a FRIEND TOLD US ABOUT DIRECT BUY - KNOWING THAT I WULD BE PURCHASING HIGH TICKET ITEMS FOR MY NEW HOME. GOT AN APPT - SAT THRU A VIEO WHERE ONLY 3 REPUTABLE COMPANIES WHERE SHOWN. SALESAMAN WHO EXPLAINED COST TO JOIN - FLEW THRU THE DETAILS AT RECORD SPEED - EVERYONE IN ROOM WAS STUNNED. IT WAS 4 GRAND TO JOIN - AND IF YOU DID NOT JOIN ON THE SPOT - YOU WERE BANNED FOR 7 YEARS FROM JOINING. I WAS VERY SKEPTICAL AND ASKED TOO MANY QUESTIONS FOR THEIR LIKING. I FELT I WAS IN THE MIDDLE OF A PYRAMID SCHEME OR BEING SOLD A TIME SHARE.THE PAYMENT INSTALLMENT WAS PRESENTED TO US - WE DECLINED. BUT BEING THAT I STILL WANTED TO INVESTIGATE THEIR CREDSENTIALS AND POSSIBLY JOIN AT A LATER DATE - I GAVE A 200 DOLLAR DEPOSIT. IT WAS WORTH IT TO - AND BOY AND I GLAD I DID NOT SIGN THE COMNTRACT 600 BUCKS ETC ETC......17% INTEREST THOUGH IF YOU PAY IN INSTALLMENTS. IT IS REALLY SAD THAT THE AVERAGE PERSON DOES NOT REALIZE THAT YOU HAVE TO SPEND AT LEAST 12 GRAND TO ACTUALLY MAKE THIS SCAM A GOOD DEAL. AND MOST THINGS ARE ONLY 15% OFF - WHICH IS OTHING CONSIDERING YOU HAVE TO PAY AN 8% HANDLING CHARGE. When I order the pills to loose weight, they told me that contains seaweed, artichoke, green tea and pineapple, so I was so exited to get them, when I got the three bottles they where green tea pills, then I called them and they ignore me, later I called to their sales number and corina the vice president of this company try to convince me that all those ingredients are there but with out disclosure, can you believe that?? the bottle shows green teas leaves, yes, there is stupid people but not me, Im still requesting my money back ,but Fernando told me that they are not going to do it and that I can file a compliant in my city if a want, and that the best way to loose weight is exercising !! poor service ! Worst company of the year!!!

It's been 2 months.Then everything changed. He told me about a ring that his gods needed me to have. He then charged me £4000 for postage. When I said this was way too much for postage he admitted that the money was to feed widows and children and not for postage. I then sent him £100 to send it DHL but he used regular post, much cheaper. He gave me his word that once i received the ring, My lover would come back.Then he changed his story once again asking for £2000 to activate the ring... HE DID NOT ACTIVATE THE RING BECAUSE HE I SCAM.Can you see a patern here? Is it all about the money? YesThis man, Dr Olokun is a fake. He took £1400 from me and delivered nothing.He promised a refund but guess what, no refund.Be careful people he is a FRAUD.If you do not obey his gods and oracle, he says, your children will die. Absolute rubbish.

No Sad Tails Sent me a form to renew my FBB and charged me $100.00. The money DID NOT go to renew it. Sacramento, California
I received a notice to renew my FBN and it asked for $100.00.  Not seeing the fine print that said it was NOT a government agency or not a bill, I sent it.  My FBN was not renewed at all.

Net Zero So Sad Dallas Texas
I signed up with Net Zero net back in November 2014. I first called them on the phone and they tried to sell me on their hot-spot service device. I chose to just pay for the stick (it was cheaper and it would do the same thing for me -- I did not need to log on several computers at my home). I am sure glad that I chose the stick for my Desk Top in that I have since had several reports from friends who are very upset with the hot-spot service. I did not know at the time BUT net zero net is not just ONE big company but rather many companies who contract with Net Zero net to provide service in what ever location the person lives. I am sure glad that I live in the DFW Metroplex because if you live in a region that does not have great tower service then you are in for a letdown. The best down load speed that I have ever gotten with the Net Zero net stick is 884 Mbs. This is fine for what I need but does not even come close to a MAJOR SELLER of internet access (Verizon -- my neighbor gets 7000Mbs - but then he pays over $100.00 a month. Also, in the area that I am in, the local businesses are going to provide wi-fi for all those that shop their resturants and are within a 3 block area of the business district. I will be using the free Wi-Fi and use the Net Zero stick when I go on trips. When this happens, I can drop down to their less expensive service. Good Luck and Happy Surfing Ed Burrell

