Nationwide Security Solutions Inc. Jason Cane. Billie Hard. SCAM ALERT. This is an ongoing problem Nationwide
A young man wearing an ID badge from Nationwide Security Solutions Inc. appeared at my doorstep couple months back in June of this year, 2015. After being explained how everything works and getting cut off in my asking of questions, I asked him to wait there as I was going to grab an old motion sensor we had taken down when we moved in years prior. I returned to the door to find him standing inside my home, with my front door already shut behind him. I asked him politely to step onto the front porch with me to continue at which point he blatantly ignored and charged past me to get to my back door. Forced entry (this is how they get into houses) via I have to look at your backdoor or else my boss gets mad if I don't do my job right. At this point I took over and asked him to have a seat at the kitchen table. I then questioned him who is your boss? He paused for a long time before saying he did not have one. Then changed his story and he stuttered out a name that sounded like Willy Tard which I later investigated and in my findings found one Billie Hard who I later contacted via telephone and after about an hour of trying to sell me their system, realizing I was not in the market for forced entry salesmen security scams, turned a 180-shocking enough-used profanity directed towards myself and my family and hung up on me. Through further research I have discovered this company is NOT accreditted with the BBB and instead piggy back on a company named Monitronics who actually monitor the system which they sell, despite the lie from the salesman posing as a Advertising Manager. Through the latest of my extensive research, (google is your best friend) I learned the company was created around the turn of the century by a man named Jason Cane. He however is not the CEO (red flag) of this company - in fact is a woman with the same last name (assuming his wife or family relative) has ownership of the company. This is possibly because of legal reasons, as you cannot legally own a business if you have had a felony on your record (This should be filed under criminal reports) appologies. As for Billie Hard, this gentlemen flipped out on the phone after his scam failed and I told him a fourth time you are never giving a company built on lies and deception such as Nationwide Security Solutions Inc. your business. Simply Safe is 15 dollars a month and they ship everything right to your door. Please do not waste your time talking to anyone from Nationwide Security Solutions Inc. Case Closed.

Nationwide Security Solutions, Inc. Jason and Mairin Cane (owners) Shady, conniving, lying people who promise both their employees and customers, then stab them in the back after work is done and contracts are signed. Vancouver Washington
So, in July 2017, my wife left a better job in order to come work for this company (which was closer to home), so Jason and Mairin Cane of course hired her and other employees for their call center. After about a month of working their, one day when I was dropping my wife off at work, Jason Cane was outside and had me park so that he could offer me a job. So upon getting out and speaking with him, he disclosed to me about his unhappiness with some of his account managers.     The conversation turned into Jason Cane offering me employment considering I gave the impression of driving a nice car, being ex-military, and being the clean-shaven type; which is common up here in WA, but is highly desired by employers for sales positions, which turned out to be what he wanted me to do if hired. At the time, I did need work, but considering I'm a disabled combat veteran with spinal injuries, I respectfully informed him, but he just kept persisting me to come work for him. My wife had told me that his technicians get paid crappy piecework and are actually expected to use their own vehicles and auto-insurance.      Over time, he kept urging me to work for him as if he was trying to sell me into the job himself. But the more I heard and read on the internet about him and his business, the more I avoided him despite already telling him about my physical limitations and that I would be a liability if hired into manual labor. As a result of this, suddenly on August 25th 2017, they pulled ALL of their employees (including my wife) into a room and had a mass lay-off which a poor supposed excuse claiming that they didn't have the contracts to support their work anymore.      When I picked my wife up from being let go, she was devastated by this. So check this out, before leaving, all the co-workers exchanged numbers with one another to keep in touch. That very night, Jason Cane's wife Mairin decided to send out an email to everyone else but my wife indicating to return back to work on Monday for a new work schedule being Mon-Fri from 9 to 5. How do we know this? Because one of the coworkers who kept in touch with my wife sent us proof of the email. Thus, Jason and Mairin Cane discriminated my wife and fired her just because I refused to work for his crooked ass. They used the mass lay off as a ploy to fire her, then called everyone but her back to work.      After reading everything about his business on Ripoff Report and google reviews, we now know it to be the truth. Evidently Jason and Mairin Cane do this to a certain amount of employees around the summer time every year. They also connivingly intimidate and theaten customers through their contracts too. And of course, they protect themselves with their in-house attorney, but, these people will come offering you the world, exerting high values such as family oriented, professional, and caring -but it's all a lie and just for show in order for them to use you and then screw you over.

