THEN I GOT THE WHOLE SELLS PITCH ON DEGREASERS, ODER ELIMINATERS, ECT. I WOULD NOT LET GO OF THE FACT THAT I DO NOT HAVE BURBER NOR DO I HAVE MUCH EXTRA MONEY FOR THE CLEANING. HE ASKED HOW MUCH DO I HAVE, AND I TOLD HIM THAT IT DIDN'T MATTER ALL THAT I WANT IS WHAT THE ADVERTISEMENT OFFERED. HE WAS VERY FRUSTRATED. HE SAID FINE AND ASKED ME TO VACUME MY CARPET, I JUST DID EARLIER THAT MORNING, BUT, HE NEEDED ME TO DO IT AGAIN. HE WENT DOWN MY HALL TO PRETREAT STAINS. HE CAME OUT AND SAID THAT HE HAS TO CALL HIS OFFICE BECAUSE HE CAN NOT CLEAN MY CARPETING FOR THAT AMOUNT. HE WENT TO HIS TRUCK AND WAS ON A CELL PHONE AND SMOKING A CIG. WHILE HE WAS ON THE PHONE I WENT TO CHECK OUT MY HALL AND NOTICED THAT MY BEDROOM DOOR WAS OPEN, I HAD IT CLOSED WITH A BABY SLEEPING, IT WAS CLEAR THAT THAT ROOM WAS NOT BEING CLEANED, HE HAD NO BUSINESS BEING IN THAT ROOM. (I HAVE COLLECTERS COINS MISSING! I NOTICED TWO DAYS LATER!) I WOKE UP MY 15 YEAR OLD SON AND ASKED HIM TO COME OUT BECAUSE I WAS NOW VERY UNCOMFORTABLE WITH THIS GUY. I CHECKED TO SEE WHAT HE WAS DOING AND HE SPUN HIS TIRES IN MY GRAVEL DRIVEWAY AND BROKE A GLASS IN MY BAY WINDOW. (I FILED A POLICE REPORT WITH LOCAL PD.) I CALLED THE OFFICE IMMEDIATLY AND WAS TOLD THAT I NEED TO SPEAK TO THE OWNER ABOUT THE WINDOW BUT HE IS OUT OF TOWN. SHE APOLAGISED AND ASKED TO SEND SOMEONE ELSE OUT FREE OF CHARGE. ANOTHER CLEANER CAME A FEW DAYS LATER DID A SHOTTY JOB CLEANING THE CARPET IT WAS VERY WET AND MUDDY LOOKING AND A WEEK LATER I FOUND OUT THAT THEY CHARGED MY CREDIT CARD $170.46. Action Pro White False and misleading advertising Las Vegas, Nevada
I viewed an ad for Action ProWhite on pch.com. The ad indiacated a Free trial of teeth whitener for payment of shipping only of $1.80.  I felt this was a good deal and ordered. Upon reviewing the statement after entering my credit card info, I was charged over $4 for the shipping. First misleading event. I e mailed them immediately requesting they cancel my order as they had falsely advertised. My card had been charged immediately and they sent me an email indicating that my account had been canceled. When I received what was supposed to only be the trial, it included a full order with two Pro White pens. When I e mailed them AGAIN, I was told that if I did not send the two pens back by 2-28, I would be charged 90.14. THERE WAS NO INDICATION ANYWHERE THROUGHOUT THE TRANSACTION THAT STATED I WOULD RECEIVE AN ENTIRE ORDER AND HAVE TO PAY FOR IT. THE WHOLE INITIAL AD MISLEAD ME. I have mailed back the items, which I had to pay for the return mailing and I e mailed and called them also stating that I best not be charged for the 90.44 as the item that I DID NOT EVEN ORDER had been returned. I really feel abused when dealing with companies that mislead and false advertise their products.

