Premier Premium Communications ripoff Fort Worth Texas
I got hit with this scam last week. I received a bill from Premier Premium Communications for $120.00 then got socked on my long distance bill for 97.00. I called the phone company and got the charges dropped from the 44 207 335 84 UK number. I wrote to the FBI, Ohio Attorney General, BBB in Fort Worth local newspapers and local TV. I was contacted by a local TV station who is coming to the house to interview me next week. DO NOT PAY THE BILL THEY SEND YOU. Don't go to their web site and give them any more of your infomation. They already have your phone number. Clean out your computer and start over. Put a block on your long distance calling NOW and any 10-10 you have NOW. Call your phone company stay calm and try to get this UK charge taken off of your bill. If you don't hear your modem dialing into the line then you are getting hooked again. Hope this works boy this has been a pain and I hope that its get cleared up soon. In the meantime there are several companies running this scam. Be carefull and don't try to call their toll free number as you will never get hold of them. If you are on hold you will be there forever. Les Cincinnati, OhioU.S.A.

I seem to have had a virus in my computer. It kept dialing a number i knew nothing about and could not get rid of. I ended up redoing my whole computer system. I just recieved a bill for 340.00 of something I have not used at all. I feel that this is a rip off and they got my information out of the computer some how. I refuse to pay for something I did not use. I would like this company to be reported and should not be allowed to access anyone's information. Thank you very much. Looking at your site I see that many persons have been improperly billed by this comoany for goods and/or services not received. I think mine is worse in that I don't even have an ISP on the conmputer they are billing. I did have service there for about 24 hours but received so much smut, e-mail, and pop ups that I cancelled the service the next business day. I have had my computer checked by experts and they can find no way it could have been on the web on the date indicated or any other date since July or August when I had my bad experience. I have been considering a DSL line but after this I'm not so sure. Loran Daleville, AlabamaU.S.A.

Premier Premium Communications rip-off! IRVINE California
I received two bills from Premier Premium Communications for calls to UK. Each calls were for $30 for a total over $500 and they have charged another $800 on my phone. Their response to my e-mail from some idiot name 'George' was that i have downloaded their software and connected to adult websites and they tried to blame it on a guest or kids in the house. After some research i found out that this is a scam and they have been doing this to a lot of people. Kevin Irvine, CaliforniaU.S.A.

Received a bill from Premier Premium Communications trying to collect from me a total of $ 60.00 for two LD's to U.K. (12 minutes ($30.00 each call) for entertainment fees for access to pay per view websites, that I have never accessed. Also, they specified in their bill that there will be a long distance surcharge of $1.99 per minute coming on my local bill. In their bill they say that if I did not agree with the charges to go to their website, which of course, I am not planning to do as they will have more access to my e-mail. Instead, my reply will be by mail. Please keep me posted. Thanks. Elsa M. Miami, FloridaU.S.A.

Premier Premium Communications ripoff how to get your bill credited Fort Worth Texas
OK! I took care of the PPC bill for my boyfriend's mom, she now owes nothing. I emailed them via their website and got the same form email everyone else has gotten. At the end, it requests you to reply and state how you are going to pay the bill. I replied and said I refuse to pay... and put links to this website, and the article written about PPC by the BBB. This is what I got as a reply: Dear *****, Based on the investigation we have done, no billing errors have occurred. As a courtesy I have issued you credit on your bill, you do not owe anything and no further collection actions will occur. Regards, Tom Premier Premium Communications ars --, WashingtonU.S.A.

I reported the same scam, as I was billed $375 by PPC. Payment however is still due by the due date. Regards, George Premier Premium Communications They obviously do not acknowledge this scam and are totally ignoring complaints! like others that i have heard of, i have to also put myself with the countless others that have became victim to this scam. I received a bill in my grandfathers name for 2 calls made on the same day, one totalling 21 mins. for $105.00 and a second call on the same day for 6 mins for $30.00. Its hard for that to happen when noone is home during the times listed to have a dialup connection. Also my grandfather has been deceased for 9 years. Brian willisburg, KentuckyU.S.A.

Premier Premium Communications ripoff dishonest fraudulent billing Fort Worth Texas
I have been reading through all the reports about this ripoff company named Premier Premium Communications and it makes me mad all over again cause I have been ripped off too! I was sent a bill from this company saying I visited a live web cam site in the United Kingdom 4 times to the tune of $120.00. I did not visit any such site and I will not pay any such charge!!! I encourage everyone who has been accused wrongly to fight this thing and not give in to their threats of ruined credit and being given over to a collection agency. We have to stand together and make them pay, not us!! Call your attorney general, report them to the FCC, but DON'T pay their stinkin bill!! Chris Oregon City, OregonU.S.A.

