Hello   I ordered with this company goods of worth USD 7,090 and paid them via T/T on March 22nd. The due date for shipment was April 30th. The company did not inform me at all that the shipment will be delayed.  On April 30th when i asked, i was told that it is delayed till May 25th. On May 25th i was told another delay of 10 days. Later another delay and finally company said that order is ready on 30th June. I sent them agent details to send to warehouse but there was confusion. Company said agent says no space on vessel, agent says i did not say anything like that and company has no proof. I arranged new agent, shipment was supposed to be sent to warehouse before 13th July, now when i asked them today, shipment still not sent. I doubt a fraud here. I launched complain previously but i wanted to sort things out with company so i did not follow the complaint. Now i cannot take it anymore.

Hello you fine people.  I want to express myself about the company Furniture Craft Plans (http://www.furniturecraftplans.com/) In February this year I received an email that to me, because my interest in working in wood, it would be something I might be interested in. I went to the home page and everything look very well. There were people who described their experiences with the product which was there for sale and there seemed to be large and good collection of drawings that were easy to follow. I got interested and bought a copy, since it cost only $ 77 I followed all instructions and paid via PayPal. Once the payment had gone through, I was redirected to another website where I could download the 9000 drawings. But there was rather sparse collection to be found. On this site I could download two PDF documents and I found the documentation quite small. I opened the PDF files and went over them, and what I saw caused me frustration. In those documents I did not found 9000 drawings but about 450 and some of them appearing more than once. I thought it was sh*iti and decided on 6 March to send an email to a contact point that I could find and take advantage of my 60 Day Money Back Guarantee, which was advertised on the site. To make a long story short, I have sent regular messages to them since March 6 to the present day, but all I've got back is an automated message that will be contact me within 3 to 4 days and nothing else. WARNING! This company is a SCAM. I do not recommend that you go in there and shop with this company. This company advertised through a pop-up as a freebee in exchange for answering a survey.  Two month FREE supply of Garcinia Cambogia XT weight loss supplements for a $4.95 shipping charge.  After 14 days, they would contact you for approval to send monthly supplies and would not charge your credit card without that approval.  The next day, I received a call from aa beligerent man who insisted he wanted me to provide my credit card number in order to verify my order.  I refused, telling him he already had my acount information, had reached me on the phone number I gave them and verified my address.  The pills arrived as advertised, two month supply.  I was immediately charged $4.95 on my credit card in April, no problem.  In May, I got charged another $78.94 and in June another $78.94 which I did not discover until I was paying my monthly bills.  No phone number was provided in the shipping box and no statement that a call had to be made to cancel. They never called for approval and they never sent any more pills.  I immediately called the company and was told that the agreement required that I call THEM to cancel within 14 days.  The representative finally agreed to talk to someone and then offered a 30% reduction off of one monthly charge, then 60%, then 75%, then agreed to refund one $78.94 charge and when that didn't satisfy me, she hung up on me.   The pills are evidently, according to the label, manufactured for Optimal Health Products in Wilmington, Delaware and sold by Olympus Health Products LTD of Buffalo, WY and Savannah, GA.