Action Pro White FALSE ADVERTISING-THEY WILL STEAL YOUR $$ Henderson, Nevada
If you don't want them to take your money; Do NOT order anything from Action Pro White!!! It is all very false advertising. I ordered a trial sample for $1.00. They kept sending me a package every month?? Next thing I see on my account are way out of line charges for stuff I Did Not order!! The charges were from $94 to over $105 dollars?? I called customer service immediately.  Talk about a run around....They kept telling me No Refund, no matter what I told them. I even explained to them I am on disability and on a fixed income. I even told them that because of the charges on my account that I could not afford some medications I need. They pretty much didn't care one bit. Almost made me feel dumb. This company needs to closed down and made to return customers money. I wish I had found this web site before I ordered the trial. It's almost as bad as identity theft.....

Business Credit Approved False Advertising! Ripoff! Syksville Maryland
Major Ripoff! When I signed up it was because of the add that said We perform and then you pay...you don't pay a single penny...LIES! They call me every week and they charge me $695 per call! And, it's only been 3-4 days since I signed up! It's supposed to be free for 30 days! The so-called consultant tells me the training service isn't included in the promotion. So...what else it there??? And, if there are restrictions then legally they have to add certain restrictions apply to the add. And, the real kicker is, once you've figured out that you're being scammed and tell them you want to cance (as I just did less than 1 hour ago) they read the fine print in the terms & conditions (the part that can't be read without a magnifying glass) which says If you decide to cance at anytime you will be charge a $925 termination fee...$925 just to cancel!!!So, there you have it people...either way you go they STEAL your money and you get NOTHING! Do NOT waste your time (or your money) on these people. It is a SCAM!

Safety Pro ripoff, false advertising, unlicensed deceptive business practices fraudulent ripoff business Las Vegas Nevada Los Angeles, Corona & San Bernadino California
This company advertises in newspapers for office manager trainees and asks for a $60 background check/ registration fee. Then they set up a training class and ask for you to pay $95 for a kit fee which is refunded upon becoming a manager. The problem is. They never tell you what exactly you are doing until after you sign their contract. You are a salesman/independent contractor. You are not paid hourly like described in the ad or otherwise. Everything you do is on commission basis only. The main problem with the company is what they are selling is not being done so legally. They sell fire extinguishers, fire retardant, fire alarms/smoke detectors. These items cannot be sold without proper licensing obtained from the Louisiana State Fire Marshall. This company was issued a CEASE AND DESIST ORDER ON AUG 2, 2001 stating that a license is required to sell, install, service and hold ones self or company out to perform such work on fire alarms, smoke detectors and or other electronic protective devices in one and two family dwellings. ANY AND ALL SALES SHALL CEASE AND DESIST UNTIL SUCH TIME AS A VALID LICENSE IS OBTAINED FROM THE LOUISIANA STATE FIRE MARSHALL. THERE IS NO LICENSE ON FILE WITH THE LOUISIANA STATE FIRE MARSHALL FOR THE COMPANY SAFETY PRO, INC. AS OF 4-21-03. This company is in negative standing with the Better Business Bureau for having an unsatisfactory business performance record based on deceptive advertising practices and failure to eliminate the cause of their complaints. I did go to one of the local offices for a training meeting and I brought in my homework on this company and stated I wanted a refund for $155.00. The gentleman told me he would give me a full refund which I will receive in one week from the company. I wanted to report this company so that no harm would come of any one looking for the same opportunity only to be told you cannot do it without a license and that this company is not complying with certain regulations They have local and BBB licenses but not the most important one. If you perform such services as this company does w/o proper licensing you could possibly face fines and possible jail sentence. This company provides services such as free in home safety inspections and selling fire products. It sounds like a great opportunity and sure who would not want to help save lives. I would like to do it legally however!! Without having to pay upfront for my reg. fee, Kit and once you do become a manager...you are FINANCIALLY RESPONSIBLE FOR RENTAL SPACE IN YOUR OWN OFFICE NOT THE COMPANY!! THEY NEVER TELL YOU THAT IN INTERVIEW OR TRAINING EITHER!! VERY UPSET Las Vegas, NevadaU.S.A. STOP! ..before you think about using the Better Business Bureau (BBB)... CLICK HERE to see how other consumers were victimized by the BBB's false or misleading information. Don't be fooled! It has been reported, when there are thousands of complaints and other investigations underway by authorities, the BBB has no choice but to finally give an UNsatisfactory rating to a BBB member business that is paying the BBB big membership fees every year. When a business is reported that is NOT a BBB member, BBB files WILL more likely show an UNsatisfactory rating, then reportedly shake down that company to become a member of the BBB. One positive thing about the BBB is, either way, if a business has an unsatisfactory rating with the BBB, you can be sure, the business is bad. But what about all those BBB member businesses that had complaints filed against them? Consumers never get to hear about them. What about the BBB advertising to the public? Is this a false and misleading perception they are giving about consumer confidence when dealing with a business? Click here to understand more of what consumers and business alike are saying about the BBB. You decide. ..Remember. The BBB membership is not earned, its paid for!

