JM Promotions Group Juice by that! Lincoln Nebraska
I recently recieved a job as an event coordinator with JM Promotions Group (another branch of Quantum). They glorified the position to sound amazing and the chance of a life time. I accepted the position and began traing. When I arrived at the office a steel, barnlike building, they were blasting rap music and all the girls were dressed in slutty clothes or they just looked trashy. It was a equal combo of both. Anyway, they flew in a woman to train me. First this women had lost her marbles! SHe wore short dresses and no bra. I'm just going to say it was highly inappropriate; she could pull off the look she was going for. It was gross. I had to pick her up every morning and take her back everyday!! Gas is $4/gallon!! During my training she coached me on what to say and what not to say when calling businesses. I could only say JM Promotions ONCE and was told to speed through the name so they couldn't understand it. I wasn't allowed to tell the a business what we would be doing exactly. I was booking events on behalf of the DARE program, a respectable foundation. A respectable foundation that's not even in taught in a majority of Nebraska schools! So why are we fundraising again? Where is this money going? Into their pockets that's where. This coorporation is a complete load of BS!! After the 2nd day when I woke up, I didn't want to go. After 1 day I hated it!! The job sounded too good to be true; believe me it was. There are NO BENEFITS!! NONE!! This is the biggest scam ever. I quit after 4 days. I couldn't stand lying to my community and lying and ruining a well known foundation's name (DARE). DO NOT WORK FOR THEM! IT'S A WASTE OF TIME THAT YOU COULD BE USING TO FIND A REAL JOB!! JM & A Group GAP Insurance ?????Only Pay 90% of NADA????? Deerfield Beach, Florida
My less than 1 yr old truck was in a total loss accident.  We thought it was okay since I had bought GAP insurance.  We got a letter about 3 weeks later from them saying that they only pay 90% of NADA and do NOT cover the entire loss....WHAT is GAP supposed to be for then????   I looked them up on their own website and they explain that the reason you buy GAP is to cover your losses if you are upside down and have negative equity!  What a RIP OFF!  I'm out $600 for the GAP insurance and getting $0 from JM&A Group (Fidelity)!  Leaving me with about $4200 out of pocket.....Having GAP has not been worth anything to me, it only costed me $600 for nothing.  If I hadn't already bought another vehicle and got GAP (by another company, THANK Goodness), I wouldn't buy it ever again.  I'm hoping I can get a refund on it now, if that's the real deal here!!!

JM Leving Law Cathherine Delgadillo, Jenet Pequeno, Anthony Degostino Misrepresentation of services. Chicago, Illinois
Beware of JM Leving LAW out of Chicago, IL. These guys are just gems of the legal system. I am a single father that was taken advantage of by my ex-wife and her lawyer in our dissolution & parenting agreement. Which led me to seek what I thought was representation by JM Leving Law...they saw me coming... Shame on me for being taken twice. You would think YOUR lawyer would protect you and honor their their services to achieve your goals. Not is this case. I retained JM Levings's services in Aug of 09, and the Primary focus was to seek an amendment to the dissolution agreement that states my ex-wife is entitled to 25% of my annual (if any) bonus. My ex-wife and I agreed that she would not go after anything more than child support and I would split additional expenses with her for day care, insurance, etc. She receives over $1800 in Child Support from each month. In addition, she pulls in 55K a year on her own. I say she is doing pretty good for a mother of two children and a supportive Father/ex-husband. Secondary focus was to attain a fresh copy of a the parenting agreement that states I have Joint legal custody of both our children. This was not a big request since on the day of our divorce, the judge ordered my Ex-wife's attorney to furnish a amended copy to me asap. Since I had not received this after 2 months of our divorce, I asked JM Leving to include this in the initial motion. I was asked furnish a $7500 retainer fee and explained to this law firm that I could not afford anything above 10K for their services so the faster and more direct we handle this the better off we will all be. I provided them with a comprehensive spreadsheet of all my expenses to indicate I was in no financial position to throw money at this case. I paid them an additional $2500 in Feb 2010 still with no result on either goals. I paid 10K for nothing...In Jan 2010, I was not only order by my ex-wife's lawyer to pay 25% of my bonus but also was advised by y own lawyers to pay as to avoid a contempt of court motion...WHAT??? By late May, I decided enough was enough...they was no progress and JM Leving still had the nerve to bill be another $9,600 that they are still sending me invoices for and trying to collect. I have filed a complaint wit the ARDC (Attorney Registration & Disciplinary Commission) on 7/26/10 First and hopefully the last time I will ever need to use a lawyer!!! If your a responsible father and ever need council, DO NOT use JM Leving law for representation!!! They will eat your wallet away!!!

