Platinum Millinium Publishing - Ty Cohen - Kindle King Scam - authorized $0.99 CD and was fraudulently that AND then fraudulently $67.73 the next month! Garner North Carolina **Author of this Report is NOT CONFIRMED**
I was interested in writing for Kindle readers and came upon Ty Cohen's course. It the beginning, he offers a CD for $0.99 and, in June, it was on my bill. I never received the CD. The next month, there was a charge to my credit card for $67.73 and I never signed up for the class and never authorized the payment. This is a SCAM! That is all that there is to it. He used the authorized purchase for the $0.99 and then applied it later, which is definitely against the practices of companies using debit card information. This is outright theft! So, I will have to kill my debit card this coming Sept 2 in order to assure that he will not debit my card again. I have called the company many times and they NEVER answer their phone! Also, I have emailed to the company and they never respond directly to the message that they have taken money from my account, only sending me email asking me again and again if I am or am not satistfied. When I wrote directly to Ty Cohen, the email was rejected! So, stay away from this guy!

Millinium Motors rip-off Muncie Indiana
The short of it....bought a car 1/11/03 from millinium motors. had the car a day and a half, car leaked all the oil out due to blown gasket. MM picked the car up and kept it for 10 days. I asked for the paperwork to be put in the car when I came to pick it up (I live 2 hours away from dealer) never got any paperwork as far as maintenence performed on the car, not the financial contract. I asked repeatedly for the titlework to the car so I could register it. Dealer INSISTED that I had to go there to pick it up. 21 days rolls around, still no paperwork. I explained to him that not a convenient drive just to get the paperwork. He REFUSED to mail it to me. 30 days later, I still had no paperwork and the payoff to my trade in had not been made to the lienholder. I opted at this point to bring the car back and undo the deal. He SOLD my trade in, does not even have the title to it, and is NOT GETTING IT. I have had the car for over 40 days. I have filed this complaint with the BMV and the Attorney General's Office. He refuses to resolve any of the issues. Melisa avon, IndianaU.S.A.

Millinium Fence Fence installed on wrong side of property line. Poor dispute resolution. Rockland Massachusetts
I hired This company to install sections of white vinal and chainlink fencing around my yard. I staked out where the fence was to go using a certified foundation plan that the builder of my house gave me. The stakes were set at 21 feet from the foundation wall and when the installers came they were told that that was the property line. They installed the fence (it actualy looks nice) and I paid them and they left. About a month went by when I recieved a call from the builder to notify me that the fence was about 8 on the neighboring property that was being surveyed. I called Millinium Fence to see what they would do and was told it was my responsibility to tell the installers where to put the fence. I told them I did and then they told me they would call me back. I didn't get a call back so i called again. I got an answering machine and left a message and never heard from them. I called again a couple weeks later and talked to an employee named John(who I could tell didn't want to deal with me). I explained I wanted a resolution to this problem and he told me he would call me back and never did. Millinium Fence obviously does not take pride in customer complains and for that I would never recommend them to anyone.