Security Solutions Inc Put my safety at risk, harassed me, and lied in court. Norwalk Connecticut
I work at a correctional center, so a home security system is a necessity. Security Solutions Inc installed a system that did not function properly. My local police department even fined me for false alarms.  After two months without a functioning alarm system and three failed repair attempts, for safety reasons, I was forced to go with another company. The defective alarm system was under a one-year warranty and I gave notice in advance.  Security Solutions Inc did not object to me leaving their company, until after had I already left.  The head of Security Solutions’ billing department got angry and emailed me an invoice with ten exclamation points for an amount of $2,348.21Security Solutions’ attorney then informed me of a pending lawsuit.  Despite already being in process for a lawsuit, Security Solutions still mailed me frequent billing statements for various amounts, and made repeated calls to my cell phone. Security Solutions refused to stop harassing me with their repeated calls.I sought help from Consumer Protection and the BBB.  Security Solutions denied calling me and blamed me for them not being able to fix my alarm.  They gave a false story that I would only allow them to service the system on Saturdays.  None of the three repair attempts were on Saturday.Security Solutions then took me to small claims court demanding $2,435.69 in damages.  In court they had a different false story that the alarm worked fine and that I left their company to get out of paying a bill for $87.21.  The installation alone cost me $925.00 and I paid an additional deposit of $500.00.  I did not drop $1,425.00 on the alarm system, then leave only months later to avoid a bill for only $87.21.  I left because the alarm did not function.  At small claims court, Security Solutions had two witnesses and an attorney.  One was caught committing perjury twice during the trial.  The other gave testimony that did not match the police records and repair receipts.  The president of the company, himself, wrote a statement to the court too.  He did not know the dates that Security Solutions performed service either, and made a very incorrect guess in his statement.I am grateful to now have a completely new security system with a new company.  Security Solutions is the worst company that I have ever encountered.

Nationwide Security Solutions satellite phone missing Vancouver, Washington
On 11/16/11 I was sold a security system by two representative of Nationwide Security Solutions. They (Chris and Logan) told me I would have a satellite phone in my unit (I do not have a cell phone) so I wouldn't have to worry about my phone line being cut and an emergency call would still go out.  They said a large portion of my $42.99 a month bill goes to AT&T for the satellite phone and there was nothing they could do about that. They said there was a big advertising/promotional sale going on and the company would pay for everything they could.  This was mentioned several times. The next day I realized I didn't get the Alarm Users Manual and a lady from the company said she would send one and it could take a couple of weeks.  It didn't come and didn't come and I was busy with holiday company and decided I'd call again after the new year.  Someone I talked to about my system during the holidays was very skeptical and I made a note to ask about the satellite phone. On 1/5/12 I called Nationwide about the user manual and the lady said she would photo copy one and send it to me.  I told her about my skeptical friend and wanted to make sure about the satellite phone.  She told me there was NO SATELLITE PHONE in my unit!!!  Unbelievable!  That phone was a big deciding factor in my getting the system.  She said they could put one in for $10 more a month (is this called bait & switch?)  After I got off the phone I filed a complaint online with the Oregon State Attorney General's Office. Today (1/12/12) I filed an complaint online with the Better Business Bureau. This company gave me such a great deal so I would promote and advertise for them.  They will get lots of advertising from me - but I don't think they'll like it!

Home Security Solutions - Harassing phone calls - 3 per week Nationwide
For months I have been getting calls from Home Security solutions.   the pitch is that they are offerng a free upgrade to a wireless home alarm system.   I have demanded to be taken off of thier list, but they continue to call.   Im trying to find thier address to file a law suit, but whenever I ask, they immediately hang up.  what i HAVE been able to determine, is that by offering this free alarm upgrade, they require a 2 year monitoring contract at $49 per month fron Monitronics.   this means that they have an agreement with Monitronics.   I contracted Monitronics to complain and they said they would look into it.

