Sale Guru The sale Guru online shopping sales products consumer instagram facebook Tortor Sagittis Internet
This is an online website for shopping. I have purchased products over 3 weeks ago and realized on the tracking that they have not even shipped yet. So I send multiple emails and facebook messages, which have all been ignored, They took the money from my card but I have no way to get in touch with anyone as they do not repsond at all! I have seen about 100 people on facebook complaining of the same thing, some of them have waited 2 months with no product and no response. This company is a scam and in addition, instagram and facebook refuse to remove thier ads  so people keep ordering over and over and new people complain every day. I want my money back but customer service refuses to respond to me in any way!

The Sale Guru Andrew Adams BEWARE! The Sales Guru is a scam Internet
I ordered a 2-In-One curling iron from this site. As in all the other reports on this company, I never received it and got a fake tracking number. Weeks later, I contacted them and they apologized, said there was a problem with tracking numbers, but my product HAD shipped. Several emails later with no response, I realized I'd been scammed.

The Sales Guru Stole my money No product received Internet
I purchased a 2-in-1 curling & straightening iron, Thyme,(salon quality) from the SalesGuru from an ad on facebook.  My order was made on Sept. 27,2017 with a confirmation e-mail sent that day from the company with my order # on it.  They stated that I would get a tracking # in 48-72 hours.  The email also stated that my order was getting ready and they would notify me by email once it was on its way.  $54.94 was taken out of my acct. Today, Oct. 23, 2017, I still have not received my product.  I tried to track my order using my order # on a form they have on the internet to no avail.  They state we there is a problem to contact them by using info@thesalesguru.  It does not work.  I saw on another complaint that their # is 1-800-435-1529.  There is no answer.   I don't know how to get my money returned.  I will be contacting my bank tomorrow!

sales guru Rip off and Scam Internet
I ordered this 2-in-1 straightening iron (salon quality) from a Facebook advertisement and they basically took my money and ran.  I emailed the so-called company when it had been over 2 weeks and no product, so I asked for a tracking number and was sent a link via email from Andrew Adams (support@the salesguru.com) and the link gave me this tracking number 420840679374869903502269085829 that said tracking not registered.  I did finally receive the so-called curling iron after 36 days and when I plugged it in it surged electricity through my house and all the light bulbs were flickering on and off.  I instantly unplugged it and thought I would try another plug and it did the same thing but I did have my other curling iron plugged in so I unplugged mine and kept the newly purchased one plugged in and tried to use it and low and behold the darn thing would not work.  I went to their website and filed a complaint and asked how to return it and get my money back and they said they would respond the next business day.  Well that never happened so I emailed this Andrew Adams from support and explained that I wanted my money back and I would send the product back and no-one has replied.  I am at this time going to contact my bank and report this to the BBB.  This is totally unacceptable and these people need to be stopped.  This is totally a rip-off and I am so upset that I fell for their scam so whatever you do please do not buy anything from this so-called company they are not legitimate. I learned a valuable lesson with this purchase and that is to check the reviews of companies but some of us rely on faith and trust that companies are for real never thinking that it can happen to you.   I will never-never do this again and I seriously doubt that I will purchase anything online ever again unless I know without a shadow of a doubt that it is a legitimate company such as DoTerra etc.  It's sad to think that scam artists can ruin the reputation of other sellers trying to make a living in our outraged society.

The Sales Guru Product received was not the product advertised Internet
There was not an accurate category for the product I purchased from this company. It should be under Health and Beauty, but I did not see that as an option. I purchased a hair styling tool for approximately $65.00. The tool that I received looked nothing like the picture of the product I ordered from The Sales Guru website and is of very poor/cheap quality. I emailed the company within a couple days of receiving the product and was told I could not receive a refund because of their hygiene return policy.Ripped off as what they sent me is not what I ordered and they will not accept a return.

The Sales Guru Scammer and Thieves Internet Internet
I've been waiting over 4 weeks for a curling wand I ordered from Sales Guru. I've gotten the email stating that it's shipped but the tracking number is not correct. I've emailed them multiple times asking for help and have gotten no response back. I should've never ordered from an internet company like this and now i'm out $50. Do Not use this website for anything. They are a scam. The only easy thing that happened here is how quick they took my money. When you see them on facebook, keep scrolling.

The Sales Guru Took my money, but never sent the product Internet
I received notification that the 2-1 Curing and Straightening Iron I orderd shipped on 9/6.  When checking tracking status it shows Not Delivered contact USPS for a delivery option.  The Tracking Number I was provided is bogus.  When I contacted the USPS they have no record of this tracking number.  I have been trying unsuccessully to have someone from The Sale Guru contact me about this and have never received any type of response and from what I've read from others, I won't be receiving a response.  This group is a complete RIP OFF. They take your money and RUN! Don't be scammed as I was. They took my $54.95 out of my account the day I placed my order and then seemed to have vanished!