Lift Serum Pro False advertising, miss guided payment plans, Consumer rights and Intent to scam! Internet
False advertising, misguided payment plans, Consumer rights and Intent to scam!  Not only has this web site intended to scam people, but it has done so in a way where an individual has no comeuppance available. The saying ‘power in numbers’ is so applicable in the case of dodgy web sites to phrase it politely. These companies are set up with the sole purpose of ripping people off and I for one am sick of it. Campaigns need to be set up for boycotting and outing individual companies, the people within the organisations’ who have the audacity to scam people with intent. The legislation behind this can only keep up with modern technology and ways of manipulating if there is a call for it, I say that call is now. Everone has been affected by this in some way, from dodgy model agencies recruiting through insecurities and the desire to be famous, to ‘horoscopes’ scamming the elderly into monthly subscriptions through the promise of more lies. This is very much a part of today’s society and it must be addressed before it escalates further.LIFT SERUM PRO Is the first on my list and anyone else affected, please write and fight this internet injustice.

Business pro designs Fraud false advertising poor programming held my website hostage will not release my website hosting Leduc Alberta canada Internet
At first the product and service you very good.  It also seems to be a fairly decent price. once I have mockup of my website it wasn't quite what I wanted. So I continually asked for changes until I got exactly what I would like.  fortunately for me I had another website that I was using as a model that I wanted to replication including the contact form database etc.  I could tell right away that he didn't want to do exactly what I paid them to do. But because I had an example of a website that I wanted them to replicate there was no choice in the matter.  Luckily again I had my own graphic designer to help steer them in the right direction actually follow the directions I gave them. After several graphic changes in much update the website looks very good. When the programming was almost completely they continued to tell me everything was an upgrade and extra cost which was absolutely not the case because I had an example of a website that we were using as a modle Google analytics part of my Web construction. Almost a year to respond and get Google analytics on my website they never did make it actually functionnow that the website is up and running and functioning ok I decided not to use them for SCO any further this is where the real problem started. Soon I had a new company in charge of the SCO we couldn't get access to the website. They told me they would not allow me access to the website in less I signed off that the website was exactly like I asked.  I did not think it was right for me to sign off as I did not believe I forgot what I paid for. So in conclusion to this day I have no access to the back end of my website they continue to Host the sight Although I would preferred have the hosting elsewhere.  The people I hired to do the SCO cannot do anything. So I'm left of the website functions but has zero SCO. It's virtually useless piece of workI would say they're holding me hostage and my website Time will tell when the Holston runs out what will actually happen

Mobile Pro Hawaii Dennis Smith Ripping off Sr. citizens Ho0nolulu Hawaii
I found Dennis Smith of Mobile Pro Hawaii on Creigs list. I wanted  my web sight to be re-built. He talked a good game, sat with me at my desk, in my home. We agreed on a price, I signed a contract, and paid him $ 1000 down the ballance of $ 650.00 to be paid upon compleation of project. Project to be done by June 11th. That date came and went, no web page. Then July 11t, then August 11th.  No web page. I e-mailed him on or around 8/15/2016 to find out what was the hold up. He gave me a lame excuse and continued to delay the project. - Then e-mails stoped.  I gave him every chance to do the right thing, re-fund my money or finish the contract - nothing --  I went to the Honolulu Police and reported fraud in the 2nd. Filed a police report, -- did this on Sept. 9th. it is now in the hands of the police. They take a dim view of ripping off Sr. citizens. Bottom line - do not deal with this guy. Report him to the police and ref. police report no. 16-359-076  If you can find out his current address as he must move around a lot to stay one step ahead of the law.