Nationwide Security Solutions Mike Montero, Joe Cicala Scam, pyramid scheme, liars, assholes, liars, liars, liars. Con artists. Vancouver Washington
Nationwide Security Solutions is a complete joke! Janse Cane the CEO will promise his reps the world and all of these great incentives that they can earn for free, however in reality they are NOT free. They will be taken out of your backend, after he promotes himself that his company doesn't have a backend which in fact they do.You are promised to make $400 a deal, then $50 gets taken for a backend aka completion bonus. So you're left with $350, not too bad right? WRONG! After the $50 gets taken out, another $25 gets taken out for paperwork, but you can't write a deal without doing paperwork. Until you get your iPad after the 6th deal you write (and the iPad gets taken out of your backend as well). Then you're left with $300 still not too bad right? Well then they take out $200 a week for rent . Because they want you to stay in company housing so it's easier to get to and from work -_- You'll end up sharing a place with 3+ other people and all of you are paying $200 a week in rent? for a place that's only $850-$1,000 a month? That's $2,400 that Mr. Jason Cane is just racking up.No wonder he's a millionaire. They will also have everyone they sign up sign a 5 year contract for this 2 gig security system. Even if they're customer is older. And if you're customer is 65 years of age or older you won't even get funded on that account till 30 days after the COMPANY (not the rep) turns in the paperwork. --The Eugene Blueprint crew is a huge joke as well. The Manager, Mike Montero is a hypocritical d***. He will tell you how he thinks you will be successful and then he will skip off of work to talk to his girlfriend on the phone or go get his hair cut, or go to the bar with his assistant manger Joe Cicala. Joe Cicala is a totally different type of jerk. I personally wachted him sign up a lady who had MS and not very long to live on a 5 year contract and then made her pay out her previous 3 year contract with a company after she just signed that contract 3 months ago. Oh!! And you can't forget that the 2 head people on this team who are suppose to be the leaders will drop everyone off in their area and then go to the bars and get drunk and go knock on some doors and sell some systems! Real professional right?

Career Training Solutions Inc - CT Solutions Inc - CTS deceptive dishonest inconsistent misleading Baton Rouge Louisiana
A job board listed a medical biller position through what appeared to be a company called Offsite Employment Services. Offsite employment or telecommuting is what they promote that they can provide ..legitimate telecommuting positions. The add said training was available but not mandatory. A response to my resume requested I visit their website 'CTSOLUTIONSINC.NET' and then call them. When I called they immediately asked if I was ready to enroll in their classes. I asked what was included in the job guarantee. The website says the job guarantee will be in writing and that you will receive at least one client. I was told that they no longer have job guarantees. I doubt that there ever were any. This is Oct. 2003 and they just started business March 2003. Their site states the only institute nationwide that offers individuals the opportunity to telecommute without compromising pay rates or benefits. Per website, once you are employed WITH CTS 90 days your training costs will be reimbursed. I was told employment starts 2 weeks and a few days after the 3 1/2 month training. I was told they do have contracts with over 300 clients. One counselor said benefits are dependent on the client. Another counselor said benefits are through CTS and include a 401K, medical and dental. IF THEY HAVE OVER 300 CLIENTS WHY CAN'T THEY PROVIDE THE JOB GUARANTEE THEIR WEBSITE SAYS WILL BE IN WRITING? WHEN TRAINING IS COMPLETE WHO IS EMPLOYING YOU, CTS OR THE CLIENT? ARE THERE REALLY BENEFITS? PAID BY CTS OR THE CLIENT? ARE THEY JUST IN THE BUSINESS OF TRAINNG WHEN THEY CLAIMED TRAINING WAS NOT MANDATORY? IF SO WHY WOULD THEY REIMBURSE YOU FOR TRAINING? Outright dishonesty, disception and inconsistencies attacking people hungry for legitimate work. NO WORK HERE JUST COSTLY TRAINING that may or may not be reimbursed with no job guarantee at the end of training. Nationwide Security Solutions Inc Monitronics defective goods, unreasonable policy, harassment, defrauding by mail Vancouver Washington
Got an unsolicited phone call from Nationwide offering a home security system. I had been planning to get a system for an elderly friend. Got rep to come out, lined up to have a system installed and my bank charged. After firming deal, rep said the home owner had to sign the contract. That was my elderly friend. To my regret, I advised her to sign the contract, though I would be paying for it. In my mind, the contract was between Nationwide and me, although legally it was between Nationwide and my friend. Neither my friend nor I read the contract. I skimmed over it, superficially. The system was installed. For a week or two it seemed to work normally, in the sense that it made no noise. Then it began to malfunction by sounding when there was no basis for sounding. I called the company and asked that it be repaired or replaced. I was advised that I woud have to pay a minimum of $50 to have them come out to service the equipment. I felt this inappropriate, as I had already paid to have a properly working system installed.Unable to use the system, but still paying for it, I phoned the company trying to work something out. They stuck to demanding $50 or more just to come look at it, without guaranteeing that it would work after that. I remarked that they had effectively repudiated the contract, by not providing the necessary equipment in proper working order. Eventually they came to the house and removed their equipment. They continued to send me bills for monitoring the system. They wanted me to pay for monitoring a system that no longer existed. The company and I have total difference of opinion about whether I should send them money. They have an option to file suit. In several recent phone calls, their agent (the last was Kyle) stated they would continue to make bizarre robocalls to me at odd hours and on weekends. In these calls, a recording asks me to press one to talk to them -- effectively trying to finesse me into harassing myself. Today, March 26, I have received two such calls from them this afternoon. Kyle implied, without using the specific words, that they would continue to harass me and my friend until I paid. I pointed out that my friend has Altzheimer's and it would be unduly sadistic for them to try to browbeat my friend, and advised them against doing that.  An example of harrassment techniques: February 6 2015 their attorney send me a final demand letter. Then, after a month of random robocalls, on March 17 the same attorney send me another final demand. I can reluctantly dismiss the amount of money that I paid them on this aborted account. My complaint is with their use of inordinate harrassment in an attempt to extort money by threatening to wear down a 81-year-old woman who is in no position to handle this.