New Millinium Without my authority, i was deducted $35.00 from my checking account, from New Millinium company, i don't know they got my routing and account information. Nationwide *EDitor's Suggestions on how to get your money back into your bank account that someone wrongfully takes it from you!
This company New Millinium, i don't know where they are from or what they do, but they charged me $35.00 from my checking account, without my authorization, i don't know how they got my routing and checking account information, now i'm a disabled veteran and i live of my monthly funds and to be treated like this, i already notified the bank of my situation, i think now i'm not going to get a new checking account with another different bank. Carlos fort worth, TexasU.S.A. EDitor's Suggestions on how to get your money back! HERE IS WHAT RIP-OFF REPORT SUGGESTS YOU DO: Go to your bank within 60 days of the charge, or as soon as you know about the charge, don't delay, and tell them that there has been fraudulent activity within your account. Explain that you wish to file a dispute, and demand that they assist you in accordance with Federal Regulation E. According to the majority of victims interviewed by Rip-off Report, those who immediately called their banks to dispute the charges did not get very far. Many victims got the following responses from their banks: we could not do anything for you or you waited too long; it has been more than 60 days. If the bank is says that you have waited too long, explain to them how you called their 800 number as soon as the charges were found, and were told by the bank that nothing could be done. Remind the bank that they failed to assist you properly at the 800 #, and instead, provided you with an inadequate explanation of your right to dispute. Tell the bank that it's their fault time has expired, and since they gave you the wrong info to begin with, they will just have to deal with it, take the loss and reverse the charges. Tell them the truth; this was unauthorized and your account was NOT to be charged! Keep emphasizing how you never authorized anything! Direct them to the hundreds of victims reports that were filed on Rip-off Report.com. And if you're at the bank, walk them over to their computer and make them go to this site! If you are on the phone with them, tell them you will wait while they access this site! Either way, be persistent! DO NOT TAKE NO FOR AN ANSWER! Let them know nicely, that you were advised to Report them (the Bank) and this situation to the Banking Commission in your state. Since each state has a different name for the agency/controller over banks, find that name before you call or get to the bank so you can throw it in their face. The more knowledgeable you appear to be, the further you will get. And just continue to demand the Federal Regulation E form! The bank CAN, MUST and WILL reverse the charge! But, you must be persistent; ask to speak to the supervisor or the area manager for all the branches in the state. Let the bank personnel know you are meeting with the media later in the day, that you would much rather they do the right thing (as most other banks have) by looking at the complaints and immediately reversing the charge(s) to your account; no matter how long ago it was. Be sure to call the Media if necessary so you are telling the truth. If you have to, be loud (but nice) in front of other customers. If you are just calling by phone, the above tactics should still work. The bank can easily fax or mail to you the Federal Regulation E dispute form. CHARGES TO YOUR CREDIT CARD If the charge was to your credit card (not debit card, check card, or checking account), contact the credit card company as soon as possible to request a dispute form. Consumers usually have a little longer to dispute fraudulent credit card charges (up to 6 months), but it is better to act right away. In this type of situation, credit card disputes are usually successful since fraudulent companies often won't contest the disputed charge. In rare cases, credit card companies will review disputes, but refuse to reverse the charges. If this occurs, complain to a manager and let them know you will be filing a report here. Remember Don't let them get away with it! Make sure they make the Rip-off Report .. The more Reports filed on a Company or individual, the more likely it is that the authorities, media and attorneys will want to take action. And good luck Let us know how you do! Ty Cohen Platinum Millennium, Kindle Cash Flow, Writer's Life, Platinum Publishing No Refund on Useless Kindle Cash Flow Product, 997.00 Garner, NC Internet
I bought Kindle Cash Flow on DEc. 26, 20216 for 997 w PayPal credit as I felt PayPal would protect me. I began disputing thru PayPal and Ty Jan. 4th and have been consistenly denied.I am 67 and disabled and a writer. As Soon as I looked at the internet content I received I immediately realized it was all goods pasted from the web, some even free and some I would have to pay more for; all were useless and the recommendation that porn was a good market really offended me.As I am a writer, all I needed was help making a Kindle. I now how a very good product for 97 dollars and am working with a reputable publisher.I also recently subscribed to Writer's Life and found it to be his. I let the 39 paid go. I did purchase an article on blogging for 17 dollars and opening that found it totally lacking and immediately asked for a refund. They claim they have but I have not received any notice from my cc company. This guy and all his products prey on ignorant people and take advantage of naive women and probably others like me. PayPal was useless and after months of trying, they denied, using multiple vague reasons. NO PROTECTION.Ty Cohen and his multiple identities need shut down. He is now advertisubg a meeting and advising clients to lawyer up as the FTC is cracking down but that the compliance is easy. TY Cohen is a breeding ground for poor service, products and teaching people how to dis-inform and cheat.I have written the FTC. Will see what comes of that.My warning is IF you think writing is a great business (or any other of his scams) and you will get rich, know if you deal with this man, you will probably fail and be taken advantage of as well as contributing to the horrid trend of dis-information.I am glad I found your site. I wish I had been wise enough on Dec. 6 when I let the high ogf the holidays make me very susceptible. I HAD the money but instead when PayPal offered me instant credit, I choose them as I felt it would be protection as it has been in the past. Do NOT trust PayPal credit nor Ty Cohen. There are a great many ethical resources available.BTW I am still getting responses from adam in support absolutely denying a refund and saying I did not respond to their offer of half back. I did respond months later to Ty who said he would think about it. I never heard back.So as usual the victim gets blamed. I hope this helps someone.

