Sodexo Sodexo is a horrible comapany and they do not provide on the job training Nationwide
First off Sodexo hires all management and or laymen positions as a contracted position based on a contract setup with various clients in the government, food, commercial and healthcare industry. What they don't tell you is how screwed up the contracts are with the client and now you have to meet ridiculous demands from the client. Most of all the client always ask for more outside the contract and Sodexo expects you to go outside the contract to make the client happy so the client takes advantage of this situation and it makes it harder for you to accomplish your goals. Your manager will give you work to complete from Sodexo Corporate or from the District Manager but will not give you any understanding on how to complete these crazy tasks with no real instructions. Also you get no support from Sodexo Corporate or HR in Gaithersburg, MD or from any of the District Managers. The District Managers keep giving you more work from Sodexo Corporate to keep you bog down on paperwork which is ridiculous demands, so the District Managers can meet their targeted KPI's but in all reality it is setup so the District Managers can get bonuses if they meet these targets. Keep in mind you have to also provide paperwork to the client so to please both sides is impossible demands. In short Sodexo is a paper company and mostly all of their accounts are P&L accounts so they don't really care about their employees as long as they are making a profit your are expandable. The only real training you will get is Diversity in which is good but the rest of the training they provide is about how their are different programs to help deal with clients or review contracts but unfortunately they your District Manager or Sodexo Corporate never applies them so in other words its just hog wash to make you feel they are a well rounded company. The have the worst benefits and you are expected as managers to work 10-12 hour days in which sucks especially if you have a family or want free time with friends but they don't care. They will not let you take days off and if you have plan days off they will tell you that an emergency came up and now you have to cancel your trip. Sodexo Managers are quick to write you up so they can pass the blame and that is how Sodexo operates on the blame game instead of fixing their internal problems. Their is no support within the organization and all other reviews are not telling the truth about Sodexo. Stay away from this company or you will regret it later after they fire you.

Sodexo Clinical Technology Management Sodexo Usa Lying on resume and application is required by certain Western Region District Managers Brentwood, Tennessee
I was given an opportunity to be hired by Sodexo CTM to manage a hospitals' medical equipment program.  However I did not have the required experience that the hospital requested for a manager.  As such, the Western Region Director, a Ms. Frazier of San Diego, asked me to change some of my experience to reflect the requirement as put forth by the hospital.

MARRIOTT VACATION CLUB ripoff MAKES TIMESHARE OWNERS SELL THRU THEM AT 40%COMM. OR BUYER DOESN'T GET ALL BENIFITS ORLANDO Florida
In 1998 I purchased a timeshare in Palm Desert, Ca. At the time of the sale I asked if we were able to sell this timeshare without any conditions, absolutely, said the sales person. Now things have apparently changed as they informed me that if I sold the time share outside of their resale office the new owner would not be part of the rewards program. I then asked what the commission was if I opted to go thru there office, 40% i was told, you heard it right and it would take up to 18 months. They have created a monopoly and a guaranteed profit, probably as much if they sold a new timeshare not to mention if I had sold it they would not have to shell out reward points. They get you virtually coming and going. This would be equivalent to selling a condo and the people who bought it would not be able to use the pool if you hadn't sold it thru their sales dept at a 40% commission. This is despite long experience with Ingenuity cost over runs and missed dates, paired with non-functioning code written to standards that would make the most pitiably code-ignorant sixth grade html trainee laugh. John Naranjo defrauded investors alongside Laurence Girard. Investors are still receiving information on John Naranjo from their investigations and it appears that more may come from another investor.It is to be noted that Laurence Girard is an (((REDACTED))). (((REDACTED))) It is also why he led so many of us to hold him blameless for so long. His gift at twisting words and lying about others’ words is second-to-none. After being fired, (((REDACTED))) So great is his gift of lying that we sided with him at that point – he had characterized himself as the victimized founder Harvard dropout getting a company stolen from him. In time, he proved himself for what he is. A (((REDACTED))) with no regard for anyone but himself. (((REDACTED)))We would hope that anyone investing in anything Laurence Girard related might find facts valuable in determining their appetite for risk and the track record of the potential recipient of their money.
