed MONEY BACK, though the results were horrendous and this really looks like a FRAUD.   In short, I have used Mr Rodger's service twice. My main mistake was thinking that the first ad actually went out to real people and did anything for what was a health promotion.    In other words, I DID receive best seller status for an e-book I was promoting at the time. Though I didn't see a direct correlation of the time I promoted it with the results that I got (I was promoting several other ways that day as well), I thought I would give Mike the benefit of the doubt being he is my neighbor here in Ohio and that I did get what I was seeking the first time around.    A few days passed before I saw an opportunity for another promotion that tied into a health campaign I was planning.   I bought a solo biz opp ad to 2,000,000 people and the results were HORRENDOUS, with forget sales, not even one opt in for a high-converting webinar in which you were given valuable marketing software JUST FOR SHOWING UP.   So, not 10% conversions, not 5, no 1 ,not even .001%! But 0 out of 2000000 people???  I checked the affiliate stats and at least I had some supposed people clicking on the link, but still 429 out of 2 mil? It wasn't even .03% to even click (from a guy whose been able to get a CTR at 35% (10000% higher!), EXTREME leads? How about extremely BAD?     Here's my first letter: --------------- Hi Mike, I wanted to get with you about this current campaign. Something seems very strange. My wife gave me a hard time because she thought the 1000 clicks I probably got last time didn't give me any conversions (I had other big promotions going on that same time too).  Nevertheless, I wanted to give you benefit of the doubt since I did reach my goal. This time though I sent the clicks to a high-converting squeeze page that is put out by a trusted product creator who has some big name jvs and 100s of affiliates and I didn't even get one opt in out of 429. Even with my product SALES I get between a 20-40% conversion, but even to get an opt-in to get some free software (along with the fact I worked really hard on the sales copy to warm a prospect up) I didn't even get .2% (ie 100x LESS than my minimum conversion I expect for one of my physical products). In short, at this point I would like a refund for this current campaign because something looks very wrong.    Sincerely, Michael DiSalvo ---------- So Mike's response was to tell me he would send more,  in the spirit of the make you happy, though at that point I had asked for a REFUND, according to the guarantee.  These seem to be the results.          Again, out of 2,000,000 extreme leads, not even one sale of a product many reputable marketers are still using and promoting to this day made by a NY Times Best Selling Author?   What makes even the 71 not buying anything incredible is that the nature of the webinar is that the product is practically free when you are given an VA who will basically do the marketing for you in the Social Sonic program at about $8/hr, bring leads at will.    So even at a 5% rate of the miniscule amount of supposed prospects clicking through, at least 3 should have bought if the opt ins were from real people.   I have asked Mike for a refund a few times since then, and I continue to get silence from his end.   Mike Rodgers has STILL not honored his guarantee.       I am still waiting for Mike to rectify this situation. My recommendation is to use a site for a solo ad that has many real people on it that is recommended by a friend (ie review of),  whether health or biz opp solo ads put out by Extreme Lead Program that appear to be SCAMS or that require a bad review or bad reviews.

Extreme Acaiberry Hidden Terms Lead to Unapproved Charges on Credit Card! Davie Florida
I ordered a trial bottle of Acai Berry 500. The product is solicited on the web page with the approval of Rachael Ray, and references to several television networks recommendations, such as CNN, CBS, and ABC. The charge for the sample trail showed up on my checking account record as MY VIP FIT 877-3508480 UT. Today I found a charge to my checking account record as 14SLIMTABS 8776154233 UTUS in the amount of $89.31, contacted my credit union immediately to report a fraudulent charge. I called the number on the charge, waited 26 minutes on hold and ultimately told that I didn't read the 'Terms' on the website. Apparently this number that I called handles multiple 'merchants' all carrying the same terms, buy the trial and get stuck with the additional charges if you neglect to cancel. The customer service agent offered to cancel my account with them and not make future charges. When I said that wasn't satisfactory and would be filing a claim, I was hung-up on! BTW, I found the small link to the terms at the bottom of the website page from which I ordered. When I checked-out one of their other websites the terms are clearly displayed next to the order form. HCG Extreme HCG Extreme managed to sign me up for a monthly order program which I know nothing about! Torrance, California
I am being ripped off by HCG extreme that sells some kind of diet supplement. This company somehow has managed to get ahold of all of my personal information and my credit card.  They have sent two boxes of their product so far.  I never ordered this in the first place!  I have tried to get ahold of their company via web site and phone.  No one ever picks up their phone there.  They let you leave a message and tell you they will call you back but, they don't!  Each shipment I am receiving is around $90.00.  Help I don't know how this started or how to stop it!!!  I do know I am not the only one. There are a lot of people being ripped off by them that I just found on the google page where their site is also.  What are we to do so they do not get any more of our money?!