Sale Guru Money Taken - Product Not Delivered West Hills California
Ordered one of their products from a Facebook advertisement.  The money was taken from my account, but I've never received the product.  When I call the number, it says I have called a number that cannot be reached from my calling area.  I'm calling from Colorado to California on an 800 number.  It shouldn't be an issue.  The number is 1-800-435-1529.  I work for a lawyer and he is getting involved.  I know that it isn't a huge deal in the amount, ($54.94), but if they're scamming all these people out of $50, then they're making thousands.... and that's just not right.

The Sales Guru Ordered the curling iron/straightener-they took my money and they never mailed it. Email comes back as box full.
I ordered my curling iron/straightener over two months ago.  It said it would arrive in 7 days.  It was over 40 dollars that they charged my credit card.  I have tried emailing/contacting them numerous times.  The emails come back returned to  met that the box is full.  Clearly this is a scam.  After looking now I can see that many others have had their money taken and have not received what they were supposed to.  I'm not quite sure how they continue to get away with stealing peoples' money without consequence.  If this many reports continue to get filed then there have to be some results somewhere.  I knew better.  Lesson learned.

Sales Guru I ordered the straightner/curling iron from this site in September and have not received my product. Internet
I foolishly fell for the too good to be true deal and paid for the staightner/curling iron. I wondered what had happened to my product in October and emailed them about the issue. They then said that it was stuck in customs and would be delivered shortly. I have since sent another email that came back undeliverable because their inbox was full. I then came across this website and see all the ones saying to not buy said product. I know better now. Is there a way to get my money back or am I out because of my stupidity? If I can get it back, what needs to be done? I am sorry for those who fell for it too. It is maddening that people take advantage of others. Thanks for any help. Sincerely, Leighsahjl

The Sales Guru order a product and paid in full and didn't receive the product or refund when asked for one Internet
I saw a curling/straightening iron on facebook and wanted to order one for my daughter.  I placed my order and paid $79 CAD to them.  I received an email stating they received my order and i would get another email once my order was shipped.  I waited about 3 to 4 weeks and nothing.  I sent an email to support@thesaleguru.com asking where my product was.  it is a automatic reply that states they are behind but the order would be shipped shortly and if i wanted a refund to email the manager.  I waitied another week and emailed the Support email again and recieved the same automatic respeonse.  Finally i emailed the manager and asked for a refund. I did recieve a response within 24 hours stating i would get a full refund within 7 to 15 business days. I wated and waited and received nothing.  I have email both emails every day with no response.  The support email cannot be delivery anymore as their inbox is full.  I recieved an fraud alert from my bank that someone was trying to take my off my card.  i eventaully have to cance my card and get a new one.  I tried emailing the manager again letting them know my card number had changed and to contact me via my phone or email so that i could get my refund.  I didn't think anything of it at the time, but i believe they may has tried to use my number.  I am not sure and cannot prove it.     Bottom line, they are a rip off and it is unfair to take money from innocent people who are just trying to buy a xmas gift.   I would just like my money back.   thanks,   Sandra, Alberta, Canada

SaleGuru Facebook advertising for 2-in-1 Curling and Straightening Iron (SALON QUALITY) Internet
Facebook advertisement for 2-in-1 Curling and Straightening Iron (SALON QUALITY) for $49.99.  Brand names sell for about $150. I ordered the product on September 20th, and SaleGuru charged my credit card on September 20th.  Shipping information was sent on October 9th, which should have been the first sign that something was not right as merchants are not to charge your credit card prior to shipment. I have not received the product and have not received a response to my inquiry from SaleGuru.  I have filed a charge dispute with my credit card company as well.

The Sale Guru, Sales Gurus, Sales Guru Do not order from them! This is a fake company that advertising online, takes your money and never delivers any products. Internet
The Sale Guru is a fake company that advertises on Facebook. The most popular ad is for a 2 in 1 straightening and curling iron that is much cheaper than anywhere else (which should have been a sign). They have a website that seems legitimate but obviously is not. I ordered a curling iron and it was a 7-10 day delivery. I got a confirmation email that day. A few days later I got an email with a USPS tracking number. The number didn't work on the USPS website. After 10 day I tried to contact them. There is no phone number, no address, no contact person, no customer service. I could just fill out a form on their website which I did. No one ever responded. Then I got another email saying that USPS had tried to deliver it but couldn't and I should contact them. USPS did not attempt delivery and said the routing number was fake. It's been 3 weeks and I haven't received the product. This is because it is a fake company, stealing people's money on line. I have contacted my credit card and disputed the charge. I have also filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau.  DO NOT order from this company!