 I have sent several emails to http://stores.ebay.co.uk/BELLOCAT-PRODUCTS to make sure the condenser for my Hyundai Matrix was the correct one. I had replies stating it was the correct one for the vehicle-As I live in Spain I did not want any problems because of the distance. I could not order directly off eBay as they said I had to pay by pay-pal to Tradeworking. This I did and paid 120,00 GBP of which 25 was postage. The parcel arrived and it was damaged on the carton and inside the condenser was bent, I immediately contacted BELLOCAT PRODUCTS (eBAY) and they asked for proof of damage  I sent photographic evidence of the carton and the condenser damage.  They eventually contacted me by telephone after many emails (I kept all of them) and they said that the bend should not effect the performance and that they had another condenser on the shelf but that it was bent also. She then said it will work - and if you fit it and it does not work- not to worry as it was covered under the 12 month guarantee. So we stripped the car - When we took out the original condenser we then saw the fittings were different on the one they said was perfect for the year and model  that I quoted. I asked them to collect the component that was damaged and wrong fittings and they said I had to pay for the return, Another 25 making a total of 150 and so far nothing to show for all my efforts. I requested they make a claim on DHL the carrier. They ignored all my emails i sent requesting that. I contacted DHL to collect and return the damaged goods. They said they could only do that if BELLOCAT PRODUCTS contacted them. More emails to  BELLOCAT PRODUCTS and no replies. They just simply ignored my requests. So I sent a last email saying I was going to expose the way they trade and treat customers and if they wished to remove the statements they could do so by refunding me in full for a wrong and damaged part. I was in England when I made the sale (Not Spain) because I was attending a funeral. So by paying direct by Paypal as they requested I cannot place a NEGATIVE report on eBay A Very clever sales rouse- when you cannot make a statement after being conned by a wrong and damaged component.  They have my money - I have a useless piece of rubbish. This follows on the Saga of Derby Car Centre who sold me the car with a faulty condenser- you can read the report on these people also just type in DERBY CAR CENTRE Sometimes your just sick of dishonest traders and without such programmes as Watchdog RipOff Report their is no other way of exposing them to the public.

National Products Ltd Joe Hale - Refused to pay for services after agreeing to price and approving the work performed. Signal Hill California
Joe Hale enlisted my services to create a label which he will then have printed and will then have it affixed to the back of his Step Mats and Walk Off Mats which are sold via his web site and in his physical brick and mortar store. He accepted the price of $100 for a label and sent a sample label which he uses for other applications along with images of the products - nine (9) samples in all. He asked that I create the label in the same size. Eventually after multiple revisions he gave final approval he added a second label to be made just like the first one which he gave 100% approval with a different image; same product line but differing in color. I then completed the second label and sent both to him. I then sent him a PayPal invoice in the amount of $200 for both created and delivered labels. Since he has refused to respond to email or phone messages up until today in which I sent him the following email message: Attn: Joe Hale Joe, perhaps I should have researched you and your business before creating the labels. I see that you already have complaints about non-payment for work done by other designers. When you sell your mats I am sure you get paid. I expect the same from you. I did extensive work and you accepted the finished label as well as my fee of $100 per label; asking me to do a second label with another image which I also did. You now have both in your possession and I have yet to be paid. I have repeatedly tried to contact you via email and phone and you do not respond to either. Unless I receive payment by tomorrow through PayPal I have no other choice than to also file a complaint through the Rip-Off site as well as report you to your local Better Business Bureau. Please respond promptly! To which he responded simply Eat your heart out

I ordered a television antena in October of 2002. My cheque was cashed on November 15. To date, Januaray 22, 2003 I have not received anything beyond more requests to order merchandise. I have phoned the customer line, receiving a message that the Comapany was closed until Januray 6, 2003. From January 6 to January 17, the phne weas either busy or not answered. The company literature advises that the company is based on Customer Service. Bah! Humbug! Customer Service means sending ordered items, answering phones and communicating. I recently purchased a wig from Qingdao Shuangye Hair Products Co.,Ltd. I got a price quote from someone calling herself 'Stella' instead of a price list. She assured me that they had what I wanted in stock.  After paying for the wig I was then told that they didn't have the color in the length and texture that I wanted. She also went back and forth on the Paypal fee. It went from 5% to 5% + $4. I paid the 5% and had to get a shorter wig than what I wanted.  I am somewhat satisfied with the quality despite the shorter length.I considered purchasing another wig from them. This time I decided to push for a price list.  Well, with everything that happened with the first purchase, she overcharged me for the wig! I have since contacted the owner and 'Stella'. I got no response from the owner (no surprise there).  'Stella' had the nerve to say that I owe her money! She went back to the extra $4 she tacked on for the Paypal fee. Also, get this now she added a extra $6 charge for a stock wig!  Wow, really!!!!  For anyone that is not familiar with wigs there is normally a fee for custom units not stock. Common sense would dictate that you want to get rid of the ones you have lying around and charge extra for one that you have to custom make.  I was willing to order another wig to get the refund. I have not received a response back from the last emails that I sent, so now I just want my refund! So I am going to spread the word. Don't order from this company! They will rip you off!