The letter comes Air France, but US 29 cent bulk rate mail. Inside it gets up front and personal, seeming to KNOW you intimately. Using your name. Suggesting you have been watched, and finally selected for this illustrious and powerful club, seemingly for your Rare tallents and qualities My name was also mentionaed alot. The mailer came to me and my wife, but only my name was included as The chosen One to participate in this fabulous life altering new way of living. They did mention God and higher power once. Beyond that, the letter may as well have come from Satan. Anyone else out ther getting this letter? I would love to hear comments from people who felt or had an instinct that this was really a bizzare and possibly wallet depleting organization, with many bad roots in the business community. I have seen other postings indicating that this Cult or Club has been around for years, doing the same thing to the same individuals even in less than the every seven years mentioned in one of the paragraphs. They indicate that if you do not respond in a certain amount of time by mail or fax, you are a looser and lost for all time and eternity to the extreme benefits of belonging to this Cult/Club. So everyone is getting ripped off by this company. They are very sneaky in their doings, but unfortunetly it is legal. Their Terms state what you're getting and that you have a 14 day free trial. That is what's free. The 14 days. Their terms are kind of tricky. $50 dollars is a lot to pay out for 14 days worth of service that you never used. Oh btw, their employees are not actually low budget. Apparently they make between 9-13 dollars an hour. Not to bad to tell you no you're not getting a refund. So you're best option to resolve this situation is to stop trying to do these at home work jobs. Remember that if it sounds to good to be true it always is to good to be true. Also keep in mind that Pacific Webworks Inc works in conjunction with Tradeworks to sell product on eBay. But if 30,000 customers are signed up for this program then that's less product for you to sell and the headache of the item running out of stock. And another thing, I found out that Tradeworks is owned and operated by Pacific Webworks. If you dig alittle deeper you'll even find out that Tradeworks uses a 3rd party warehouse called Premier Products and their website is www.hotbuy4u.com. And that is FREE to sign up and use. We try and do right by others so they will do right upon us, but sometimes it back fires on you if your not cautious.  Music artist Andrew Lamal Wiley aka Trevon Burna was working with us as representation.  He completely took advantage of us by writing bad checks to book him for concerts in the Atlanta area!  In good faith that the checks would clear we covered his entrance (pay to play) costs to gain him popularity and exposure.  We live and learn.  I feel sorry for artists like this making it even harder on themselves for longevity.  Word of advice to any Club in the NATION, do not ever book this artists, not only will he bring un-professionalism, but he may try and SCAM you as well!  Many other GREAT talents out their that have their acts together.

This being the case the people that work in this business are to be pleasant, professionals the show the best. However there are a few that slip get by!. Some old expired and unhappy individuals that slip in the cracks. Such as Melani Topjian “Property Management Supervisor”. This one will effect the growth of any property management firm. This woman has traits of someone who is bitter and it will show in her work, and her “Attacks” on other people! These are people not to be trusted, and a Company that cant see past the fake demeanor should be careful before working with this person. I hope that your are impressed by her 20 years of experience on her resume! Expect this person to DRIVE! The NOI of your company down. Most people who will meet this person will not! Like her! Such as my 1st time experience.

I noticed several deductions from my bank account from PayPal. Due to the fact that I had not purchased anything in a while, I went to the PayPal site to investigate. There were three charges for an on line gaming site that I have never played nor heard of until I Googled it. I immediately filed a dispute and received a reply a few days later. To paraphrase, I was informed that upon investigation it was determined that these were indeed my charges and my responsibility. Ummm, what?! I did not authorize such a charge. As a 40 plus year old women, I have the neither time nor inclination to play internet games. To make matters worse, I could not close my account since there were pending charges to be paid to this same site! I had to call my bank and stop any and all payments going out to PayPal. Apparently, the company can just reach into your pockets and take what they want at any time with no proof or authorization. When questioned, they feel they have the right to say sorryyou're liable even if you're not! A $55.00 lesson that I won't be forgetting any time soon. Cbpiz kissimmee, FloridaU.S.A.