I just received a bill from PPC today totaled $270.00. There was a list of 9 calls at 6 mins each to UK. The # is +44 207 335 84. I have never heard of this company PPC before and never heard of the # to UK. Don't know anyone in UK. Yet I'm billed this silly amount. It's obviously a scam because a legit company won't be charging you for questions about your bill/statement. I will take advices given on the site to contact Federal agencies. Beware. I felt I got into this mess because I applied for long distance services through the internet. My information may have been obtained then. I would appreciate any advice. Premier Premium Communications, USBI Ripoff, Fraudulent phone charges Bedford New Hampshire
Same story as the the many other reports on this site. I received a charge on my local phone bill from USBI, for long distance calls made to the UK in the amount of 26.21. I called them and they told me to pay or they would turn me over to collections. I also received a bill from Premier Premium Communication for 2 6 minute charges of $30.00 each. After numerous attempts to reach them by phone, I finally got through and was again threatened that if I didn't pay for these charges that were never authorized, they would charge me an additional 4.95 per month until they were paid. They also offered me a deal of a 5% discount if I paid by credit card. This company is nuts if they think I would give them access to that information. We have never made those calls to the UK. We never authorized any charges. After viewing the reports on this site, I found the virus on my machine that others have reported. I want all telephone and PPC charges removed. Premium Premier Communications Ripoff FRAUDULENT modem hijackers Fort Worth Texas
This company fraudulently hijacks your computer modem to dial a phone number in the UK. You first receive a bill from your phone company for hundreds of dollars for the call, and then get billed by Premier Premium Communications for hundreds of dollars. They claim this is for pay-per-view services and give you a link to a pop-up ad that you supposedly had visited. No one in my gay household downloaded this straight porn webcam viewer. On top of that, for 5 days while no one was home, or even in the state, the calls persisted and we were billed while we were on vacation!! This is pure fraud, and they need to be stopped and prosecuted to the fullest extent. Kirk West Hollywood, CaliforniaU.S.A.

Premier Premium Communications ripoff fraud Fort Worth Texas
I received a bill for 225.00 from this company. Supposedly a web cam was downloaded on my computer at 8 am on a Monday. Both members in this household work a full time job and were not on the internet at this time. There is no possible way these charges are correct. I have e-mailed this company three times so far stating that I will not be paying these fraudulant charges, none have been answered so far. I am filing a complaint with the BBC, and would appreciate any information about a lawsuit involving this company. This is unbelievable and they need to pay for what they are doing. Premier Premium Communications Ripoff, Fraudulant bill at old apartment address. Nationwide
I received a call from one of my old roommates in Denver (I now live near DC) who says they received a bill with my name on it charging ~$180 for some sort of internet calls made to the UK recently. I have yet to see the bill, so I only have the company name right now--I'll repost once I obtain a mailing address. This bill is a complete fraud because: a) I haven't lived at that address for a year and a half, b) the phone line is not even in my name there, c) I do not have a landline phone in my current residence, and d) I use a cable modem for internet access. I see that there are quite a few others being faced with these fake bills--this sounds to me like a fishing scheme that hopefully will come back to bite this company in the end. Premier Premium Communications ripoff dishonest fraudulent billing thieves cowards Ft. Worth Texas
Much like Kris in Ohio, I receieved a bill from them for $195.00 yesterday (11-16-04). I've never heard of them nor have I ever authorized them to open an account in my name. I believe this may be a case of modum theft. I, too will be contacting all the same office as Kris & including the Attorney General of the state of Oklahoma. They will never get a penny from me. Premier Premium Communications false billing and modem hijacking. Rip-off! Fort Worth Internet
I was sent a bill for $175 and then a month later i recieved another bill for $285. The number was dialed on an internet line that has had an international block on it since March 2003. The call was not made by a resident of this household due to the fact that the calls were made at times when either no one was home or we were in bed. I recieved credit from another billing company for $199 and they called it modem hijacking, meaning someone was hacking into our hardrive and using our system modem to dial up. None of the contacts provided by Premier Premium Communications have been of any help thus far. The phone number is always busy. This company has also threatened to turn it over to a licensed collection agency if the bill is not paid after they have finished their investigation.(who knows if they ever will investigate). We need to get something done about this because many people are getting ripped off. Lynette Fredericksburg, TexasU.S.A.

Premier Premium Communications Computer Ripoff Company Fort Worth Texas
On Decmeber 5th I received a bill from Premier Premium Communications for a total of $360.00 dollars. Thats 8 total charges from 3:53 PM - 5:47 PM. All of the charges came from +44 207 335 84 UNTD KIND. I have emailed the people for a zero out balance sheet b/c they said they would zero it out after I told them I had the FCC and my lawyers on it. They won't Fax you anything, THEIR SYSTEMS DONT WORK LIKE THAT. But there systems do get into our computers that they can do. This company has damaged my computer very badly and I'm ready to take full action. I have contacted the BBB, FCC, and all local officals about this matter. I'm working on contacting a major Newspaper to print a article on this matter. I have also had a credit Manager taking a look at this invoice and pointing me in the correct direction. I'm waiting on a few lawyers to call me back. Lyle Norfolk, VirginiaU.S.A.