ClickBank Aka SBS Internet Solutions Inc. clickBank RipOff Nationwide
I purchased a Sony walkman for my 8 yrs old daughter as a Christmas present. The walkman allowed her to download movies, music, or videos. I landed on the clickbank website through one of the disney channel websites and thought the price $29.88 was quite reasonable. Therefore, I decided to make the purchase using my mastercard. There were so many softwares to download prior to being able to have access to download the movies, music, or videos. So many steps to follow to the point wher it became time consuming and confusing for my 8 yrs old and I. I finally decided to get my refund after trying to figure out the damn thing for 2 days. They continued twice to send me the 11 steps that I had to follow instead of refunding my money to the mastercard as I requested in 2 seperate emails I sent. Then, they just stop responding. I was never sent an email as most honest professionals do, apologizing to the customer, trying to fix the issue to make things more effecient or fast and if it's not possible then they'll just refund the customer's money. Q Business Solutions Inc Refusal to refund after no download made. Florida Nationwide
On 23 Jan 2009, finding my Anti-Virus program was not working I decided to download another. A site was selected which showed several choices. I paid for a three year subscription by Mastercard for an Anti Virus program via Q BUSINESS SOLUTIONS INC. totaling $52.92 US,.( which has since shown up on my statement as a payment to QBIZ.). At that point my computer crashed due to a virus. On getting my computer running again I discovered that my existing Ant-Virus program WAS now functioning, thus I had no need for a new Anti-Virus program. Contacting Q BUSINESS SOLUTIONS INC for a refund as no download was made I received a reply from support@downitnow.com saying that no refunds are made as the download page stated. I consider this an unethical practice and one I have not encountered before on the Internet. I now consider this company to be both unethical and unreliable as a service provider. The passing of information from one company to another and tracking a source may well be confusing BUT, in my book that is both UNETHICAL and FRAUDULENT! ketomato Toronto,, OntarioCanada