Platinum Millennium Publishing not sure charged my credit card for something I did not authorize knowingly Garner North Carolina
Platinum Millennium Publishing billed my credit card for a product I did not to my knowledge order. I was able to email their support and asked them to undo this charge as I did not authorize it knowingly and to cancel any membership etc that I may possibly have with them. I had never heard of them before this morning and the charge showing up on my card, pending payment, was done today Sept.3, 2015. I believe they are affiliated with Ty Cohen who does Kindle Cashflow. I will also dispute this charge on my credit card through my credit card company if I need to if they do not undo this charge asap.I kept a copy of the emails from them and the one I sent them disputing the charge to my credit card account. From what I have read this is a scam. I hope that others will be warned.

Horizon Technologies, Direct Track , Millinium Plus Horizon Technologies, Direct Track , Millinium Plus, formerly known as Direct Track bought by Horizon Technologies did not pay my commission or deliver on their promises Phoenix Arizona 2741 W Southern Ave Phoenix, Arizona , 85282 U.S.A.Phoenix Arizona *UPDATE.. This company has filed for bankruptcy. For the last 5 months sales have declined from little to just about nothing.
Their promises are a joke. Their sales pitch about guaranteed hits on the website they are selling has to be fabricated. I went through the guarantee period seeing the hits going up like they promised and was waiting for business to start rolling in. Ha!, I had lowered my price to what $o.oo profit (what it actually cost me) and never got a single sale. Since it was cheaper than anyone else on the internet I wonder why no one bought? The real key was when using any search engine, I couldn't even find the website that they said was getting all of the "hits". The only way I could find the website that they were maintaining for me was to type in the exact website address. Since they control the website "BackOffice" they must simply fabricate the "Hits" so they can cover their guarantee. Surprisingly (NOT), once the guarantee period was over, the "Hits" dropped down to a number close to the number of business cards I gave out and told the persons to go to the website listed. They also sold me that my website would be advertised in 5 different major automotive magazines. Never had a single lead generated nor did I find it in any of the magazines that promised. I believe the product is great but their franchises are nothing more than getting you to buy advertising for them. DON'T DON'T DON'T fall for the scheme! Funtilidie Shawnee Hills, OhioU.S.A.