Go Pro Vanlines Horrible Nationwide
This was the move from Hell and more.  Started out with another moving company and at last minute they called and said they couldn’t be there to pack on the day stated.   That left us with trying to find a mover that would be able to pack us up the next day; new owners were to move in the following morning.  Called GoPro, they said sure they could pack us up the next day, I gave them a basic list of what was needed to be moved, also stated I had packed 70 boxes and only furniture, large items and my china cabinet things and kitchen dishware needed to be physically moved to the truck.  I was quoted $4000.00, being a flat rate at $3.25 per cubic foot.  They arrived the next day as promised.   They packed everything into a 24 foot truck which can only hold 1400 cubic feet.  We were told at the end that our corner 8 foot entertainment center didn’t fit and they tied it onto the back of the truck.  I couldn’t object, we had to get out of there.  I was then presented with a bill of $7762.00.  Wow!  Way over the estimate.  The leader showed me a bill for packing supplies for $2084.20.  There is no way tape and bubble wrap and a few boxes run that much.  Also, they never presented me with their figures on how many cubic feet they were billing me for.  I was stuck, had to agree to the move, they had my stuff and we had to get out.  Had to pay them 2/3 of the bill.  We moved from northern California to northern Arizona.  After 10 days the movers got to our house.  Demanded payment immediately then started unpacking the truck( a 52 ft. semi)  Actually they were throwing things off the truck then midway decided to quit bringing items and boxes into the house and just leaving stuff in the garage.  They refused to put furniture back together (which in the contract is states they would).  Boxes that were marked this side up, and were packed by them were upside-down, boxes marked fragile were ripped and dented.  Two out of three mirrored pedestals were totally shattered.  I saw in the front yard where one had been thrown off the truck and pieces of mirror were on the ground.   The entertainment center was destroyed, two out of four doors torn off, base totally missing, shelf torn out, Trim on the top was torn off and missing.  About 35+ items were broken.  To get paid for the missing items, I had to sign a document stating I would not talk about them, so I will not talk about the missing items.  The driver of the delivery truck refused to give us the bill of lading, manifest and inventory.(which is needed to file an insurance claim).  It took from July 20, 2014 until October 14, 2014 to have the company finally pay for the items they agreed to pay for.  I had to file for the insurance, GoPro  said they would provide them with what they needed (only covers 60 cents per pound of damaged item) .  On October 17th I received a release and settlement from the insurance company saying they would only pay $201.00.  That’s absurd!!!!  I even looked the weight up in the AMSA table of weights.  The insurance company, Anthem, is way off.  They also demanded that I sign a release to not mention any complaints or actions of GoPro.  Well they can keep their $201.00. I believe the term is extortion.  I want to protect any other persons who are looking for movers.  I called their company 21 times.  Spoke with Alex, Bennie, James and finally Nathen, who did take action and I appreciate that.  I was lied to throughout the whole process.