Mico Designs Ltd Cannot supply parts for their products Chicago, Illinois
I have tried for almost a year to get parts for my Mico Designs Seashore 7705-SN Kitchen Faucet and spout. I've talked to a representative named MIKE several times and sent pictures of the faucet. I purchased the Seashore 4 hole set, $900.00 from The Expo Design Center which has since closed, and Mike said he would see to it that I got the parts. If the parts were broken I would have had to replace the intire faucet assembly. The finish is damaged and looks bad. It did not hold up under normal use. Before you purchase a Mico Design products just consider you be able to get parts!  BUY AMERICAN!

I even phoned them and left a message asking for an up date. Three weeks ago I was sent an email stating that the product was sent out the week before (making it now like four weeks since) The product has not arrived and I am not getting responses to my emails. I have submitted numerous complaints requesting a refund. The company sold fake Michael Kors pocketbooks as authentic. I've even sent an email asking if the bags were authentic, they've responded, 100% authentic. Now, they are saying the company, who they brought the bags from, was busted for fraud and everything was confiscated. I have been given the run around regarding my refund. From these many emails, I’ve been told the pocketbooks are fake and the company, which I believe is known as URFADDISH JEWELRY BEIJING (based on my bank statement transaction), brought them unknowingly from a fraudulent dealer, they have been caught by the feds, and everything was confiscated. Of course, I do not believe this. Reason being, no one disclosed any substance of validity, like the feds contact or anything else. We have been negotiating a partially payment but they will not agree to 85% refund, instead they want me to settle for 20% of my money. I paid $172.37 for two (2) pocketbooks and an additional $5.00 for the use of the secure financial transaction company. To this day I have not received a refund although they are standing on the claim that a refund was made. They do not provide any other contact information. When we recieved the machine, I had to take it to a Appliance store to look at it, it ended up costing me 300 more dollars to tell me that it was a pile of Shit..... All product DIDN'T work, all parts were sorry as hell. Vicky Dong, yeah I said VICKY DONG, is a liar, should have known with that name. She never fixes anything and is a dumbass. She didn't know where it was before it shipped. She said she was going to have 110Volt put on, and I waited an extra 5 days, and when I got it nothing was done. This has costed me $1300.00 USD.  Don't buy anything from these crooks, they hate americans, and they really buy from other people. They don't have any of the products they claim to have. It's all just lies. Stay away from them!!!! They just want your money, I guesss they want the the Money Obama is not going to pay back so this is how they get it. In late 2006 I commissioned a company WindowRama in Paphos, Cyprus to build me an American style home from wood and with external sidings made by Royal Europa Ltd, Poland for whom they were the Cyprus agents. They are a member company of the Royal Group, Canada. It was delivered on site late December and the external covering completed in March 2007. In August 2007 I reported to the builder that the external material had 'Toasted' in the heat of the sun. They inspected the property, accepted that there was a big problem and the material would need to be removed and replaced under the guarantee. They contacted Royal Europa and I supplied photographs of the problem material and the company said they would check the problem out with their experts. They did and reached the conclusion the the material was faulty and they needed to produce and test a replacement material that would survive the heat from the sun. Clearly they must have had a lot of problems with this material because they are not going to do that if I am the only complaintaint. After approximately a year and a half they, Royal Europa Ltd, did produce a new material and exported it to Cyprus and WindowRama, their agents, replaced the old material for the new. This was all done under the 10 year guarantee and the replacement was at no cost to myself. In October 2009 approximately ten months from the time of the replacement the new material showed signs of serious deformation, toasting, expansion amd breaking free from the interconection system employed in the design of the sidings. They twisted and flapped about in the wind and were exterenly unslightly plus the wooden material was now exposed to the rain. The problem was different but, indeed worse, to the original problem. By this time the builders, WindowRama, were no longer the agents for Royal Europa Ltd because of a big falling out and would and could not deal with the company again or so they said. I was left to contact the maker of the material direct and they seemed the be sympathetic to my problem and accepted that the material needed to be change as it had failed in a similar way to the first batch. In Decenber 2009 and again during 2010 I supplied them with all the photographs they needed and they said that they would be in contact in the near future. I even agreed to accept a different material which though they had asked me tto do this they did not provide it. During the early part of 2014 their export manager Mr Miroslaw Halabura, with whom I had been dealing since the start of the problem told me that they had invented yet another new material that due to it's different design would now be fit for purpose and and was ready to be sent to Cyprus. He asked if their new agent, American Style Homes, could visit my home to survey the job and send him an estimate. I agreed of course and shortly after the top man of the said company had visited and reported back to Mr Halabura I received an email from Mr Halabura of Royal Europa Ltd. In this email he stated that the material was ready to be despatched and their agents would charge me €2,600.00 to remove the old product and replace it with the new. I replied questioning the fact that I was to be responsible for paying the cost of the work and that his company could not expect me to be liable for the cost of the second replacement. I have contacted the General Manager Mr Adam Warchoł and the President of the company Mr Bogusław Fusiek regarding this ridiculus view point and Mr Warchol sent an email via the export manager agreeing with his accessment but sadly the President deem it beneath him to reply. We are now in the middle of February 2015 and I have not seen any new material and they will not consider that they are responsible for the costs. On top of this the company is unwilling to supply me with a new standard 10 year guarantee on the replacement material so I am wondering how long they expect the new sidings to last if they ever supply and fit it. I will up load the photographs and I WARN everyone who may think of buying and building with material supplied by Royal Europa Ltd and perhaps other companies within the Royal Group to be VERY CAREFUL! The material supplied may well not be FIT for PURPOSE more than once and you will be considered responsible for the costs involved.