Central Security Group - Nationwide INC Guardian Security Systems Fraudulent Billing, they will not close your account! Tulsa, Oklahoma
My issue is when I decided to no no longer use Central Security Group for our alarm monitoring. I called their office and told them that I needed to cancel my account. The told me that I needed  to send a letter in writing to do so. I did. They continued to bill me. We called back and found out that they automatically renew your account whether you want to or not and they do not give you notice that it is occurring. After calling them again we were notified that we have to pay our bill in full for the renewed contract and then it would be closed. At that point I prepaid the final months of the account and they told me it would be closed at that point. 4 months later and they have billed me again. I call again and the guy tells me there was an error and that they would take care of it and assures me that the account is closed. All of this is leading up to today, a month later, and they have now renewed my account and charged me a full month. Again, I call and now they will not allow me to speak to anyone in their accounting department unless we can tell them our pass code which we no longer have. I ask to speak to a manager and they would not allow anyone to speak to a supervisor unless they can verify our code. I ask to speak to the accounting department like I have the past 3 calls and the again tell me they will not allow me to speak to anyone without verifying the code.  At this point I am now continuing to be billed for security monitoring that I do not even have in my home after being assured that our account has been closed 3 separate times. I strongly advise that you do not do business with  this company as you can never find a way to stop paying if you decide to stop using their service.

Central Security Group Nationwide, Inc. Central Security Group, CSG Underhanded, dishonest business practices Tulsa, Oklahoma
When we signed a 3-year contract with CSG, we were not told that the contract would automatically renew for 1 year at the end of that period. We were not told you had to cancel in writing more than 30 days prior to the end of that period. We moved out of the house in June and the contract ended in July. We received no notice the contract would be automatically renewed. When CSG called about a trouble alarm when the phone was shut off (we moved, so we canceled the phone without a problem), CSG was told we wanted to cancel the service. No mention about the extra year from CSG during that call. We continued to receive bills. I called again and was finally told (after talking to 2 people) that the only way I could now get out of the remainder of the contract was to pay $100. Very dishonest, underhanded practices by this company. DO NOT use them for your security needs.

Through negotiation, the $200 was waived. I sent the email. No one contacted me to set-up installation. After 2 months of waiting I began calling again. Was told someone would get back to me to set-up installation. No one called. Finally in April 2013, I stopped the automatic payments from my checking account. Within 2 weeks someone called to inquire about the payments. I informed them that I had been paying for 3 months with no service, it appeared that they had no device for cellular so they breached contract by not providing the service. Since then I had not heard from anyone by phone. Have only received invoices in the mail for the months since I discontinued the auto payments. These folks are Ripoff artists! They claim to provide services that they do not have! Unbelievable!!

Fidi Marketing Solutions Inc no response Fredericton brunswick
I received this letter in the mail, with a check enclosed, that I won $180,000 in some sort of lottery. I called the phone number listed and got a 'the phone no. you just dialed is not available, please try again at a later time.' recorded message. When I got the letter my heart leaped, but i still did a search and guess what I found?? I thought it was too good to be true! Still I am curious how this particular scam works? Investor Scam - MTM Healthcare Solutions Inc. Scam, Nationwide Pharmassist, MTM Health Deerfield Beach Florida
This is the resucrection of Nationwide Pharmassist Inc, a Florida corporation of which the owers were scamming investors and was later charged with fraud by the SEC ( see: https://www.sec.gov/litigation/complaints/2013/comp-pr2013-155-molinari.pdf).   A seperate lawsuit was filed regarding the owner, Steven Molianri, and all the officers of the new MTM Healthcare Inc. (see: http://silverlaw.com/wp-content/uploads/2015/01/2014-2-26-Nationwide-Complaint.pdf).   Molinari can no longer be an officer of a company however his pawn, Fred Schlosser, can be one. That is why the company is filed in his name but everything is from Nationwide Pharmassist from the branding, website, and leadership who most have had litigation filed against them.  Do not invest unless you are 100% you are not being played. Control your investment and do not be defraded by this group of repeat offenders.

Driver Solutions Inc. false promises money lost job endangered Indianapolis Indiana
I applied for a Company Sponsored CDL training through this company. I was completely honest about my driving history and all other background information they requested. Speaking with my Driver Agent, they told me I was all set to go to classes for my Class A CDL. I had even paid for my Greyhound ticket to get to class and had advised my employer that I would be leaving in two weeks. Three days before I was supposed to depart, I recieved a call telling me the position had been filled and my sponsorship was rescinded. They left me hanging for a week to see if another position was available in my area. None were. I lost the money I spent on the Greyhound and nearly lost my job because of this. Do not use this company, they do not keep their promises or have any integrity.