Beware of www.markettargetpro.com.  If you receive a call from a lovely company called Market Target Pro then get ready to hang up!   They will trick you into joining there service that doesn't exist and you will start receiving calls from there lovely staff which include Emma Heralt, Ashley Kennedy, and Rick Rome. They will tell you that they will mail you over literature to read over and you have a certain amount of time to look over the paperwork. Well, the letter never arrives and a month goes by and you will have the lovely staff turn around and become a mean staff.. telling you owe them up to $600. They will start threatening you with collections agencies.  They make it seem that you accepted there services.  There is nothing in writing nor did I receive any info from them in the mail.  So I highly advise all to hang up on MarketTargetPro.com (there website maybe down).   After talking to a few legal authorities, I was told that this is similar to the Yellowbook Scam and to be vary weary on any marketing firms that may call you saying We are an affiliate of (popular company).

Dale Enterprises, Inc. on February 6, 2012.  Over the past five (5) months there have been  numerous faxes, e-mails, and phone calls from me requesting that my campaign begin.  Sadly, all I get back from Pro Lead Services are excuses as to why my campaign has not begun.....few, if any callbacks and not a single reply or acknowledgement to ANY of my requests for services.  A letter demanding services or refund was mailed to the company's Plantation, Florida address on 05/10/2012 (CERTIFIED MAIL/ RETURN RECEIPT REQUESTED), but delivery was unsuccessful and the letter was returned.   Numberous other Fax and E-Mail requests for services or refund have been made over the past five (5) months, but all to no avail.  I get nothing from this company, and lately I find they have started answering the phone 'My Marketing Company' and when i ask to speak to my contacts (Corey Simon and Karen Holman) I am immediately disconnected.  Clearly, this is a case of take the money and run and truly I do not believe that Pro Lead Services EVER intended to fulfill my contract with them for the 205 Direct Transfer Insurance Leads.  I am a Senior citizen, Age 76, and on a limited and fixed income.  I would like to use every means at my disposal to RECOVER my advance payment of $995.00 and/or begin to see fulfillment on the 205 Direct Call Transfers promised.   With all of the AKA'S I'm found for this company, it would apprear that Pro Lead Services, Inc. has been in the RIPOFF lane for some time now and it is time that they are held accountable for their actions.

Pharos Mobile Pro - Scam Affiliate Program Pharos Mobile Pro is a SCAM and FRAUD Broken Arrow Oklahoma
WARNING:  Do NOT do business with Pharos Mobile Pro. I was initially contacted in early March, 2015 by an affiliate recruiter to take a look at an unbelievable income opportunity called Pharos Mobile Pro.  I will not name the affiliate recruiter in this report, at this time. Pharos Mobile Pro represents itself as the developer and owner of Mobile WiFi technology which allows mobile wifi hotspot location owners with the ability to capture email addresses and social media account information of wifi users when they log onto the wifi hotspot.  This data can be used to remarket to the wifi users via email and social retargeting.  This technology also serves advertising content to the wifi users, and provides the wifi hotspot owner to profit from serving advertisements on their wifi network. Sounds great so far...  What business wouldn't want to turn their wifi hotspot into a profit center for their business? Pharos wows prospective affiliates with up-front commission projections of $4,000 - $8,000 per hotspot, plus thousands per month in recurring advertising commissions. Sounds even better, right? Pharos requires affiliates to pay an affiliate license fee, ranging from $997 - $3497 (depending on the package level) and $99 - $399 per month (depending on the monthly service level the affiliate desires).  Prices have increased several times since Pharos has launched in late 2014. Ok, there are lots of affiliate programs which require affiliates to purchase licenses and pay monthly support fees so this isn't unusual.  I mean, if this technology is real and the income potential is actual, it would be worth the investment, wouldn't it? Here are the problems: 1)  Pharos is NOT the developer, nor the owner, of this technology.  Pharos is merely licensed to use and resell a white label hardware/firmware/software platform developed and owned by another party (I will not disclose the name of the developer/owner of this technology in this report, at this time). Pharos provides affiliates with a license agreement which states that they are the owner of the technology. 2)  Pharos' upfront commission projections are based on selling a $300 proprietary hardware access point, factory loaded with firmware that costs an additional $250 hotspot license for a shade under $700 - $1000 PER MONTH on a finance lease for 48 - 60 months. YOU do the math:  That's a cost of $33,600 - $60,000 over 4 - 5 years for technology that costs just over $550! Pharos' finance company(ies) require(s) the hotspot owner to personally guarantee the finance agreement.  