Rezv offers anti-aging pills which I ordered a free trial and required to pay for shipping cost of $4.95. After providing my credit card number to pay for shipping and handling expense, I received the product and did not like it. I notified the company prior to the 14 day trial period ended to let them know DO NOT CONTINUE to bill my card that I am not interested in receiving a monthly supply. You do not know that initially but only after you receive your trial shipment that you must pay attention to see the fine print. After calling the company to cancel they confirmed the cancellation. The next month came around and I received a bottle in the mail but there was no 800 number to contact the company. Then the following month I received another bottle with a card that did have their 800 number. When contacting them to again request they stopped I realized they had charged my credit card for $87.97 for 2 months. I requested a refund and informed them I would send back the unopened bottles but I refused to pay the shipping. They would not credit my card, refused to allow me to speak to a supervisor, would not give me the CEO's name. This is totally a company that scams the consumer. I called my credit card company and found out they were using varying names when charging so it would be difficult for them to stop charging my card. HCG Extreme diet program paid paid 4.95 and then paid another 24.90 a week later, have never received product, they are currently trying to withdraw another 89.99 Internet
I ordered hcg extreme, they talked me into the 'drops' as well. This was a 2 week trial period. I called them prior to the 2 weeks, they extended it for 2 weeks.. again the product didn't arrive even after they told me it was on it's way. I called again before the 2 weeks to cancel, the lady that answered that time, extended it for another 2 weeks... again the product didn't arrive. I called and emailed to cancel the product. This time a man answered and said that it was on it's way.. said he'd extend it for a month so I wouldn't have to remember to call in in the 2 week time frame... OKAY so I bite again, the 28th of November.. was the deadline. I called, no answer.. left a message, that I wanted my money back and would be calling the next day, as well would be calling the bank. The 29th, no answer, as if they are not at work... says their hours are 6 am to 5 pm Eastern time, and to call back during normal business hours. I'm Central time, and my time is 7:05 first time tried to call.. and just tried the last time (with several in between) it is now 10:55 am, still no one answering. I did call the bank, hcg is currently trying to get authorization for the 89.99, which she asked if I wanted to 'hot card' my debit card.. I did so hopefully this stops the authorization from coming thru for this transaction.

I placed my order.  I received an email confirmation that the order was complete, but I only had 1 of the 100 leads that I received.  I attempted to contact the company via Live Chat and the person stated that they could not help me.  I called and left a vm and was never called back.  I placed a support ticket and it was not responded to.  I then requested a refund as I was still in my 5 business days in which I qualified and never had a response.