JM Refridgeration Unrealistic Charges for Minimum Labor St. Croix Falls, Wisconsin
I called the company to have a technician come out to look at the furnace as it was not running. The technician came, spent 15 minutes looking, made a hasty diagnosis and left. We were told if we bought a furnace from him we could take the service charge off of the cost of the furnace but the cost of the new furnace was about two times the amount we ended up paying another dealer for comperable quality! (Same BTU rating.)When we called about the service charge of $160.00 for doing almost nothing, they would not discuss it with us. We refused to pay as this is robbery with a license to steal and they sent it to collections which damaged our credit rating. We would have been willing to pay something for their time and travel but really... $160.00 for 15 minutes of time???Especially if you are older, avoid this dealer as we strongly suspect the attempted extortion had something to do with being older!

JM Supply Now in the dark! Fort Smith Arkansas
We purchased 48 light units with ballasts February 16, 2009 from JM Supply on Invoice number 192088, paid in full with check number 4362 in the amount of $3703.98. We were told on Dec 17 2013 by JM Supply that we were under the 5 year warranty and informed them at that time that 26 out 48 light ballasts had gone out and were no longer working. We were informed that we would need to contact a company named Sunpark in order to process the warranty claim. After contacting Sunpark we were told that they could not speak directly to us since we did not purchase the lights from them and they requested that we have JM Supply contact them. We requested several times for JM Supply to contact Sunpark but received no assistance. I was told that we may need to speak to Mr. Joey Miller whom I was told is the owner of the company. We attempted again on February 11, 2014 to have some assistance in resolving the situation. At that time the number of lighting ballasts not working had increased to 38 of the 48 units. After this notification, we were told that the lights were out of warranty and we could not be assisted. We find this situation to be unacceptable as we had been attempting to resolve this the proper way before the warranty expired, and due to the lack of assistance received, the warranty expired and we were not able to get any replacement units for our ballasts in that timeframe. As of today, October 17 of 2014, 41 of the 48 lighting ballasts are not working, we have still not received any replacements or assistance. We have called and left Mr. Joey Miller several messages bringing the situation to his attention but have not received any return phonecall. This situation is hurting our business as our work area is currently not lit to our standards for our staff to use the space for shipping, receiving and assembly. We are afraid that if the pattern continues of these units failing that we will soon not be able to use our warehouse without purchasing all new lighting equipment ourselves. We would like to resolve this matter by either receiving a full refund or replacement ballasts for all 48 lights as it is apparent the units we received are defective

JM Kingston Jim Norton Fraud targeting elderly Unknown city location Jamaica???
I have a friend in the Chicago area who's elderly father was scammed approximately $40K to a man claiming a $5 million prize including a free Mercedez. I called this Jim Norton(caller id shows JM Kingston)and he claimed to Help peoples dreams come true!. The local authorities were notified and were waiting for the arrival of Mr. Norton at an arranged meeting whom never showed. Allegedly, Nortons crew also gained access to the property's phone lines and uprooted them. My friend's family had to switch bank accounts to avoid further fraud.  Upon speeking with Mr. Norton he wouldn't verify anything and claimed to be in charge. I told him he wasn't in charge of anything and immediately told my friend to call the police. I have the officer's name just in case any legal is enforced. This man must be stopped!