DIVERSIFIED PRODUCTS IND LTD NON PAYMENT AS PER CONTRACT RIPPED OFF! BEVERLY HILLS California
My company was contracted by Diversified Products ind. Ltd to transport freight for them. As per contract from their vice pres./CFO payment would be made in 30 days. Over 80 days past due> Have made repeated phone calls - sometimes they will talk to you sometimes they place you on eternal hold and sometimes they make false promises of payment but most the time they just aren't there. Spoke with owner on 1-14-09 he flat told me there were no funds at this time - Diversified was paid for this job by their contractor but the funds were used by someone/something else. Jack became irrate with me when I asked when they planned on paying and told me that calling wouldn't help and hung up on me. The advertisment demonstrated dissapearing fine lines around eyes. On receipt of the product the documentation instructed an extensive range of actions to make the p[roduct work. On trying many times over the next 5 days the product did not make the fine lines dissapear - it cracked and turned the fine lines into canyons and the suurounding skin looked diseased. I returned the product to the supplier but it was snet back to me saying they could not refund my money because the product had been used!!! Slimy rip off mercahnts or what!!!

Hi, Today {21st of April 2011} I happily went to go buy a Remington. I went to the Le Baron in Ottawa and brought with me a copy of the current internet add.  For your convenience here is the link: http://www.lebaron.ca/pdffiles/web_spec/rem870_ordernow.pdf I trusted the clerk to sell me the advertised product and I failed to check in store that what they in fact gave me was what I ordered.  Instead they gave me a different gun. I then called the store and informed them of their mistake to which they pretty much told me TOO BAD FOR YOU. They checked the add and verified I was correct and that the gun they sold me was not the one pictured in the add but they still refused to honour their advertising. I asked to exchange the gun for the one pictured but they refused to sell me the one pictured for the advertised price. The one pictured costs more. They in fact told me that they don't even have the gun in the picture. This is a classic bait and switch and is not only blatantly illegal but does significant harm to the brand names they carry and represent. Le Barons has been given 2 separate opportunities to resolve the matter already.  I have contacted the store manager personally and dealt with head office over email that told me the matter was CLOSED. Its a clear cut case.  I went in with an advertisement in hand, and not only was the advertised gun never available in the first place; they sold me a different gun under the pretence that it was the one I asked for and then refused to correct the fraud when it was pointed out.  Le Barons knowingly practices BAIT and SWITCH.