Horizon Technologies, Direct Track , Millinium Plus, formerly known as Direct Track bought by Horizon Technologies did not pay my commission or deliver on their promises Phoenix Arizona
I was called by representatives of Angel Star GPS / Direct Track / Millenium Plus / Horizon Technologies vehicle tracking device marketers. They were selling websites to promote their product Direct Track and convinced me that I could make money by enrolling in their guarenteed hits program and starting my own web site. This program cost $2900 to enroll in. Web site set up was another $500. They told me that if I did not earn the $2900 back within 6 months that I would get a full refund of the $2900. I was skeptical of course but liked the idea of their product as something that would sell. AND they sent me the guarentee in writing. I checked the Arizona better business bureau for any bad reports on the company and did not find any. I went for it and started my own website. I even purchased the Direct Track off of my own website to test the commission pay plan and the device I was going to sell for them.Well I paid full price for the unit and installed it. I have never received the $200 commission check that was due to me after the purchase. The Direct Track product Barely works.. Most of the time it does not. It was nothing to be proud of selling. I made Lots of phone calls. I was told that the company I originally signed up with was no longer in existence and they could do nothing for me. THE NEW COMPANY WAS NOT AFFILIATED WITH THEM. SO after 6 months and no purchases there was no way to return my guaranteed in writing $2900 refund for a bogus guarenteed hits program and not even the $200 due from purchase. Eventually the $200 commission was listed in my back office as money that was due to me. I made more calls. I was told I would get the $200. It's been a year and a half and I still haven't gotten my commission for my own purchase! I do get regular bills for my website $25 web site fee and $17 monitoring fee. I receive commission on my monitoring fee payments $3.75 per month - $11.25 every 3rd month. My own money.I have not canceled my monitoring plan because I guess I'm still hoping that someone with a conscience will pay me my money. What a dope. Or somehow they will get what they deserve and I will be there to see it. I read another ripoff report on this same company and couldn't resist sharing... If it sounds too good to be true.....it is. New Millinium Bank Without my knowledge of this company ever existing they charged my debit/checking account from my financial institution $99.95 which lead to insufficient funds and a fee from my financial institution leaving me with a negative balance. Somerset New Jersey
New millinium bank charged my debit/checking account a $99.95 processing fee for their platinum credit card i never ordered. I recieved an insufficient funds notice from my bank/credit union about this leaving my account negative in a little over $100.00. I have never heard of this bank before and never signed up for their credit card. I researched New Millinium Bank online and found that i was not the only one fraudulently charged and ripped off by them. I learned my credit card lesson through Capital One and I am currently paying them off for i no longer have a credit card with them. Since then i have had no need for a credit card and if i did i would get one through my own financial institution. Thankfully my bank/credit union refunded the charge and fees and put an ahc stop on my account to prevent this from occuring again. I hope somthing more can be done about this bank and their illegal loop hole activities. Garret costa mesa, CaliforniaU.S.A.

King Of Swords - Millinium Empire BUYER BEWARE FRAUDULENT COMPANY!! Ripoff Marietta Georgia
Well I am very surprised to see so few people complaining about this so called company, but then again I guess there's not a high demand for swords or armor. I placed an order on September 26th and was told on October 24th that they pulled that item from the stock. I was a little upset for 1 it took them 1 month to tell me this, but was glad that someone actually responded to my e-mail and at least kept me informed. Keep in mind my credit card was charged that same day I placed the order. (Sept 26) They told me they would refund my money ASAP. After a month I started getting pissed still waiting for a refund, they told me they contacted accounting & would ask for my money again to be refunded ASAP. Again weeks passed by no money, I finally told them I contacted my bank and their response was We have received your email and will be awaiting the chargeback paperwork from your bank and then said Your bank has not notified us of any investigation nor have the informed us of any specific date as to when your refund must be processed. You are the one that turned this over to your bank and had them file achargeback, so now we will deal directly with them. No further communication from you will be required. My bank did a investigation and titled them fraudulent. My bank gave them 60 days to refund my money they did not and it was then TAKEN from them. Today is January 26th I just got my money back today. So Buyer Beware, This company SUCKS!! Brooke Merrick, New YorkU.S.A.

Ty Cohen - Platinum Millenium Publishing PLATINUM MILLENIUM PUBLISHING is taking huge amounts from people accounts even when they did not order anything Internet
ATTENTION people this is getting very serious here. This never happened to me before but I ordered a $ 27 document from this page http://www.myspacemagicmanuscript.com/landingpage.1.html this page was created by TY COHEN who you can see on this video http://www.myspacemagicmanuscript.com/landingpage.1.htmlI was first surprised that no negative comments was displayed in this video but since the document was so cheap I decided to buy it, then I disconnected from the web and went to work. When I checked my bank account a few days later I realized that not only I had never gotten the document I ordered but I had no confirmation that I had bought it.However huge amounts of money were taken from my account the same day I had made that $27 order.Amounts like $240 and $300 the same freaking day, I did not buy anything that day but this $27 document. I immediately knew it was coming from this website as I had not made any order online before and after either.Pleeease people stay away from this man and his pointless interviews and classes which are so empty of content it is scary!!!I know I will get my money back because my bank is pretty quick in taking action in those cases but just warning all of you that you should avoid this guy at any cost.