JM Consulting JSM ConsultingJSMFirmJM Firm Spamming job seekers!! Middleton Wisconsin
I have received the same email every day for about 2 weeks from the same person ever since I posted my resume on some major job boards. The sender claims to be Michael Mell. I have only responded one time (the first time I received the email and assumed it was from a recruiter), and received a response the next day that is identical to the report filed by Melissa. My response named Kevin as the office manager as well. I told him I am not interested in the position he listed as available, and yet someone continues to send me these emails. The only difference in the emails I receive is the day and time he proposes to have a talk; otherwise they are also identical to Melissa's 'email #1' other than Michael claims to be in Wisconsin this time. I have received the same emails from JM Consulting and JSM Consulting but the return mail address is always michael@jsmfirm.com. I noticed in Melissa'a report it was JSM so they must have tried to be clever and changed their name. The email I am receiving daily is as follows: Hello , I hope you are doing well! I am emailing you regarding the resume you posted online.  I am currently consulting for a couple small businesses and assisting with several business developments in West Palm Beach, FL. After reviewing your resume, I think you would be a good fit for one of the several positions currently available. The primary position currently available is for a full time Benefits Representative, the average starting wage is around $60,000 a year.  I am in the office Friday and was wondering if I could contact you for a five minute phone interview between 1:00-2:00pm? Or is there a better time to call you at Also, just so you know, there are no fees for you to use my service, assisting small businesses in finding qualified top-notch employees is included with my consulting fees which are covered by the business. If you find that these positions are not the right fit for you, no worries, I work with a number of other businesses and I may have another client that is hiring in the near future. Are you only looking for work in the 33418 area? Would you consider other areas? I look forward to speaking to you! JM&A Group Fidelity Warranty Useless warranty-collusion with dealer? Deerfield Florida
I purchased a new 2008 Hyundai Santa Fe from Sansone Auto Mall. In 2010 I started having problems with the transmission. After 3 seperate complaints it was finally fixed by the original warranty. After that the real problems started in 2012. In the meantime an extended warranty was purchased. I have had to replace just about every part of the things pertaining to the wheel base front and back to the tune of about $1100.00, none of which was covered by the extended warranty. There were a few recalls issued but none of them pertained to the parts I had to replace until I received the last one which was for an undercoating to be applied which I also had done. In the recall notice (which I read carefully) a list of all the parts I had to replace was included along with instructions for reimbursment if I had to get those parts replaced. So I started the process of making copies of the bills and faxing them to the number provided. I dealt with Tyler West. A few weeks later (after numerous phone calls) I was told that my request was denied. It seems that someone at Sansone denied the claim because the parts were not RUSTED. The recall did not say anything about rusted parts. When I confronted the manager at Sansone I did not get a satisfactory explanation and he did not want to deal with me. I wanted to go further with this issue but did not know where or who to contact about this useless extended warranty until now. What good is an extended warranty if it does not cover anything? Money down the drain as far as I'm concerned. Anything I had to replace was not my fault. I consider it shoddy parts & poor workmanship on the part of Hyundai. Never have I had to replace so many parts on any car that I have owned. Now I need 2 more items replaced to the tune of another $1100.00 which is also not covered by the warranty.  For the past 4 years I have been on Social Security and having to pay for these repairs has been a hardship, after all I do have to have a roof over my head. I have thought of getting a new SUV (not a Hyundai for sure) but at this point it's out of the question. I feel that these repairs which I paid for (cash and credit cards) should have been covered by the warranty especially since the parts listed on the last recall where the ones I replaced. Someone should be responsible for the joke JM&A Group/Fidelity Warranty (and possibly Sansone) is playing on people by promising them the world and giving them nothing. Perhaps the Better Business people should get involved, after all I fell people are getting cheated.

THE BULLION CLUB ripoff of purchasing gold Canada Or The United Kingdom Canada
I bid on gold bars on e-bay and sent in payment to a representative of this company. In fact, I overpaid them as this person said she never received one of the payments. Later, she confirmed that the monies were received, but by then the seller had withdrawn from e-bay. I paid for 9 one troy ounce gold bullion bars, but only received 6. Aopparently, the seller has expired and the company she represents, which is not currently abvailable via web until 10-14-2006, promised me they would make good on the remaining bars once they settled her account. A check was promised in lieu of the gold I paid for, but of course that was never sent. This company is trying to start an internet gold business and they obviously do not have the monies to back their endeavors. Please do not trust them. Karin BAKERSFIELD, CaliforniaU.S.A.

Global Bullion Trading Silver brokerage scam Miami Florida
Same as the other guy listed here. They took over $30K over my money and I went to sell and the phone has been disconnected. I actually spoke with a Richard Pedrone and put in a sell 3 weeks ago. Still haven't received my check or any confirmation. Also they work with a group called CAPITAL ASSET MANAGEMENT that's not answering their phone either. I have statements and e-mails from the group to prove their guilt. The even had the nerve to do a margin call back in October. Nate kansas city, MissouriU.S.A.

GLOBAL BULLION TRADING THESE GUYS STOLE MY MONEY MIAMI Florida
I was approached by someone from this company with the pitch that the metals market had no where to go but up, which I agreed with, little did I know that these guys would wipe out all my 10,000 investment with crazy fees and trades and commissions. At the same time I gave them 10,000 dollars I also bought 10,000 dollars of bullion coins, I now have coins worth 16,000 dollars and account with these thieves worth 265 dollars. These guys lost (stole) 9700 dollars in a market that even a blind squirrel could make money in. I knew I was in trouble early when I tried to get statements from them to see how my account was doing, I only got one statement that showed a $ 3000.00 profit, which proved to be a lie because a later statement (all of which I believe to be fictional) showed that I was wiped out in 4 months. It took at least 10 threatening phone calls to finally get the surprising statement that showed that from my original investment of 10,000 dollars I only had $ 265.00. On this statment they showed new account fee of $ 250.00, comm and fees of $666.89, Interest on margin of 1824.87 and a admin fee of $ 416.89. These fees seem quite high since they could not even send me a statement!!! Over $ 3100 of my original 10,000 went to fees. Arthur Schlecht is a thief and I hope the bastard goes to jail.