Auto One Warranty!! Very sad!!! Irivine California
I purchased an extended warranty for my vehicle. I told them I was a college student, and could not afford big monthly payments. A representative named Greg said not to worry that I could put down a small down payment and cancel at any time. He said I could call him if I had any questions or concerns. I was never able to contact him again. He left me a voicemail after I paid the deposit reassuring me again. I went into a repair facility this morning. My car has been very shaky and is leaking. I called Auto one warranty to verify that I would be covered. I was not!! I called today to cancel my policy and they said I would receive a prorated rate. I can't believe after spending $1,290.87. I am just going to maybe receive some of it back in 12 weeks, but first I have to mail in a letter confirming my cancellation. How ridiculous!!! I canceled over the phone isn't that enough. I went into the Orange Park Florida Salon as I was looking to get my hair cut and dyed. The manager Tammy was the one to do my hair she stated at 1 PM. I asked for an inverted bob and brown red hair with blonde highligts which she said was no problem it would cost $65. It took her 5 hours to do my hair she shaved the back of my hair and turn my hair pink, purple, brown. blonde. When my mom called back for me to complain the manager refused to give us the phone number and name of the owner stated I was completely satisfied when I left. Why after this woman told me how sick she was and about how horrible the last 4 weeks were would I be mean to her. I did question her while I was in the chair about my pink hair and she stated that it was just the lighting. We called back again to ask for the owners  anems and phone number and she said that they both would not talk to us anymore and hung up the phone.