  The products had beed described as having brush full effect as in the picture sent by email, I had requested multiple times to confirm has this finish, and I told to sales representative I need the exact finish because will be used as it is on the front facade cadding. They sent low finishing product, the brush effect is almost nonexistent Payment has been done via Alibaba Escrow,I released the escrow since they promise an small money refund and the correct finish samples for restore the damage at destination since sending the products back to China would involve a cost of 1000 USD to fix the problem. They sent the samples, but the money they said they wont send it no more.

Saw their ad for a free trial of a 60 day supply of their weightloss pills where you only have to pay the $4.95 for the shipping charges. No where does it say that they will charge you $78.94 every month after that if you don't cancel within 14 days of the order of the free trial. Didn't notice the charges until a few months later and called to cancel the account. Noticed they charged me one more time after canceling so called again and after waiting on hold for at least 10 minutes, Marquetta was very pushy and quickly got angry when asked to repeat her question because we could not hear what she asked. Marquetta said she was going to end the call when we started getting upset after she said we were not charged and if we were going to dispute the charges, it needed to be during a three-way call with our bank. Dealing with these scammers was a pain and they better not charge us again. Stay away from xtdiet.com.

DO NOT WORK WITH REVIVE SAFETY OR RED RIDING HOODS CO, LTD OUT OF CHINA! THEY STOLE $10,450 FROM ME AND $6,000 FROM ANOTHER US CUSTOMER! THEY WON’T STOP! I have been scammed $10,450 USD by a Chinese manufacturer who is STILL ONLINE and STILL SEEKING NEW CUSTOMERS. I am sharing my story in hopes that you can avoid being their next victim. Please read my story and don’t do business with Suzhou Revive Products Co.,Ltd. or Red Reding Hoods Co.,Limited and do not work with Simmon Lee, who has scammed me and at least one other American (for over $6,000). I issued an RFP for an Aluminum Powder product through Alibaba and a supplier contacted me through email. The first exchange was on May 2nd, 2017. Simmon, who is the managing director of Revive Safety, introduced me to “Frankie”, who became my sales person. I did due diligence on Revive Safety, including asking for referrals and making sure they weren't on scam sites. I wired them $10,450.00 on May 25th, 2017. I have copies of the contract, purchase order, their bank information and the wire confirmation. About a month later, the company stopped responding to my emails and “Frankie” was no longer responsive to WhatsApp or Skype (when he was getting my business, he always responded within 12 hours). I decided to reach out to the customer in the U.S. they gave me when I asked for a “reference.” This person (Phil out of Cincinnati) also was having problems getting his product delivered on time. As of today, he is also a victim of theft to the tune of $6,000. Simmon, the owner, responded to a couple of emails I sent him when I mentioned Phil in the subject line with short responses like “don’t worry” or “Yes I will.” His last response was on July 30th and he hasn’t responded to pleads, threats, reason, etc. since then.   A Chinese translator offered to help me try to get a hold of them within China. They didn’t pick up phones and she found information concerning their company and other investigations, so I don’t think this is the first time this has happened. The last response I received from the company was on June 19th, when Simmon assured me the product was coming. The company has not delivered my product, refunded me or refunded the other customer and has gone completely silent for over a month. I have been working with our bank since mid-June to get our money back and they have been communicating with Revive Safety’s bank and the bank has not received permission from the company to credit the funds back to my account. We have had HP USA study a sample HP memory module shipped to us from this company and that sample was determined by HP to be COUNTERFEIT. They even complained that "HP doesn't know what they are talking about". World Super Star Co., Ltd would not refund our money nor would they even accept the units in return. They cannot provide proof of their source and have even told us that their return policy applies for only one week from the date they ship goods. They also claim to be a 2010 prefered partner of HP's. However, if they were an HP partner, they would have to follow very strict procedures that HP requires when a customer has a defective/counterfeit claim. They could only provide us with contradicting statements about who they are, the authenticity of the goods they sell and finally, disclaim any responsibility for their product or their claims. WE STRONGLY RECOMMEND YOU PERFORM DETAILED DUE DILIGENCE BY AN ATTORNEY BEFORE YOU CONSIDER THIS COMPANIES PRODUCTS.