Quite honestly, I'm furious about this issue. Just for the record, here's my telephone information: 2106824930. Back in November 2002, I stopped receiving bills without notice from AT&T. At that time, I called and questioned the status of the account and was told it was being investigated. Thereafter, my husband and/or myself called AT&T once a month although mysteriously AT&T has no record of our many phone calls. In April 2003 during one of my husband's phone calls to the customer service department of your company, things were resolved after speaking to a supervisor. At that time, we were ASSURED that we would receive a correct bill and that past charges would not be assessed due to AT&T's error. In June, we received a bill for over $400 several months charges. When we called to inform customer service that this situation had already been resolved and that there would not be a payment except for the current month's payment, customer service stated that this was not acceptable and the entire amount was due effective immediately. We were originally ASSURED that the account would not be reported to a credit collection agency and no negative remarks on my credit report, all promises by AT&T that were blatantly disregarded. I'm not surprised, and do you know why? I've been very dissatisfied with your company in the past. But given the nature of this problem, I'll take my business elsewhere from now on. And I'll definitely tell other people about my negative experience so they can avoid it in the future. Here's what I'd like to see happen: The credit collection agency notified to cease collection attempts, all notations of this account in delinquent status be removed from my credit report effective immediately, and efforts to collect this amount by AT&T employees ceased immediately. We have been more than cooperative by calling to say that we were receiving service yet NOT receiving a bill. I doubt many customers call asking to make a payment although a charge has not been assessed. In September we got fed up and changed local telephone service carriers and have urged anyone that is considering or a current customer of AT&T to look elsewhere. I didn't think a little common courtesy was such an insurmountable task for AT&T employees. How disappointing! I hope you get back to me soon. on 10-25-2005 i opened my mail box expecting the bills that were long over due and instead i recieved a letter that said it was officially sworn to secrecy and absolutely confidetial. at that time i proceeded to read further down the letter and noticed that it had also said that i had won 3,341,006.00 in non-governmantal agencies and to send $20 to LVAAP for the report release. so i gathered all my change together and had to borrow three dollars to get twenty but i did it in hopes that it was true and sent it in. awaiting a return for some response but then realized that it was a lost cause and began to search the internet for some information and found out that my dreams werent all coming true $20 i could have spent on my four kids. Extreme Acai Berry Company Will not refund my money Davie Florida
I saw an ad online to purchase the above product and I was not satisfied. I realized that there was a debit from my checking account of 89.31 so on November 22,2008 I contacted the company and requested a refund. I spoke with someone named Mike and at first he was being rude and inconsiderate so I asked to speak to a supervisor. He told me that he was the supervisor and no one else was there that I could speak with. So after going off on him, he finally agreed to give me a refund and stated that it would be refunded to my account in 14 business days. Fourteen business passed and still no refund. So I contacted the company again and spoke with another representative who stated that there were some computer problems and that I would get my refund in three business days. Two weeks passed when I decided to call them back. I asked for a supervisor and again I was told that there was no supervisor I could speak with. The representative stated to wait three more business days. Today is January 14 and still no refund. I contacted the company today and still no results. Everytime I call I get the run around. I'm always told 3 business days and that there is no one else I can speak with. And I am tired of all the bs. I asked for the number to the corporate office and no one is willing to give it to me. So my boyfriend and myself moved to toronto about a couple of months ago...we decided to go join the closest gym to where we are living,which is extreme fitness....everything sounded great...pool,classes,towels..blahblahblah...so we join,then the so called ccount manager`who opened our memberships, told us we absolutaly had to come in for the assesment...ok...we go for the assesment ..me and my bf meet with 2 different `trainors` who are to do our assesment...on my part..the woman starts trying to seel me on getting a trainor..i tell her i cant afford it and its already 80$ for the membership and shes all like ok but u can still take this option where you only take 5 sessions and pay 75$ a month..and im just like NO THANKS...so my bf on the other side (hes a very skeptical person)is with this big guy who is trying to sell him on the trainor crap...my bf says hes not interested but then the guy tells him that he can take this free session just to try it out!so my bf`s like ok what the hell..its free....so the guy takes him into this other room..to this guy called mike who tells him to quickly sign this sheet that is only to book the free session..then gives him this other contract for my bf to look at at home..the contract for in case he wants to enroll...hes like `just bring it back with you if you decide to get the trainor.so anyways....my bf goes and sees the trainor for his free session..then he decided that he doesnt want to go on with it.he soes back to that `mike ` dude and tells him that he is not interested!!!so mike is like `well you can take a couple more free sessions `try it out!and if youre not interested still after a couple of sessions then just let me know`so my bf`s like ok whatever  im not losing anything......WRONG!he goes to a couple of sessions and goes back to mike...tells him again..not interested!..then starts the crap of the year!!!mike tells him...oh well you know...yyou cant just cancel...head office has your contratc signed ..you cant do anything about!!so my bf is like never signed a contract!!!