Several months ago, I advised the Ty Cohen business entity that I no longer wished to use their services. I unsubscribed from all their mailings. The billing stopped for a month or two, but I looked at my bank account today and I have been charged $19.95 again. This needs to stop now, and I want credit card refunded that $19.95. I want no more charges from these people. ED Magedson Founder RipoffReport.com Author of www.ripoffrevenge.com Rip-off Report PO Box 310, Tempe, Arizona 85280

Maximum Platinum / Platinum Service Unauthorized debit/ supposed Membership fee Carson City Nevada
Tracked down an unauthorized debit on my account to this company. Their customer service Representative stated I had visited their website and filled out an application for membership said they sent me an email stating I had a limited amount of time to cancel before my account would be debited. Can't seem to find a website for this company. I guess the only way you can access it is apply for a cash advance loan through a service that then sends your information to who only knows where in an attempt to find loan for you. I have had the occasion where I have been sent to approved for credit line up to 10,000 to find out it is for their online merchandise. But I have Never signed a contract with these companies and Never knowingly authorized them to debit my account for money I don't have. As for receiving an email from this company. never got one , even went back and looked at deleted spam mail and couldn't find one. I was told their membership fee is non refundable. I don't see how this practice could be legal. I am contacting the Attorney Generals for the states this company has addresses for. I have contacted the Better Business Bureau. They have multiple complaints about this company also. Consumer Beware , Don't Apply For an Internet Payday Loan through a company that in itself is not a lender. Platinum Millennium Ty Cohen Publishing This webinar promising Kindle Wealth is phony. This is a scam. Garner North Carolina
I watched a webinar with Ty Cohen and purchased a program from www.kindlecashflow.com/go that promised detailed information about how to write ebooks for Amazon and get them published. This was in September of 2015. I thought it was an online download, but later learned it was actual DVD's. I never received anything, yet there are recurring charges on my BoA credit card. I have stopped any further charges I watched the identical webinar last night, only this time the purchase was $997. I did not bite. I fear many other people did. I believe he is a complete fraud and the entire promise of all the wonderful money to be made from Amazon and Kindle is a total scam. I have reported this to Amazon, who promised a thorough investigation of the program, since their name and reputation is at stake. People should be warned the minute that webinar comes up. I also believe Writers Life is associated with Ty Cohen. Beware buying the cute little Writer at Work sign, because you are also agreeing to pay $7.95, since changed to $9.95, to belong to the club. Once they have your credit card information, all kinds of charges will appear.

To anyone who was i need of fast cash please note not to go through national platinum. i filled out their app looking for a loan or a credit card with a max of 5,000.00 and they offered me 10,000.00. so of course i filld out the form. well never did they say that they were going to take money out of my account. i was under the impression that they needed to have my account information so that they could deposit money into my account, so they took 99.95 out of my account and then later i contacted them after noticing that there is money missing to someone totally unauthorized. i looked into it and seen that this is a fraud. They told me that it was infact a 10,00.00 credit limit but only for the use of their products. and that this one time fee would allow me as a member to their site and i had opportunity to purchase several things on wholesale. i asked what products they had she told me everything, i asked 'what about tires? she gave me the site and told me to see what i can find. i looked and what a load of crap!!! i had access to pots and pans nuthing that i cant find locally and whats worse they were ugly pots and pans priced higher than name brand i saw no disscounts on these items. i mean ugly things that no one needs or buys online and if so it wouldnt be through them. not a large selection at a high price. i could not get the money they took from my account back. dont wanna buy any of their stuff and im pissed off tht i lost out on money when i initially applied for money, its insaine, madness, rip off, DO NOT TRUST THEM CONS