Corporate Security Solutions, Inc. CSS Alliance, CSS USA, CSS HealthForce, CSS PowerTrain, CSS Deployed Logistics, CSS Services, CSS Global More concerned with money than performing... Ada, Michigan
As a former manager with this company in Southfield, I can honestly say that some of the stories you've read here are true. I worked with these guys for awhile, and they are pretty much concerned with money -- and more "looking" effective than being effective. Do they do anything that breaks the law on a normal basis? No, not really... They do, from what I've been able to see, conform to the law [for the most part... I'll get to that in a minute.] and I don't think goes out of its way to be unlawful. However -- its their ethics you gotta be worried about here. They have no loyalty to their entry level employees at all, period. Some of the guys under me had worked for the company for years, loyally, and received no pay raise, and was only making just over $6 an hour (this was before the new minimum wage law in Michigan, early 2008 I believe.) They'd pay guys $7 an hour, to sit in their OWN car, running THEIR OWN gasoline, to patrol places sometimes... When my office fell on hard times, they slashed all of my office staff except for me. I lost the receptionist/office manager and the fellow manager working the office with me - and I was left to run over 200 employees, in two states, myself - working 7 days a week, 12+ hours a day for months before I finally resigned. In fact, I had to literally beg to take ONE day off to visit family for a big event; and I still couldn't get them to take *all* of my calls. They fired those guys on a Friday, with no notice to boot. When I finally tendered my resignation, after being told I wasn't "managing my time effectively," (it was the straw that broke the camel's back -- as you'd have trouble doing it too, if you had to be in the office from 10-5PM, then go out and do inspections, AND look for new leads! You can't do the same job of three other people and expect to keep the same levels of productivity up!) they tried to talk me out of it -- obviously, as now THEY would have to pick up the slack... and I'm certain they've bad-mouthed me as a former employee, so I've stopped utilizing them on my Resume. Sure, I left with no notice, but the company didn't give me much of a choice; and in fact, I was told by my law professor that I might have a case against them for "involuntary resignation." The only real law-breaking issue I know of, is that the owners were fined a couple of years ago for failing to pay owed-overtime, which I know for a fact they are hugely against doing... they made a capital case anytime I had any overtime on the books, as they didn't like paying it out at all. I've remained in touch with a couple of my former employees -- and indeed, I even hired a couple of friends of mine to work for me while I was there, and remained after I left; but didn't for long... because they ran into the same issues I did - ineffective management. So just be weary... check out your employer before you sign the paperwork with 'em. While these guys are, no doubt, on the "legal" up and up, they could definitely use a compulsory ethics class or two, especially seeing as how they're a GSA contractor.

Versatile Marketing Solutions, Inc Monitronics Charged for equipment not installed and services not usable Warwick, Rhode Island
I was finally able to contact the company Versatile Marketing Solutions, Inc out of Warwick Rhode Island (401-434-4585) and told me that they have nothing to do with my account that they only take orders for installations for Monitronics which I believe has an office in Dallas Texas. I had a system installed on Sept 29th 2010. The account which was set up in my name only because my wife and I are seperated because of my mental disability. I opened a bank account only to pay for the alarm system and is only used for this purpose. The installer would not come into my house to install the system but said he would install it in the house next door at my wife's house and that he would show me how to install the wireless door contact and I could put that at my door. I have only a cell phone as I need a lifeline because of also having asthma and am diabetic. When I signed up for the service I specified that I need an alarm system that should be wireless because I live in the river bottoms and landline service is iffy at the most. They set me up with the Simon XT system that I was told had that capability but it seems was never installed. The installer hooked it up to Graces phone service which she was in the process of dis-continuing as of the middle of November. Shortly after that she had me remove the alarm system because it kept her up nights because of its beeping every minute. I have contacted Monitronics twice before. The first getting a phone number from the installing company and the second trying to resolve the no wireless module and no keypad at my doorway being installed problem. I have paid every month while trying to get this problem resolved but it seems nobody wants to take the blame for the faulty installation issue. I'm quite sure that these companies record the conversations about these installations and somebody needs to review my conversation for the fact that this installation was supposed to be wireless. I am not paying another $300 for the missing module or another $8 a month to use that module as that wasn't what I ordered.