`so mikes like what!!impossible ..head office has it...so my bf`s like ok well tell head office to send the contract back because i want to see what youre talking about ...the only contract i signed was for the free session...then mikes like well thats not what head office says....anyways my bf tells him to get the contract ...so my bf calls back ,goes back every other day to see the contract but mike says he still didnt get it.so the guy is like ...ill call you when i get it...its been about 3 months...my bf is getting 75$ taken out of his cc every 2 WEEKS....and this a**hole still; hasnt called back.....the other day my bf went to work out and saw him..and the f**ing mike tried to avoid him!!!!!!like he didnt see him!!!my bf goes up to him and is like hi! and the guy acts all scketched out!!!!!and says he has to go!!still waiting...SCAMMMERRRRS

I saw advertisement for Extreme Acai Berries and Total Cleanse - free trial and only pay shipping and handling. I found out that Terms of purchase exist only after getting charged the $89.31 fee from Utah. After I called the number listed with the charge, they insulted my intelligence for not reading the Terms...WHAT TERMS? The website does not direct consumers to read the terms prior to purchase. If they did, no one would fall for this scam!!! I did realize my information had been sold to third parties from the emails I received the day I placed my order. The email from Fit Factory offered information to cancel. I cancelled at the first possible moment. The email from pricelimbo.com did not offer anything but Congratulations for joining us! which I thought was extremely weird considering I had never heard of the company. Once I received the charge for $89.31 from Extreme Acai Berries, I did some research. Many people have been scammed by these companies (all one?) and had contact information to share. Pricelimbo can be cancelled once you log in to your account they set up for you. You must go into your account details and choose cancel. I was able to cancel that way after being charged $8.51. So, I was able to cancel my account with Extreme Acai Berries and receive a confirmation number. To protect myself, I also cancelled my check card and filed fraud affidavits for each UNAUTHORIZED charge. Funny how I never received the trial bottle prior to getting charged. I received them a week later - shipping date on the package is the day after I called. I also received the bottle they charged me for a few days after. The shipping date on that package was 3 days after I called. Deception = fraud. This company does all it can to deceive consumers from not directing you to the Terms, to putting the link to the terms in fine print at the bottom of the long web page. I also ordered Total Cleanse to complete my diet package. They also had terms which consumers are not directed to read prior to purchase. This bottle was sent to me within a week of purchase. I was never charged the fee their terms state you will be charged. After the time (atleast 40 hours of phone conversations, emails, live chats, and stressing out) spent with each scammer, my bank, and fraud specialists, I sum it up to karma that I wasn't charged by Total Cleanse. Money Tree Funding TOTAL FRAUD LYING MISREPRESENTING WORTHLESS, USELESS, LEAD PROGRAM Woodland Hills California
I was contacted by a phone solicitor who told me her name, company, telephone numbers and reason for calling. She said that she represented Money Tree Funding, a company who funded loans for borrowers with a high dept to income ratio. She said that I would get information on people who had established an eminant closing date for their mortgage loan and I would be given a chance to contact them to offer a quote for homeowners insurance. If they already had an agent, or if they used someone else or if the loan would not fund for any reason, I would receive a replacement. Fair enough, I would take my chance if given a good lead with those stipulations. I also asked for a reference from someone already using their service, and was given an Agency owner in Texas who returned my call and assured me that he was using their program successfully, with about a 30% closing ratio. So I authorized them to withdraw the first 30 days contract amount of $400 from my account. The leads started coming the day after they withdrew the funds and starting with the very first one, were nowhere close to what she (Jennifer Grable) had told me. Some were people who had closed a loan 2-3 yrs ago, many telephone contact numbers listed were disconneted, or were not working numbers, the majority of the contact had no idea what I was talking about or had never had any dealings at all with Money Tree Funding and some were persons who were trying to get a loan on a mobile home when she had told me that there were to lending on mobile homes at all, reguardless of age. I'm not a novice and will take my lumps and learn yet another lesson about life that there are still people out there in America who will lie and steal from you if given the opportunity.