Global Escapes sad but true Austin Texas
I purchased a membership with GlobalEscapes back in November of 2006 for 7,245.00$. I have not been able to acquire accomodations at the places that I or my husband or the two of us travel. We travel all over the world frequently but somehow, there is never anything available when we are on the road. Finally we tried recently to book a mini vacation on a cruise out of Galveston, afterall, we have 3000$ in cruise rewards! The end result for a 7 day cruise would've been a grand total savings from Global Escapes for... 84.00!! out of a 2500.00$ cruise. So, I thought, let me call my travel manager (as told by them to do for help). I pulled out my global escapes binder, see the business cards for Steve Nalty and Billy Brown, dial the (512) 492-6530 # and surprise, no longer in service. So, I call the 800 #, no live person to talk to, yet. I did use the short notice getaway once, stayed in an off beat place in Florida (all that was available). When I think what I could have used the 7245.00 + 200.00/yr added membership fees (total 7645.00) for I feel sick. I thought maybe we can sell this membership, so as I started to investigate the possibilty of that. I came upon the BBB complaints and these ripoff complaints as well. I won't spread this poor business practice to any other unknowing soul. We now will go through the belabored hoops to cancel our membership. I see from others, this is not accomplished by merely stopping payments like they said so I'll just get the registered letters in the mail. Thanks to all who have written. Windancer Newfoundlands Sad Story for Newfies Elkland, Missouri
Mary Mary, Bulldozer, Bobby Shafto by the Sea, wonderful names and who would suspect a string of beautiful puppies with extreme genetic issues from at least a couple of these.  We have had two pups from mom (Mary Mary) and dad (Bulldozer).  This combination has produced pups that have severe hip issues.  In my case we had two puppies, Crusher & BB (brothers), Crusher had to be put to sleep because of the inoperable nature of his birth defects,  BB limps along with the same but somewhat milder issues - his life expectancy is maybe 3 years. As I file this report, I want to be extremely, extremely clear my challenge with Julie Thomas (Windancer owner) has to do with solely with her inability and/or unwillingness to stand behind her contractual obligations - that being to refund the money for debilitating events.  Having to put down a year old puppy certainly qualified.  When informed of this Ms. Thomas rightfully asked for documentation of Crusher's hip problems. We complied providing Xrays and all documentation requested by Ms. Thomas.  The evidence was overwhelming and Ms. Thomas and her own vet even agreed that there were real & significant problems.   When this conclusion was reached the next logical step was how to resolve. First Ms. Thomas offered us a replacement pup, needless to say we declined.  After that she said to bring back the dogs and she would refund our money.  We believed that was the best approach for all. On the morning of our departure to Windancer (Arlington, TX to Elkland, MO)  I received a call from Julie stating she did not feel well and to just have the dogs put down at our vet.  Alternatively if we wanted to drive to Missouri to drop the dogs off, Ms. Thomas told us to go straight to her vet and they will be put down there - she did not want to see the dogs.  Obviously we were stunned and pursued another angle although Crusher was put down about 2 weeks later.  Obviously with the dog return fiasco, most cordiality drained from our discussions and shortly thereafter Ms. Thomas did agree to make payments to us as the refund, for Crusher, since she did not have that type of cash on hand for a complete refund. We agreed that her next litter, which was to be born shortly, would be used to generate the funds for at least a partial payment - we agreed to that. Approximately 2 1/2 months after this agreement, with no check or contact from Ms. Thomas, I contacted Ms. Thomas via email to ask for an update.  We were pushed off a couple of more months as she stated she had not had a litter.  Since then we have tried on numerous attempts to get Ms. Thomas to live up to her contractual obligations - she simply refuses.  The email exchanges have been heated, as anyone reading this can imagine and indeed I recognize my part in the heated exchanges. Ultimately though when pressed hard about the refund she attacked me in an email stating I obviously was not a dog person, stated I had a terrible attitude and she felt sorry for my wife, alas though no mention of meeting her contractual obligations.  Again, having bad genetics is like a bad roll of the dice.  Ms. Thomas cannot play God and ensure all pups are beautiful, healthy and guaranteed a full life - that is impossible and not expected.  Ms. Thomas can be expected though, at least in my case, to own up to her responsibilities as a breeder and business person - that is the issue.  When pressed, again in my case, Ms. Thomas takes the approach of the best defense is a good offense and simply kept my money.  Despite not being a Windancer approved dog person, it was nonetheless heart wrenching to stand there while my vet put this beautiful puppy, Crusher, who could barely stand up, to sleep. It is maddening when the breeder of that puppy, in my case, refuses to stand behind her dog (and continues to use the same dogs in breeding) As I re-read this post, I do see how it could be spun that all I want is my money, and frankly that is the case, but I have been driven there, by Julie & Windancer, as a place of last resort.  Coldly put, my family's dog is dead, I have the early death of our other Newf because of the breeding issue to look forward to, the breeder has ignored her contract, I do not want yet another pup from this breeder and while I would much rather have our dog Crusher running around the house having fun that simply cannot happen, therefore I simply want Ms. Thomas to adhere to her contractual commitments and refund our money as well as warn potential buyers. Sorry for the rant - but Ms. Thomas, again in my case, is just a sad story. Thanks for reading my story. Please, please beware when dealing with Julie Thomas and/or Windancer Newfoundlands - her business practices and speaking for my situation, her poor breeding practices lend new meaning to caveat emptor - truly the buyer must beware!!

Awful company to work for.  I can pretty much bet you that 99 percent of the employees hate working there.  The only ones who do enjoy it are the worthless 4 or 5 'suck ups' or  'yes men' that kiss that little hobbit size owners ass Glen White.  Toronto office finally closed as it was apparent that they Management team there failing at training, failing at bringing in new talent, failing to do pretty much everything.  I had enough after a few months as I gre tired off the worthless dribble we had to say every day.  This is by far the worst company I have ever worked for.

After reading many other reported experiences about invies.com, I felt compelled to offer my own account.  This is a totally bogus company. I had the very same experience as described by other reports ... ordered incredibly low-priced merchandise (mine was 2 Whirlpool Wispure air purifiers @ $50 each) paid via amazon P50 credits. Order acknowledgement (with NO confirmation or tracking numbers). Notice of approximate shipping dates and then POOF! The same disappearing act.                                                                                                                                                                     I offer this suggestion: file a report with: stopfraud.gov/report.html. I did and received an acknowkedgement within 48 hours. If enough people file complaints, there's a chance these thieves will be pursued by the appropriate governmental agency.