In effect, Pharos is selling the hotspot owner's personal credit (personal guarantee).  It appears that finance companies are catching onto Pharos' money game because I have not been able to verify a single system deployment from over 1 dozen affiliates I've spoken to since mid-March, 2015. HOTSPOT OWNER WARNING:  Pharos' is grossly overcharging for this technology, and your personal credit will be on the line for technology you can expect to be outdated before your 48-60 month lease expires. 3)  In doing my due-diligence on Pharos Mobile Pro, I requested introductions to Pharos affiliates who have participated in successful deployments.  Initially, the principals of Pharos resisted, but eventually gave me the contact information of an affiliate.  During our conversations, I learned that this affiliate hadn't made any presentations because he was waiting to receive a promised demo kit from Pharos before taking the program to his existing business contacts. When Pharos followed up with me, I pressed them to provide me with contact information of an existing affiliate who had participated in a successful deployment and received the up-front commissions.  Pharos provided me with contact information for an affiliate who lives and works in Oklahoma (I will not name this affiliate in this report, at this time). When I contacted this affiliate, he told me everything I wanted to hear - that he had participated in 4 successful deployments and had received payment of $8,000 per deployement.  When I asked him about the advertising commissions he told me that he was receiving them like clockwork.  When I asked him some technical quesitons about how the platform works and how the advertising content is delivered to the hotspot users' mobile devices, his story fell apart... he kept telling me that he had no idea, and that the principals took care of all the details and he got paid like clockwork. His responses to my questions were suspicious because Pharos holds regular training webinars and the basic details are described on the webinars.  Any affiliate would know the answers to the questions I asked. 4)  During the month of April, 2015, I spoke to 4 more affiliates I had been introduced to by the first affiliate mentioned above.  From those conversations, it was apparent that everyone was getting suspicious about the viability of Pharos' program because the principals were habitually late for client online presentations, and no one was aware of any successful system deployment. Affiliates disclosed their participation level, and the license fees they were charged.  Each of them had invested anywhere from $995 - $1995, and were paying anywhere from $99 - $299 per month to participate in the Pharos' affiliate program. Price differences were supposed to be justified by the affiliate benefits and service level each affiliate selected, but there were NO DISCERNIBLE DIFFERENCES in the actual benefits / services received. Each affiliate was verbally promised that they would receive a professional demo kit, which would provide them with a wireless access point, flashed with firmware, and activated to work with the Pharos' CMS.  NONE actually received a demo kit. Affiliates who pressed the issue with Pharos' principals were put off, and threatened to be dropped from the program if they continued pressing the issue, or caused any problems with other affiliates. Many affiliates were terminated and banned from participating on the Pharos Mobile Pro Secret Facebook group.  Each time an affiliate was terminated, the principals made announcements on their training webinars that they had terminated an individual and the remaining affiliates were warned that the terminated affiliate had been terminated for cause and that the remaining affiliates should NOT contact the terminated affiliate or they would also be terminated for cause. Terminated affiliates have demanded refunds for Pharos' breach of good faith as they have never provided anything of value in exchange for the fees collected, as well as lying about being the developer/owner of the technology.  Pharos has refused to refund any money to affiliates.  Credit card companies and PayPal have refused to assist in the refund process, because the principals have claimed that they were providing software which isn't covered under their refund policies.  Credit card companies and PayPal have been notified of the fraud being perpetrated against people and because they are not terminating their business relationships with Pharos are complicit in perpetuating this fraud. As of Friday May 29, 2015, the affiliate recruiter has announced that he has terminated his relationship with Pharos and he has been contacting affiliates to apologize to them for their financial losses. AFFILIATE WARNING:  Do NOT Waste Your Money on Pharos Mobile Pro - this is a SCAM and FRAUD.
